Joan Laporta has already considered Xavi and has contacted him weeks ago before giving Roland koeman a last chance against Rayo Vallecano link. This is Barcelona's worst start to a season since the 1987-1988 campaign and already six points off the top four leaves them in a potential battle just to make the Champions League this term. This problem is from the president, Xavi Hernandez taking over won't change anything because it wasn't the time for Lionel Messi to leave the club. What next for them is that they will get another manager and if he's not good enough like the previous they will still sack him. Xavi is a good decision even though he has never coached a big team and competed in Europe but I believe Xavi has good discipline for Barcelona even I hope the tiki taka game can bounce back after Xavi takes over as coach.

I think they need someone who is good at building a team and is tactically good. For that Conte seems like a good option to me or Zidane but I don't think Zidane will come to Barcelona and you know, Conte seems like he's linked with United.
