July 10 I have made my first cashout request, and was rejected. After talking to support, they suggested I try again, again and again for a total of 5 rejected cashouts over the grueling course of almost 4 weeks now. This is not the experience I had hoped for first time trying Betnomi. I just found this thread, and figured I try to find help here.
Is there anyone that can help me get my money back, please?

finally got the cashout on 4th august, so exactly 2 weeks after requesting the first cashout on the 21st. just not good enough for me to continue on the site, if you can guarantee same day cashouts later i might be back as i liked the site. but i just cant have funds locked up for that long.
Congrats 👏 Sorry for the rough experience I believe it was due to high level of several requests queuing up maybe next you could try make your request earlier to get it approved and proceed so from my experience is manually processed. Cheers

I don’t quite understand what the congratulations have to do with it, it was his money. The reason for the delay was not in a large withdrawal queue (the reason is indicated above).

What i have to contribute here is that we have to understand that this is new platforms or a new website as you can see, they will be arranging their website with the gradually and especially with the other websites strategies to make good record except it's a situation whereby they don't pick up correction from other people website. Which i know that any website that wants to grow will like to study other people or competitors website or kind of design to make their own more better. I believe that they know exactly what you are saying.
Yes but it's sad to hear there will be some delays during the ongoing month, because this casino seems to really want to innovate and to offer a specific experience to his customers. Thanks to them I've discovered a new livecasino provider : Creed Roomz, they don't seem to be listed on many casinos, but they are on Betnomi. They seem to be mainly armenian but the quality of their games is almost the same as Pragmatic Play IMO, moreover they are offering a tip feature for their dealers who seem to be very nice.

Good to see that your problem was solved. As of the delay, as someone playing poker regularly on Betnomi.com, I was glad to see this post by @icopress: ~Betnomi told me that this case was checked for poker cheating, same pattern as another user (but he is clear).
Yesterday the withdrawal was processed.
Cheating with multi-accounting is annoying. No one wants cheaters had that advantage. But now I'm wondering, could there be another way to cheat in poker on Betnomi platform? I think, no. But what would you say, @icopress?

Corrected! Thanks for notifying me. That is why i said that no suggestion of average user for the community is useless, because this is an open world and everybody monitor each other. I believe that with the correction from zzxx123 have shown that people is observate for everything that happened here. And i will like to thank betnomi for picking correction from a user. Sometimes some people don't agree to take an opinion of low rank person as a necessary information unless it is presented from the high ranked people

That's one thing about some people, at least it suppose to show up that the problem of your's has being solve and let the public to know but if the problem is not being solved you will see that everyone will know the issue. Is good when your demand or a problem you are having with a platform is be answered you have to testify to people out the the platform to know how good is the platform, because that will bring more good to the site

I'm glad to hear that the problem of this user was solved, and maybe that's why we'll never see them again on the forum. Given the large sum, they might require you to do a full KYC, did you already do this? Try to also contact the Betnomi representative that is active on this forum by PM.

Again this long delay for withdrawal repeats for Betnomi, and I am not surprised they are still doing manual withdrawals. Maybe try talking with support but you will have to wait for official stuff to reply something in forum. One good thing about Betnomi is they are not so strict with kyc like some other casinos.
