For Barca to finish this season in the top 5 of the La Liga standings, I think that's a very good achievement. and of course, it will be a great achievement of their new coach. for seeing Barca start the season with serious problems that have impacted their performances.
at least they have to show how they rise against their internal problems. it is also related to the financial team that is in trouble.

If Barcelona fail to end this season in top 4, they will lose a chance to participate in Champions League. It will in turn make a big lose for them in terms of income. The fifth position is not the goal of Bacelona and Xavi will try to finish in the fourth position at least.

With their quality, I think the fourth position is achievable for them.

This point can still be pursued at least for the top 4 LaLiga but I do believe in Xavi even with the application of strict rules to strengthen so that the players are more concentrated in the game nothing should not be left behind because the mission in Xavi's hands is all clear this is restoring Barcelona is back at the top.
But if it fails and indeed this is a big loss, even though they are still less than financially while not entering the UCL, it is clear that this may be a new history now that Barcelona is in decline because of the lack of a good coach.

I totally agree with you. Barcelona does not have the qualifications to be in the top 5 as it is now. The gameplay is poor, and they are not able to improve. Cells will now have to give Xavi more important than winning the match over making the team more stable. Xavi will now have to form a young dependent team. Xavi has a responsibility to make these young players experienced. If we can stabilize the team, we will see their output next season.

Barcelona have a team that can safely take a top 4 spot in Laliga. Players can still show a very strong game and even have a chance to compete for a trophy in the Spanish Cup. There is no need to diminish the strength of Barcelona. Xavi is well aware of the strengths and weaknesses of the current team and I think he will be able to quickly create a combat-ready team.

When comparing the recent matches of Atlentico Madrid and Osasuna, Atlentico performed well than Osasuna. Atlentico has own 2 matches out 5 and 3 matches were drawn with number of good goals. But Osasuna has lost its last three matches with NIL goals which is really questioning their best performances. I am sure Atlentico will win its next game against Osasuna and will be at its 4th place winning 7 matches out of 13.

It is a home game for them and Valencia have been quite bad these days. It seems really hard for them to resist their strong opponent. I'm expecting a win by one goal for Real Sociedad.

This is a pretty tough challenge for Xavi because he comes at a time when the team is really messed up financially and in terms of performance.
but I think he can get past this because this condition is almost the same as alsadd's condition when Xavi docked there.

Xavi primary task is to win matches, and make more points. Because, Koeman had a problem with winning matches, which resulted to Barcelona losing most points. Although, from the discipline Xavi is introducing to the club, it clearly shows that he will surely put Barcelona back on track. And they will bounce back and preform more greatly. Just like Arsenal in the Premier League, they started the season with bad performance, but they have now improve their performance, and probably doing well. I believe Barcelona will definitely improve under Xavi.

After seeing so many great players fail as coaches I was almost sure that Xavi would too. It seemed like the better the player was the worse they are as a coach, but now I see that he is definitely not one of those cases. He has an incredible understanding of the game and the importance of having a rigid philosophy. Xavi probably knows and understands the best of Cruyff, Guardiola and Luis Enrique's tactics and game philosophy. He could be a legendary manager for barça.
