Well Sheffield United now looks much worse than they are after they have lost those two games against Newcastle 0-8 and Arsenal 0-5. It makes me wonder what they were doing, the whole pre-season if he was wasting his time focusing on perfecting one formation yet there's no improvement with it this season, the thing about this coach is that he's very stubborn and feels he's doing the right thing even when he's wrong, if he doesn't change his strategy and stop his poor decision making then I think he'll end up loosing his managerial role in his second tenure at Manchester United just like some of the previous coaches before him.

My impression was that he really didn't have a game plan, but was experimenting on every single position and there wasn't anything the team could consistently adhere to and improve over time. Every single week there was one guy substituting the other and it disturbed the process within the team to find a cohesive formation that knows what to do and that also is able to optimize their paths and get used to certain signature moves of certain players.

Most of the teams have some strengths that stands out and characterizes them. The easiest here is Manchester City with their ball control and possession. Tottenham is known for very strong counter attacks. Liverpool is playing against the ball probably with the highest intensity in the Premier League. Newcastle is also strong in counter attacks and has extraordinary efficiency on some days. But what about Manchester United? I don't know what to mention as one strength that stands out and characterizes them.

From what I see, Erik Ten Hag seems to have run out of ways and tactics to master the game in the Premier League. So, with its current quality, wanting Man United to be truly productive is very difficult. Nothing was suitable or it was Erik Ten Hag himself who forced players who clearly could not meet his criteria as a coach. In my opinion, this season, if Manchester United manages to improve its poor performance, it still won't be able to secure a Champions League ticket next season. There are still many decent clubs this season such as Newcastle/Spurs, Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City.

Being the worst performance team in the English Premier League this season without a win after 10 games played, I think Sheffield United will not have an easy time against Wolverhampton Wanderers in their next upcoming match especially with so many of their players sitting on the injuries list. I guess there is a very high chance for Sheffield United to disappoint their home fans again with another loss at the final whistle against Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Just look at the very state of the players.
on the state in which they enter the field. They don’t always manage to be in great shape. either there are too many trainings or not everything is good in the Manchester United squad. but again the game runs almost like clockwork. it's just fantastic.

Erik ten Hag has made a statement on their current condition recently. He said that he believed his players to recover from this situation in time and they would get much better. If you ask me, Eric Ten Hag is very lucky because he is not out of Macanhter United yet, to be honest, the performance of this coach was really bad in Mancnahter United and I was expecting to see Manchester United getting him fired just after the game they had against Newcastle because compared to their performance in the last season, Ten Hag was very disappointing and even the Newcastle fans were humiliating him after the result he got they said him you are going to get fired even before the sunrise.

Firing Ten Hag would indeed be easy with the performance he currently has but the problem is whether after Ten Hag leaves there will be a guarantee that Manchester United will change drastically with a new coach because if in the end the performance remains the same then they themselves lose in addition to financial terms because firing will require money for compensation and finding a suitable new coach will not be easy and require even more money in the end.

Mate, I agree with your submission on this matter but I am more of the opinion that Ten Hag should actually go. Let the club relief him of that duty as the manager if they can't right the wrongs in the several decisions he had made that have negatively affected Manchester United overall.

I see Ten Hag as a great coach but an overbearing manager who sees the possibility to match everyone within his toes and won't mind if they were emotionally downcasted as a result. All he is after is a result which i will say he probably see that more in the physical ability of the player and not the emotional and psychological support they require from the club.

My advise is for the club to change Ten Hag for the material time and replace him with a more experienced manager but more importantly, compassionate and teamwork. It is better to quench the fire regardless of the heat than to allow it to continue.

Yes, Ten, as you described him as a fire, but there is no need to extinguish it, and he can give the team something that no coach in the world can give. This is experience. Yes, losing is bad and the team’s spirit drops, but it gets stronger. Over time, the team will become more united and stronger, and will not worry about playing against a strong opponent.

And actually I'm starting to feel that this poor performance is also a result of how Ten Heg trains the players by prioritizing his own ego. But I don't know. But I remember last season even the news media became divided when Ten Heg had many conflicts with CR7. I remember how Ten Heg treated CR7 at that time, he didn't play much and just let CR7 sit on the bench for a very long time. So there were various protests in the media from fans and the like. Man United management system is the most serious problem starting from the owner, the coach chosen, the players who are now becoming increasingly less confident, and the purchase has failed. Last season could be said to be quite good and finishing in the top 3 of the standings brought Man United back to the Champions League competition.
