Firing Ten Hag would indeed be easy with the performance he currently has but the problem is whether after Ten Hag leaves there will be a guarantee that Manchester United will change drastically with a new coach because if in the end the performance remains the same then they themselves lose in addition to financial terms because firing will require money for compensation and finding a suitable new coach will not be easy and require even more money in the end.

Sacking Erik Ten Hag won't solved the main current problem of Manchester United. The players are suffering from fatigue and some of them are in their worst form this season. It's not everything we should pour blames on Erik Ten Hag, rather we also should look at the present matter, players during games have failed to improve their qualities and performance, rather they succumb to terrible stats which is having a negative effects on the team. What United needs at the moment is excellent players that will bench the present ones, specifically the ones that's not performing upto expectations.

I agree if indeed this is the responsibility that Ten Hag must bear because after all when he has decided to be at Manchester United then indirectly this is his duty to improve Manchester United to be even better but it does not mean that with the current conditions he must be fired immediately because in the end this is also a gamble when he is fired immediately and Manchester United still has the same problem then indirectly apart from wasting money, they are also getting worse with a performance that is not too optimal.
Moreover, it is still early in the season and will enter the middle of the season and actually with their current condition at the beginning of this season is not too far from their condition last season when there was a conflict with Cristiano which made his performance not very good but after their problems were over everything returned to normal for Manchester United.
This means that for now they just have to fix the internal problems first well because when that is fixed then consistency will follow on its own with cohesiveness assured once the storm of internal problems is over.

The problem that needs to be addressed now is the fact that firing the coach is not a wise decision either as it is a gamble that will ultimately come down to a choice where changing the coach could be beneficial or even detrimental to the club itself.

Erik Ten Hag is making MU more mediocre than ever. This is an unacceptable result for the club, ranked 7th worldwide regarding player purchases in the most recent transfer window. Obviously, rebuilding Man Utd is too big a task for Ten Hag. He lost the value of his players. His game plan was meaningless, and the blame would lie with him.
The wave of Erik ten Hag's dismissal is higher than ever. However, I guess the Glazer family will have to pay contract compensation of up to 15 million pounds if they fire coach Ten Hag. So, when considering his replacement, we must be cautious. It's best for the Board of Directors to find a coach much more talented than him before taking risks.

This is still much better than the previous era and in my opinion this season is still the same as the first season for Ten Hag last season when he had problems with Ronaldo which made many parties affected including the performance of Manchester United itself so this cannot be used as a benchmark that Manchester United became mediocre.
10 matches with 5 wins and 5 losses do show that they still have a lot of problems to solve but indeed we know what the root of the problem at the beginning of this season Manchester United was like when the upheaval in the club owner's seat, the injury problem of the players, the problem of Antony and now the problems related to Sancho and Ten Hag.
Manchester United have too many internal problems every season and their job is to fix that and firing and replacing coaches will also be a gamble if their internal problems are not resolved.

In my opinion, this season, if Manchester United manages to improve its poor performance, it still won't be able to secure a Champions League ticket next season. There are still many decent clubs this season such as Newcastle/Spurs, Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City.

Manchester United's catastrophic dip in form this season has been shocking in the extreme, no doubt about it. From progressing in Ten Hag's first season they have lurched into reverse, almost without warning. For sure, Manchester United's bad form will definitely raise questions about Ten Hag's approach. I remember when they hired Ole; he had a style which was counter attacking football. I think with him they knew they were not going to be playing possesion football but his transitions were so good. Chelsea has not lost a game against an elite team this season, instead pushing for high results despite being defeated by regular rivals, which is completely unacceptable. I am convinced that Chelsea will be the first team to hand over Tottenham Hotspur first defeats this season. Arsenal actually escaped with a tie, but Spurs have little chance against the Blues.

Chelsea used to win vs Spurs in their latest games but time has changed a bit lately with Spurs rising good and Chelsea drowning. Spurs expected to win this game and I think it is the case. I doubt it will be a hard match unless Spurs were doing bad, they used to do Spurs things from time to time
I don't know if changing coaches only will help fixing Manchester United or Chelsea problems but it will happen eventually with the bad results they have..

In times of performance I agree with you because Newcastle United has been very good in performance this season and perhaps they have played 12 matches since September till date and they have won seven of there matches, lose two and draw three of there matches which in performance is an excellent one.

But however Arsenal on the other hand has a very unique pattern of play which have made them to become one of the best club on premier league this season, however they have also played 12 matches from September till now and they have won 8 matches,  lost two and draw two, so considering there winning ratios Arsenal has the upper chances of wining Newcastle United.

