If the 5 million citizens of DNR / LNR are made eligible to vote in the Ukrainian elections, then that would reduce the vote share of the pro-EU parties. What is does not say, is all the cases of mass graves that DNR and LNR uncovered on the territories that were under control of the Ukrainian ultranationalists, but which were liberated by DNR/LNR and thus came under their control.
