Newcastle was lucky enough because it didn't take many seasons for them to improve after being taken over by the new owner and what was even luckier was they immediately found the right manager with players that could be said to be average because it's not like Man United or Chelsea and City or others clubs whose players were brought in at a very high price.
Next season will be different for Newcastle because there is a European competition that requires a different touch from the local competition they played before, and hopefully, the fans don't think too much by expecting them to be superior in many competitions because building a strong and competitive team takes a long time. but they already have other capital to do so, namely money because it's one of the keys to producing a great team.

Exactly, despite the many doubts in this matter, it still has to be done because both parties (Chelsea and Pochettino's management) have agreed, meaning that they have to take all the risks now to achieve a better next season.
At the moment Poche is trying to make a squad that he thinks is quite suitable for the scheme he will run but talking about the real players Chelsea is currently not too lacking because they are filled with potential young players, it's just that the lack of compatibility between each other makes this a little hassle. The premier league will, in my opinion, be competitive next season because, based on the rumor I'm hearing, Arsenal is close to signing Declan Rice and is prepared to pay whatever it takes to do so. However, I believe the midfielder at Arsenal is the issue, based on the team's performance. The team's performance, though, has led me to conclude that Arsenal's midfielder is the real issue.

Indeed, this failure was very painful for Arsenal, but it cannot be denied that Manchester City had a much better performance and from a consistency point of view Guardiola won more games during the Premier League. My guess is that Newcastle should have no worries when it comes to the club's financial condition. So that Newcastle should be able to build their squad even more in the coming season. Restructuring is basically what Chelsea needs at the moment,  they will add more players to their previous squad. I have the feeling that the new management will outperform the prior ones. Todd Boehly may get this signing right, but he has a track record of committing mistakes. Mauricio Pochettino will fix Chelsea, but we shouldn't expect him to do it excellently in his first game. Fans and the board should be patient with Pochettino in case he fails to make an early impression. Now it's just a matter of how Pochettino fixes this.
They already have players who are actually above average like Enzo and several other young players.
In terms of chemistry, they are actually quite good, in my opinion, if you look at the matches they did, at least in possession and their attack was still very good, but the problem in this case that I see is bad finishing.
Even if their attack is good and their possession is adequate but when finishing is bad it becomes a problem and it showed especially when Lampard was Interim coach there. They even created very few goals, especially in the last few matches they have run this season.

A big budget or not Newcastle should have no problem in building their squad. They should not rush it. Let it follow due process. hey can just add three or four players to their squad and sell some players that are surplus to requirement. They should take the process slow or they might miss it and see themselves spending unnecessary just to stay relevant.
They should just try to get quality squad depth and get players that can make them in the top four. They can also play to win other trophies like the caraboa cup and FA cup but the league and champions league is a little beyond them at this point.

The most important think to told the owner stop intervening the club with his own decision. Learned from some mistakes that happened in the potter's era when todd was deciding to buy some garbage players like mudryk.
Tod has zero knowledge about football and he was only being fooled by other team.

It's the best thing to keep him stay away from touching his own club with his horrible decision. This club is lack of quality right now.
The new owner was only destroying the club by fired so many professional staff when he has become a new owner.
