It had happened in the past too. They had gained more reputation here in the forum by resolving the issues.

There are some casinos (but not too many) resolved their past issues and came back well but I recalled that some of them (not sure all or not) did it well with new owners, not original ones. BC.Game resolved issues and built up their reputation again with icopress years ago but this time, icopress even supported the flag against BC.Game, that says something meaningful.

But the situation is complicated at this time. I doubt that they will be able to make their reputation normal again within a short time. First of all, they have to pay a huge amount to that user. Then they need to fix the fiat deposit and withdrawal related issues. BCgame is still dominating in the crypto gambling industry despite having such issues since so long.

If I remember correctly, they settled around $7 million. After that, the negative trust ratings on bc.game’s account were removed. Then, once the issue was resolved, the person who made the accusations even did a giveaway, around $7,000 per user. I’m not sure how many people received it, but I think it was around 10 users. I think AHOY is one of the winner of that giveaway.
I’m not sure whether those accusations were actually legitimate or just part of bc.game’s advertising, showing that they can afford to give out that kind of money as winnings.

I'm not sure what's happening with the BC, last year I stopped playing in their platform since I can't login/access my account probably due to my jurisdiction but I think it's not included to the "not allowed countries" in their platform and if I can remember I ask the support regarding about it and it gave me a mirror link and if I wasn't mistaken it's BC(.)fun but now it is also not working. Anyway, I just saw the allegations regarding BC and it's just sad that a big and known platform have a lot of unresolved cases.

If I'm not wrong, then the BCgame representative hadn't received any negative feedback when the $7 million complaints were made. I’m not sure about it since I was inactive on the forum at that time. But their reputation was damaged significantly here in the forum in 2023 for a lot of unresolved accusations. They had fixed their reputation and appointed a new representative to take care of the complaints.

The $7 million related complaint didn't take a long time to get resolved. 7 forum members were rewarded by OP when his issue was resolved.

This is the same as my previous Gamblr.io casino where my access to the casino was restricted while my country was not blacklisted, but fortunately the casino responded to complaints like this and eventually they forwarded it to the team and now I can access the casino in question.

In your case, it could be a technical glitch or an update to the list of restricted countries and your country is included, so have you emailed BC.Game?

They have been declared bankrupt in 2024 already by authorities in Curacao or whatever it was. As a result they just fled the country and got a new license somewhere else. The raised the house edge and did other shady things.

i honestly don't know where people are getting this info that the site was sold or it turned to a scam under new management? they literally only changed the CEO a few days ago (Kar Kheng Giam), and as far as i know, the "old" management and CEO jake was always in charge.

This really means a lot and this indicate that even if their casino performs good before they stay to be like that. They actually have a chance to prevent this situation and answer those allegations thrown by lots of people then solve it, but they choose the most awful way and decide to not answer then leave here.

I thought they are just honestly making mistake when they still allowed to open fiat deposit on specific currency despite having an issue to local bank account that they are using.

they scam you,ignore you, and lie about everything. if and when you get a hold of actual human support (usually takes weeks if not months) they'll just argue with you, they won't fix your problem. if you've been scammed by these assholes you're probably familiar with the routine

Where most other forum members haven't faced any issues with deposits or withdrawals at BCgame. We have seen a lot of complaints from many newbie members against BCgame, most of the forum members didn't care much about those accusations. Nah, you are wrong about this. I called them out several times for nonsense they pulled and I was accused of "FUD" for this, even threatened red feedback if I don't stop (speaking the truth). And in the end, they only called if fud because they were participating in the BC signature campaign. Guess now they think otherwise.

Haunebu also always knew and saw how shady BC has been ( and he was always very vocal about it ), not in the past months or so, in the past years. One of the few people to actually speak their mind, even when it's unpopular with some members here.

This was not just a case about the newbies' complaints; even if it was, it should not be neglected, but a few members have also complained about their local deposits not being credited, and all attempts to reach support to get it sorted out have failed.

One thing I suspect might have been the reason why people still believe in them to some extent could be one of their biggest cases on the forum where they cleared the victim of $4m (not sure if the figure is correct) after members intervened; since last year the complaints keep coming with the majority of them not getting resolved.
