Today I think Rayo Vallecano will win and get three points after two games. Mallorca is an important team, but they're going poorly this year. They have drawn in the last four matches and goals have been scored from both sides in all matches. A bet on both teams to score may be reasonable here as well. If Falcao plays, he will score again, but I don't know if his injury is over. In Mallorca, Lee Kangin who was transferred from Valencia with high hopes, has yet to deliver what was expected.

Yes, I think that is the more realistic situation for Barcelona at the moment as they are in a rebuilding situation themselves. I think the real contender here are real Madrid, Real Sociedad, Atletico Madrid, and Sevilla. But I think real Madrid has the best chances of winning this League.

I think real Madrid will hold their position at the top till the end but I honestly don't know for sure because Real Sociedad is playing really well in this season and also Sevilla. They were really impressive this season till now and I honestly will not be surprised if one of these teams gets the league winner this time.

In this game, I was hoping for Barcelona to be victorious and start getting in a better form from now on. Slowly, I believe that Barcelona will continue to recover and have their old shape eventually.

currently barcelona is 10 points behind madrid and it must be difficult to catch up but i see barca have a chance to end up in the top 3 because xavi's strategy is pretty good

tomorrow is Xavi's first match in the champions league as a coach, if he is able to win a landslide victory from Benfica then the top 3 of La Liga until the season ends will be in his hands

Real Madrid took profit while Sociedad struggle to win against Valencia and Sevilla only went for draw against Alaves. Atletico and Barca also won but they are still far from top. Despite they are not in same level as last years, this squad is still good to get the trophy for La Liga. I just don't think Real to win Champions League, it's limited for that but Ancelotti can get another La Liga championship with this team. Especially when Barcelona is already out of contender list and Atletico struggle to get winning series.

You never can tell , if Barca comes up with a better  performance  it is not late to meet up, the problem of Barca is defense . The player's should try to put effort to work on their defense.

It is never too late for them to improve their performance, If Xavi comes up with a great strategy, then Barcelona will usually slide up on the standings. Xavi have chances of getting Barcelona into the top 4, Although, it won't be an easy task, as they are 6 points behind Atletico Madrid who are presently occupying the 4th place. However, Barcelona has conceded 15 goals in 13 matches, which signify that they have to work more on their defence. Anyway, they will be playing a tough match tomorrow against Benfica in the Champion League, and am expecting them to play defensively to avoid losing.

After a four-week break in the La Liga, Barcelona have finally reached a victory in the game versus Espanyol. It was a 1-0 victory and not a very satisfying score to be honest. But for now, a victory is a victory for them. They don't have the luxury to feel bad about not winning it by a big gap. Xavi's arrival at the team can change things for them I believe. They just need time to recover and return to the old times. Until then, the team and the fans both should be as patient as possible.

Compared to other competitors, I agree that for now Real Madrid is the most convincing to win the La Liga trophy. But there are still 25 more games
to play for Real Madrid, there is a possibility that Real Madrid will drop points in the next few matches. If we look at the previous season Real Madrid
lost by two points to Atletico, so I hope this season Real Madrid can learn from their mistakes.

This is most likely the case, seeing the progress made by Real Madrid is quite convincing, even though there are da Sevilla behind them who are ready with all their squads to reach that position. Hnay need just a few points following the lag, but as at the moment Real Madrid's condition is difficult to penetrate and shifts its position to win a trophy.

Real Madrid definitely has a great case to win, they didn't ruin their finances like Barcelona so even though they lost so many players they are still fine, because they were able to get some decent players.

I believe that they would definitely win the league by the looks of it and they should be very proud of this year's win if it happens like we expected. Not to diminish the value of other championships they had, they were great too, but they are coming after a period where they lost so many superstars and most of their current stars are aging very old as well so they are basically what we call "rebuilding" stage as of right now like Barcelona and look where Barca is right now.

Next two games is against Benfica in the Champions League tomorrow and then on Saturday against Villarreal.

Getafe got a nice win.  The motivation that such a win would bring was very important in order to get out of the lower ranks.  They managed to beat Cadiz 4-0.  If they get a few more wins, they can get rid of the lower ranks.  The lower ranks of the league are very mixed.

You should not necessarily expect that Xavi's arrival in Barcelona will necessarily mark a whole series of winning matches. Don't get your hopes up, the most important thing for Barcelona fans will have to be the fact that the team is progressing and moving in the right direction. Therefore, of course, the next two matches are of great importance, but they are still unlikely to have a decisive impact on the future of the club. of course it has to take some time if not a lot of time, it's not that simple to change a play style of a whole team, it will take a lot of training sessions and a lot of matches, players need time to adapt with it.

Barcelona won against a lot weaker opponent then before.But a win for Xavi on his debut and can this be a sign that Barcelona is finally waking up. I think with this win he boosted confidence for his entire team and i think this might be a start of a winning streak for Barcelona. This is the wake up call they needed.

Yes, at least, this is a good beginning. And we can see how in the next step of matches.
With those winnings, hopefully can really motivate Xavi and the team to be better again to fight against whoever the opponent.
Moreover, they will also face other bigger clubs that commonly Barcelona lost from them. This can be a hard homework for Xavi to manage and make certain strategy to win from them.

I don't think it was a lucky win, they have done great efforts. Look at the stats, Barcelona was very dominating the match. So, they deserve to win although it was a penalty score. Of course, 1 game cannot be the indicator of a better play of Barcelona players, needs more games to prove it. However, if we look at how they played yesterday, there was an improvement in attacking. They became more aggressive to attack and control the match by having bigger ball possession. I think it is a good sign for better gameplay for the Barcelona team. But surely, cannot be the same as what Messi ever did.

It looks like this season has been a pretty perfect season for Real Sociedad and sevilla, they were able to be in the top flight with only modest players and that was really quite surprising for me, Barcelona decline in performance seems to be an advantage for them to be able to dominate the table above La Liga so far, I personally hope that at the end of the season they can get the trophy and by doing so will automatically destroy the dominance of Real Madrid and Barcelona so far in La Liga .

It looks like this season has been a pretty perfect season for Real Sociedad and sevilla, they were able to be in the top flight with only modest players and that was really quite surprising for me, Barcelona decline in performance seems to be an advantage for them to be able to dominate the table above La Liga so far, I personally hope that at the end of the season they can get the trophy and by doing so will automatically destroy the dominance of Real Madrid and Barcelona so far in La Liga .

It will be interesting to see how the likes of Sevilla, Villarreal and others do, granted I still think Atletico will win it again especially if they get Rafa Mir or Vlahovic over the line along with De Paul and Felix. I don't know about  Barcelona.. I'm indifferent about Real Madrid, it's still the same core, but I want to see if Ancelotti can polish the dust off of Vinicius and Isco and Asensio. For me I really hope Sevilla or even Villarreal win it this season, this is probably the best opportunity they have to do so.
