It's the fourth day, but I still have not received my withdrawal. Yesterday I wrote to Betnomi support and I was told that I will receive a payment within a few hours.
What explanation Betnomi support gave you for this long delay of withdrawal?
I know they are doing this manually but maybe they noticed some suspicious activity.
I would always choose to wait more instead of sending casinos any verification documents.

I would always choose to wait more instead of sending casinos any verification documents.
I decided to contact Betnomi with this case to be resolved as soon as possible.

Last time the withdrawal of funds from this account was approved before a response was received from the provider, so there was a delay now (response still not received). As far as I understand, after he withdraws the funds, his account will be limited for bets (until a response is received from the provider).

Why would you approve a wd if the player is under review? If you are waiting for something from the provider to say legit or not, then wait for the provider to respond. I'm for the player in most cases and this player has already known to experience a delay in cashouts but decided to deposit again. Either A he is fine with the delay or B he is doing something not legit.
I think Sorsis will not scold me if I disclose part of our PM, but the approval of the withdrawal of funds was a kind of goodwill gesture, not only because a timely response was not received from the provider, but also because the platform is at the final stage of updating. When everything works, such cases will be processed automatically. But that's just what I know.

Yes, I also like the direction Betnomi is heading. Literally a month ago, they even allocated 0.4 Bitcoin to user football pools, and also expressed their desire to sponsor the upcoming Bitcointalk Awards (by giving away several dozen cold wallets). It's not final yet, but I think everything said will be implemented.

As for yahoo62278. If you really think that such delays are the norm for crypto casinos, then your perception is clearly distorted.
I personally think these delays are total bullshit no matter what casino you are playing at. If a casino is asking a provider for a player review, it should be as easy as picking up the phone, calling the provider with player name, and leaving contact info to receive the report. 1-2 days max, but providers are lazy as fuck or have a billion requests from tons of other casinos at the same time.


What do you mean by negative press? There are no exaggerations in my publications. I write everything as it really is. To avoid "negative press", the only thing Betnomi has to do is to withdraw funds within 24 hours, without delays. It's not hard to do. After all, there are many projects that withdraw any amount instantly.
1st of all, if you are going to reply to multiple questions posed, you need to do it in 1 post. You are breaking forum rules by posting back to back. Second, the negative press was to Betnomi, not you so chill.

I also have a problem with Withrawal
Usually you should add more details then just stating you are experiencing an issue. Betnomi username? Amount you are not able to wd? How long have you been waiting for a wd to be processed? Have you spoken with support? What was their response if so?

Edit: My withdrawal has finally ended and I received the money. It took a week, which is an incredibly long time, and I spent a lot of time on live chat and mail.

Got my withdrawal. To summarize, I like Betnomi casino, but until someone from the management gives me a guarantee that the payments will be made no longer than 24 hours, I will not make deposits.
You can try to contact them in their support and ask if they can guarantee the payment will not last longer than 24 hours. Honestly, 24 hours withdrawal is for me a very long time. I've played and withdraw on betnomi multiple time but It didn't came to the point that my withdrawal last for 24 hours and even on other casinos. Maybe they are trying to verify you because you got a more than a week delay on your withdrawal before. Maybe for now they won't last as long as 24 hours for you because they already verified you before.

Nobody can guarantee you something like that on any casino, even on best gambling websites, or they can allow it but if you pass some kind of verification procedure.
I know some casinos are known for blocking, limiting accounts,  seizing coins, and there are no guarantees in their terms, but you can always try to fight them legally if you want Smiley

They could make this promise and then break it once the OP asks for a cashout. Of course this would totally destroy any trust between the casino and the client so I wouldn't recommend it. You are correct on the rest though, too many possible issues could prevent a cashout within 24 hours to make such a promise to the customer.