Not just this season but for some time now Newcastle has been a top notch and have displayed a very good performance, and I love their strategy it is always very excellent and their team work is also excellent, Newcastle don't have much issue and I think their management also contributes to their performance. And winning 7 out of 12 games is actually an achievement. Am not that certified with Arsenal's performance this season but is still not bad and my favorite not in form this season am really not happy talking of saka compare to last season that boy was on fire. Arsenal and Newcastle its a chance of Arsenal winning or either they draw.

Fulham so far this season has done well playing against 3 teams that came from Championship to Premier League this season but the rest of the matches are not encouraging and I have assurance that Manchester United will used them uplift their place in the standing.

Forget about style of play in this situation. Sometimes, even the manager are helpless with the position of the club because you can't do much even with the best squad. That's life and we should understand that Managers are doing great work to display the progress of the team to the owners but it doesn't just work the way they want it to be. I agree with your opinion on this mate, nevertheless, it is not impossible to find Zidane in the Old Trafford after Eric Ten Hag must have been exited. Sometimes managers make statements to make them more attractive and sought after by such big clubs. Truth is, Manchester united has that reputation and popularity to bring Zidane to the club as their manager. Zidane on the other hand will love to make more names and money from the club if he had the opportunity.

Zidane is a good manager and he is such a manager that Manchester United needs to reform their team for bigger challenges in the future. I don't think the club is in much troubles other than the manager and his management skills so far. Manchester has that squad depth to go into a simple contest but at the same, they lack that strong strategy and emotional support to win matches particularly against similarly big clubs.

If Manchester United can put a good negotiation on the table and approach the manager with it, Zidane will be willing to be a reformer and be a part of the success stories in the subsequent seasons.

Bad news will still surround Manchester United and this time it is Casemiro's turn to suffer another injury after the match against Newcastle a few days ago in the EFL Cup. Do you believe Tottenham have little chance of beating Chelsea this week? I don't have the same thoughts on that. Indeed, when meeting stronger clubs, Chelsea usually play well and they are quite difficult to beat. No mate @Fivestar4everMVP you are very correct and from the look of things,  Chelsea is going to have a long day full of loads of challenges and possible losses or at most draw games,  anyone can easily point that out when it comes to Chelsea in this season or the last 2 seasons back,  the fact is that there is a problem with the club,  and that problem has been left unresolved and it's really affecting the club negatively to the point that there are now finding it difficult to bounce back in the various leagues despite the heavy investment made by the club to sign new players in the last transfer market.

This has made it seem that Chelsea is not finding the light at the end of the tunnel for complete three seasons following each other,  this is not so good for the club and so if anyone makes such a statement about the club,  no one will blame them since it looks as if the be more negatives results coming in from the club.

I believe, on paper Tottenham can certainly win, because Tottenham in this season has become the best team in the Premier League because Tottenham has managed without defeat so far. The board will thoroughly selects a prominent and well experience manager that will lead Manchester United to glory. You mentioned quite potential managers capable of handling Manchester but I'm a little bit concerned about Zinedine Zidane. He's a man of his words and when he says NO, he do actually mean it. Since leaving Real Madrid, he's without a club and have turned down several bids to manage elite clubs for reasons best known to him. But Roberto De Zerbi chances of replacing Erik Ten Hag is under 50/50 probability.

In the game against West Ham, it seemed like Arteta couldn't rely on his second-string squad to shine. That means if Arsenal's main squad faces an injury crisis, it could spell bad news for the team.

Plus, there are still 28 games left in the league, and even with a good start, it doesn't guarantee a strong finish. I see Arteta should look for another striker and not rely on Nketiah. I'm worried that if Prince Eddie Nketiah gets injured, will Arsenal be handicapped? Well, even though football is played by 11 people, as of now, I think Eddie is the most capable striker.

Normally if you field your B team against an opposition team, one who is fielding their best players, you won't get the same efficiency as your first team.
Arsenal doesn’t have the luxury of fielding the same team over. And at some point they have to prioritize. Games are different. There's no way Arsenal would have played that way with their full team. It's also not realistic to expect the first team to play every match, hence why they had the bench and they were shameful against West ham. I expected Arteta to setup his team based on the opponent.

WestHam isn’t an easy bite. Even if they wanted to use the second team, they could have done so with a view to balancing strength possession in midfield. I knew that they were never going to maintain any sort of control with a midfield of Fabio Viera, Kai Havertz and Jorginho. Westham we’re all over the midfield.
Again, I feel Arteta didn’t prioritize the Carabao cup, he seems to be more focused on the UCL and the EPL title, because he always fields his best players in these competitions.

Chelsea used to win vs Spurs in their latest games but time has changed a bit lately with Spurs rising good and Chelsea drowning. Spurs expected to win this game and I think it is the case. I doubt it will be a hard match unless Spurs were doing bad, they used to do Spurs things from time to time
I don't know if changing coaches only will help fixing Manchester United or Chelsea problems but it will happen eventually with the bad results they have..
