They refuse to give me the money I have on the account, they just logged me out from my account, and not give me anymore access. I don't know why you are suggesting that @pfhismgrpg got scammed?! After all, the information he provided shows that it is a mistake in the deposit. I have no reason to think that this is someones alt account. You can see that this is a completely new user, so it is possible that he may not have noticed that the marketing team is lately not very active on Bitcointalk. I didn't say it was the user who made the error with the deposit. As you wrote, it can be seen that 0.06 BTC has been sent, so unless something we don't know has happened before then it is clear that the error is on the 1xbit side. Blockchain doesn't lie.

PS. There are two deposits at this address. One 0.02 BTC and the other 0.04 BTC. Hourly difference. Probably the delay was caused by awaiting confirmation and everything is already visible in the user's balance.

I think that the problem lies in this bad communication strategy that 1xbit uses nowadays. As far as I can see, the official representative does not respond to accusations that some users make towards the casino. This is really a bad strategy on the one hand. On the other hand, I am pretty sure that those users who send accusations received answers once, but they can't agree with the casino's decision. There is one guy several pages ago showing us that he has got an answer from the support service about the reasons for being unable to withdraw money. I don't believe that the casino answered that one guy and ignored all other requests. When other guys try to demand justice, they know for sure that the official representative here will not reply to them. They simply escalate. This is due to this bad communication strategy that xbit uses. This is a part of this strategy. I don't know about each particular case, but I am pretty sure there is something behind those account blocking... This is what I think about this particular case.

The fact that the representatives of 1xbit on Bitcointalk do not comment anymore certainly does not improve the situation. However, when they did, the accounts that spammed this and other threads did not respond to their replies but continued to spam. Bitcointalk is not an official complaint resolution way, so I think they found responding to spam simply a waste of time.

First I made a deposit of 8499.80 TRON, played, and got not much money, about 11 000 TRON. After an hour, they blocked my account, I wrote to the security 1xbit, they told me that they stopped cooperating with me because of violated rules (they do not tell me who), and that they blocked the account.
