BC stopped their weekly sports bonus and some other stuff and replaced it with a bonus scheme that is like 10x worse lmao. Claiming its better, it really is NOT!

They changed a lot even before. I remember when they introduced the stupid "BC bank" letting your get your bonuses in micro installments over days/weeks. That was the beginning of the end for me in 2024.
Always claiming the changes would be cool and good for the players despite being the total opposite. Not only can't you trust the site, they steal your money and in return promised rewards are getting smaller and smaller. F that.

All those changes are strategies and it is better you leave that casino and use another reputation casinos from the forum because we have more of the reputation casinos in the forum now. I only used BC Game for few times and left the casino. I advise you avoid them.

Somehow its expected that there are people still playing in their casino, because not every gambler knows the real situation happening here, also read those negative experience shared by people here.

They have lots of banner ads placed on different sites, so there's a chance that people outside of this forum will discover their casino.

You are absolutely right in this and I am starting to feel that way and trust me I have never used Bc.Game before, I merely got to taste their new and improved bonus firsthand.

I actually saw their ad on Telegram today and it said that you can register and get a bonus of $50, so I decided to test it out. I signed up with the promo code and the $50 was credited immediately, and it was displayed as withdrawable. I had a couple of games to check things out and maybe double the money, after that I decided to withdraw but that was when things got suspicious.

All of a sudden I was informed that I must deposit $25 for verification before I could withdraw the money. And that does not sit right with me, you actually advertised a bonus that is claimed to be withdrawable and now I am seeing hidden paywall when I want to withdraw. It was a good thing I remembered that people were complaining about BC.Game before in the forum, so I decided to stop to come check things out.

So I don't understand how they are saying that the new bonus system is better. And at the point, it is no longer a bonus, but a trap.. adjusting rewards is one thing, but presenting them as appealing initially and then include conditions that does not show up not until you want to withdraw looks more like a red flag.

My account has been restricted with a "Prohibited gambling period" message, stating I can only play after 30/12/2099. This is a permanent ban and I haven't opted for any self-exclusion.

My account was briefly reopened and then locked again immediately. This back-and-forth is highly suspicious and looks like an attempt to delay my legitimate withdrawal of 2.6 Crore INR. I demand a manual review by a senior manager immediately.

Yeah, it's too bad, bctokenbot was online earlier and made 2 replies to two different scam accusation thread agianst bc.game. He might have already gotten a reply from bctokenbot and started helping him with his issue if he followed what I suggested.

I am a long-time player of BC.Game, and I’m extremely disappointed with how my account has been handled. My account was suddenly locked without any clear reason or explanation. I have reached out to their support multiple times, but I have not received any helpful response or resolution.

As a loyal user, this feels unfair and unprofessional. There was no prior warning, no violation clearly communicated, and no transparency in their actions. It raises serious concerns about how they treat their players and handle user accounts.

Not surprisingly, this casino that I once used and once admired turned out to have a lot of complaints reports that were very much and not resolved this is really getting murky in a murky pond.

You should have recommended to not use the site at all, not only not using fiat deposits. There is not much you can do but wait, also let the support guy in here know. Other than that you and your friend can only hope. Since the support is notoriously bad this might take a while.  Roll Eyes

Was it really your friend or enemy Grin? You should have forbidden him from using BCgame by highlighting your issue: '[Resolved] BC.Game deposit uncredited'. Your issue was resolved within a day when you brought it here. But it happened for your effort only, you hadn't received any help from the BCgame team here. Why don't you do the same detective work for your friend too?

Resolution: I had to do some detective work and managed to source the UPI ID of the merchant and shared it with support along with other receipts. Thanks everyone for your input. Appreciate it.

You don't have many options to do. The casino is a confirmed scam platform and they have stopped communication through various channels but through their support department which is a bot with generic AI replies. Go check the Accusation board and see how many unsolved accusations against bcgame. In the near past, it was a fiat problem for Indians using Naira, today the problem is with almost all fiat users.

Your friend didn't listen to the advice and tries the worst option ever. A fiat user, why to use a crypto based casino at all? This is the dilemma I can't find a logic explanation for.

I have a feeling the change in ownership is just a fake transaction/fake switch of owners (probably between partners) . It seems that after declaring bankruptcy, the "previous" owners want to get rid of old financial liabilities and try to run the casino further, pretending they now have a clean situation.
From what I remember, similar switches have been tried to be made before. I think 1xbit tried something like this..
