You can twist reality to fit your rhetoric as much as you want but it won't give the SP30 a better chance at ROI, only a ~$1500 refund or free ~2TH will.
My math shows me around half those numbers.

Yeah this whom thing has become a disaster for August GB customers the funny thing is for the large scale and well funded clients like jtoomin, collider and roadstress its been great as they keep telling , of course it was you got to mine pretty much all Aug at 19k diff, by the time we get our miners running in Sept diff wil be near 30k. So the $500 we saved per machine has already gone poof, you can't tell me if we knew we would get our boxes tho late we would have signed up for this shit. Even funnier that for all sp tech claims the are all for decentralization and fair mining the screw the little guy just like everyone else.

Plenty of people, myself included, tried to warn GB participants of this (and other present concerns). However, if you recall it was a self-moderated thread by Roadstress and he did a wonderful job in silencing anyone who raised these concerns. That aside, you pre-ordered. You assumed any and all risks associated with pre-orders, some of which have become reality. I'd recommend just accepting the situation for the short term and never making the preorder mistake again.

122648-001 Compaq 220/ 240V Power Distribution Unit- High Voltage PDU
with 2 PDU 15 amp cables on a 220v 40 amp circuit should be enough?
To run SP31 in my garage?
Setup should work. That PDU will just cover you. A 40 amps circuit will hold two of SP30/31. Max amperage is 16A at the wall per unit. Sustained load will need a 20A circuit per unit.

I still don't see what is the problem. You want the miner to mine the ~5k one paid for a GB unit in the 1st 3 months? Mine 45 days and sell it. You'll get your price back overall and something extra. Figure out some cheap hosting or a place with free electricity, make it ROI. Stop expecting it to ROI, because it never will. Advocate BITCOIN instead of complaining here. Get more newbies to BUY the coin and rise the price. Offer services IN BITCOIN. Use the currency more than moving it between the pool you use and your wallet. I'm sick of people complaining they bought miners, and nobody told them they'll be useless by the time they get them. Why in the world should some one tell them anything about how to succeed with their business, hobbies or investments? You have to brain it out for yourselves .. but yeah .. complaining is more fun. You kill some time and see if you can squeeze something out by waiting .. why would anyone think that they'll get rich just buying things?

The in-stock shipping model is clearly a winner against pre-orders

with one glorious exception-bitmain. They ship on the exact day that they say or EARLIER, which simplifies hosting arrangements if you need them. I got mine EARLIER! Two days before it was due. Those guys at Bitmain are strange. If you are a crazy guy and you love high risk - then buy from SPDTech. If you want a sure thing which arrives on time and works perfectly, buy from Bitmain. Maybe if you have a ton of experience in mining, you can risk buying these exotic deals, but anyone with common sense and a tiny bit of desire to actually turn a profit MUST just stick with the guys who actually put working equipment in your hands. That is Bitmain. I wouldn't buy anything else actually.

I thought Spondoolies was supposed to be shipping some SP30s today? Did that also go bust? Isn't the GroupBuy supposed to be shipping at the 'end' of this week? That means tomorrow Friday - which is a holy day in Israel and nothing can ship then.

Does Spondoolies-Tech ship to any destination worldwide?
Thanks in advance.
Yes, with few exceptions. Thanks for the swift answer. What are the exceptions, please? Countries without diplomatic relations with Israel. We're shipping everywhere DHL can ship from Israel. For customers from those countries, we suggest to host. We can ship the miner to an hosting facility. Partial list here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=622998.0We've exhausted our 1MW DC in Israel. We're working to allow selecting a DC destination when doing the order, from a list of partners. You'll need to close the terms with the DC before doing the order. Edit: Distribute the hash-rate Hi, Do you ship to the Gaza strip?

It's not entirely true. If you want profit, that means to "get rich". And when you pre-order, you already have your image of what you're thinking you'll get. A kind of mental plan, or calculation .. not exactly accurate. No one can move that out of your head, and a lot of guys try just that. They tell you pre-ordering is bad, ugly, full of risk. You still pre-order. Then you complain you bought a door-stop. But you don't do anything else. You don't even try to understand what you pre-ordered, You expect to be served with your mental image outcome and ROI _because_ you pre-ordered. You know what? No one forced you to.
