There is no magic,Barcelona cannot qualify,the way they played,they didn't deserve to qualify as well.The Barca I know for aggression,possession,just changed to be a mere team that different clubs are flogging anyhow without them showing up a fight that they are Barcelona.

But I believe now that Xavi has come,things will change,and ofcourse they have been doing well since he became their coach as well.

We have to keep in mind that this Barcelona, no longer "exists". They will now have to create a new identity. This style is a style that was associated with a set of players with certain characteristics, and players of those that don't always exist.

And today, we can see how despite having won a lot, they mismanaged the money they had/earned, and now they have bigger problems - lack of right players for their style, and lack of money to hire these players.

I think that I'm going to watch the Milan - Liverpool game on the next week. It is a crucial game for Milan to have a chance for continuing in this tournament. And the last Liverpool - Milan game was really delightful. Despite Liverpool's scoring first, Milan turned the game around. But Liverpool also did the same and won by 3-2. If we consider that Milan made them big difficulties in Anfield, they can really beat Liverpool in San Siro.

Barcelona should have finished the job in the game against Benfica in Camp Nou. If they won that, they would have guaranteed qualifying for the next round of the Champions League and would have played comfortable in their last game. But the Benfica game ended up with a draw by 0-0 and Barcelona made their job much difficult. And they are very unlucky that they're going to play against Bayern Munich in Allianz Arena in their last game. And they have no choice rather than winning. Because Benfica would be able to defeat D. Kyiv easily I guess. And the Bayern Munich I've known so far still wouldn't be okay to a loss even though they have won all of their five games in the group.

I mean in the end it is not really that surprising that Barcelona is not performing that well this season right? You always have to consider the circumstances. Barca was in a pretty unstable financial situation even before the covid pandemic happened which delivered a heavy blow to all the clubs because they had no more income from selling tickets. That basically broke Barcelonas Back and they could not afford to prolong the contract with Lionel Messi even though he did not want to leave Barca. Now they have to play with a lot of young players that are not ready yet for the big games but they still need to play because they have no one else.

Unfortunately, the Ballon D'or award has been totally distorted a few years ago. It is no longer a really fair and meaningful prize. It is clearly noted that the winner is part of someone's agenda or interest behind.

Chelsea are ahead of Juventus despite having the equal points because they werre better in their head-to-head matches. And there is an obvious thing that Chelsea will keep their position as Zenit already qualified for the EL and have not any chance for the CL anymore. They would defeat Zenit with a nice score.

Maybe Porto seem the most comfortable team among them as they are one point ahead of the others. But their competitor is Atletico Madrid on the last week in the end. I only now noticed that Milan is in front of Atletico despite both having four points. So the goal difference is what counts first, not the away goals anymore. Yes, now I recall. The one advantage for Milan might be that Klopp will not send his best team onto the pitch. If I were Klopp, I would give some players a rest and make sure that I don't lose them because of a rather unimportant game. Still Porto has to either draw or lose or otherwise it's not going to happen for Milan. Very tough group. I must say that I always liked to watch Atletico in the final round. They have delivered so tough and exciting fights so often.

Even when Barcelona was in its prime Bayern Munich usually beat them big, so I don't see much point in justifying such a prediction based on the Ballon d'Or award. Now Barcelona is much weaker than Bayern and they should rather hope for Benfica's failure than that they can take at least one point in the Allianz arena.

Real Madrid last encounter against Inter ended in their favor. Although, the match was tough for them, but fortunately, Rodrygo was able to score a goal towards the end of the game. However, the both teams will surely make it to the Round 16. Nevertheless, Inter won't want to be beaten twice by Real Madrid, so they will try their possible best in winning against Real Madrid on Tuesday. I think Real Madrid is the most favorite in the match, besides I won't be surprise if it eventually end in draw.

According to you. I am not saying that Lewa didn't deserve it at all, of course he did and if you ask anyone who voted and said Messi, their second choice would have been Lewa for sure without a doubt. The problem here is that we are talking about two great players and I doubt that people would mind if Lewa got it, but not everyone thinks that Messi getting it is corruption or undeserving or anything like that.

I am personally not shocked at all, look at how horrible Barcelona became without Messi, so it is clear to me that Messi deserved it as much as Lewa did as well. Once again, I am not saying Messi should have gotten it but I am also not saying Lewa should have neither, they both deserved it equally in my mind so this result wasn't really that much of a deal for me. I do not think what they would gain by beating Barcelona in an extra effort aside from extra fatigue, Messi doesn't play there anymore so it wouldn't really matter all that much. However if Bayern faces PSG, then I am expecting some chaos.

It's very delicate situation to be in for Barcelona, but the major factor is that Bayern Munich have nothing to play for but, I strongly disagree that they'd however bench some of their stars players because why would they do that ? Bundesliga is unlike the English and Spanish league with heavy schedule for the Christmas and New Year,  the last matches for the Bundesliga sides would be 18th of this after that until the second week of the new year. The only advantage Barcelona might have would be Bayern Munich not playing desperately since they have nothing to lose.

I want to hope Barcelona would make through the next stage regardless, and Bayern isn't invisible, If they can lose to Augsburg, they can lose to Barcelona, too.
