Liverpool have been struggling to get a goal from the difficult Luton side who are a headache  for then to beat in the first 45mins of the game and if Luton should continue that way in the second half Liverpool really have to dig deeper one way or another to break their defense to get a claim to claim the 3 points from this game which is very important for the Reds in determining their position on the table. Viewers watching this game have got to give credit to Luton for they have done a great job in the first half waging an impressive defense holding the game to a goalless draw for now which is what fans has expected them to do.

To be honest , I dont see how Liverpool hasn't scored a single goal since, I mean the form they are currently in one would have taught that they might have scored since first half and the match is almost in the third quarter and still yet Liverpool has not scored a goal which is very poor and maybe Luton united came fully prepared in this game. Liverpool has been one of the most inform team in the league for some time now and seeing them struggle to ease is just strange for me.

Darwin Nunez is very unlucky in this match as he has missed quite good chances of breaking the deadlock for Liverpool. Nunez missed an empty  net and couldn't just tip the ball into the net but he played it over the goal post. Liverpool is adding pressure right now on Luton at the last quarter of the match but they are still unable to score. Nunez has scored five goals in his recent straight six games and I don't know why he is finding it difficult to net the post. Luton was only very lucky to be able to get 1 point at home, that's because Liverpool failed to convert several good opportunities into goals. Liverpool dominated the game throughout the match, but in the end Luton was really lucky to be able to avoid defeat from Liverpool's continuous attacks.

Thanks to his impressive performance when Manchester City managed to crush Bournemouth at the Etihad Stadium, Jeremy Doku was included in the list as a player who contributed 4 assists in 1 match. On that list he is with other great players and this is a fantastic record for a young player who is shining and I think Manchester City was right to sign him last summer.

In this match, Jeremy Doku appeared as a starter replacing Jack Grealish, who seems to be being rested by Pep Guardiola ahead of next week's Champions League match. However, not only did he contribute with 4 assists in the match, but Jeremy Doku also scored a brace in this match. He is Manchester City's future player and it looks like Manchester City will continue to keep him.

I didn't know this guy before and was wondering where he comes from, but when I saw him playing I was really impressed by the speed he adds to the Manchester City game. He is extremely good in 1v1 dribblings and he is also a threat for the opponents as a scorer and he is good at preparing goals with his speed. I think this guy deserves to get his chances and he is always an option when someone like Grealish needs a break, is injured or maybe Guardiola decides to let him play because he offers a different style.

Jeremy Doku is Rennes' hidden gem and it's natural that most people don't know him before. Of course, this talent was discovered by Pep Guardiola and last summer Manchester City immediately moved to recruit him before any other team knew. Surprise like this is common in the Premier League, one of the best examples is Manchester City as the strongest team can be lost 2 times or Tottenham who is considered a weak team after Harry Kane moved, what happened was the opposite, Tottenham became the only team that had never lost and took the first place since the last month, of course there are still many other surprises. True! I also think that both games were surprises as personally I would have never believe that Luton can snatch 1 point from Liverpool  . On Aston Villa , I had some doubts but Nottingham had some great counter-attacks and they managed to score twice that kinda ended the game for Aston Villa.

For Liverpool ...what can I say ? They tend to make games like this once in a while but they had 24 scoring chances and they only had 6 shots on target and only 1 goal so that says a lot about current form of their strikers.

Liverpool underrated Luton Town because they see them as a team that everybody is beating in the Premier League, because even Burnley got their first Premier League win against them, but surprisingly, Liverpool struggled to get a draw against them today. This is to keep reminding us that any team can be defeated in the Premier League because, had Klopp not brought in Luiz Diaz, it could have been another story for Liverpool this night.

But it's still amazing that Liverpool completely dominated the whole match and still managed to concede at the end. Liverpool performed well but I expected a  more composed  performance from them. Luton have been one of the weaker teams in the Premier League this season. Despite this, Luton's players were very confident today, even against strong opposition. They did a great performance. Perhaps the Liverpool coach did not expect that a  small team like Luton would be able to put up such resistance  in front of them. If Diaz had not scored in extra time, Liverpool would not  have been in third place in the table. And so I'd say  Liverpool were lucky enough today, that they managed to get 1 point.
