Let Fulton vs Inoue fight each other, and then fight the next highest rank that is available to him.

It looks likes WBO is also trying to plot a twist on their super bantamweight class to make it more entertaining.
There's a trend before that John Riel Casimero is really pursuing to fight Inoue like a hunter and now that he is on the same class as him, it could really happen anytime as long as he keeps on winning his fights.
I have a feeling that they will meet once Inoue wins against Fulton or the other ending where Inoue needs to prove that he can pursue a rematch for the belt again by fighting another boxer and winning it.

Yes, that is possible scenario for Inoue, and as fans we really love to see that fight as we are robbed by it, when Casimero was stripped of the WBO bantamweight belt because he can't make the weight anymore.

And we all love what the WBO has done here and Casimero  can thank them later if the fight materializes against Inoue in the future.

So yeah, for now, lets say Casimero fight another rank contender in this division and wait till he get his chance and hopefully he will do everything in his hand to fight Naoya when Inoue beat Fulton.

Wow, so they really trying to push the negotiation, I agree that if these one will be push, then fans will be there to support, it's a great much between two champs and we all know how both of them showcase their talents. It's more on speed and power that will ignite here. Bivol has that speed while Beterbiev has that KO power to watch out.

I like how they both will take pride defending the belts. I'll look if how Beterbiev will work with Bivol's speed and how Bivol will hold
with Beterbiev's strong punches, whether he will engage or he will find a strategy to avoid that engagement and try to win the fight

I hope it happens but I am not so sure it could happen during this summer since the WBC has ordered Beterbiev to fight Callum Smith, and if the aim of Bivol is to make some more money before facing Beterbiev then he could fight Canelo again in September and then fight Beterbiev until 2024, but even if the fight were delayed I think that both of them are confident on getting the win and I do not see them ducking each other for long.

And about Inoue's recent fight with Butler, it's almost guaranteed the Inoue will unify all the belts and become the undisputed champion even before their fight commenced because it's too plain to see that Butler doesn't have what it takes to defeat a champion caliber especially if we are talking about him facing the Monster of Japan, the man won't surely be touted as such if he's not really that kind of boxer.

Just like what he did against Canelo, he will use volume punching to throw off Beterbiev in the early rounds. Bivol also has a lot of gas tank and he can do it the whole 12 rounds.

And just like Yarde did to Beterbiev early, the problem with his is that he doesn't have a huge lungs and when Beterbiev caught him, it's over. So this fight is going to be big, two champions in the LHW class, both Russians. But then again, it might not be easily made as they have different promoters and network affiliations.

Most likely it was Fulton and Figueroa headlining this event but this main undercard is now lifted as its main event. This is another good fight. Subriel Matias is probably the more polished but I am hoping for Jeremias Ponce to score an upset. Hopefully, Ponce won't be too reckless with his aggression because Matias is also a KO artist. The biggest names in their division are all in Top Rank, Josh Taylor, Jose Ramirez, Teofimo Lopez, and the possibility of Devin Haney coming up too. And we may not see Matias facing them due to his contract with PBC so it is better and more exciting for boxing if Ponce wins.

Yes, It was initially Stephen Fulton VS  Brandon Figueroa but for some unknown reasons it was not disclosed to the media I don't see any news about the fight cancellation anywhere, but apparently, maybe it was the ESPN news on January 16, that Stephen Fulton would instead face Mark Magsayo as Fulton has done a negotiation with the former three-division world champion Naoya Inoue, that hasn't any lead yet but maybe the Stephen Fulton VS Mark Magsayo will be this year, but there are any newer about it,

True, Beterbiev should not waste any more time as his power may slowly decline once he turns 40. I would like to see him have one more fight before a unification bout with Bivol, and after that, he can think about retiring if he fails. Just a new update, Hearn has changed his mind and is now pursuing a different route. A doubleheader!

Eddie Hearn is planning a massive June 3rd doubleheader in Abu Dhabi, headlined by Dmitry Bivol defending his WBA light heavyweight title against his #1 challenger Joshua Buatsi, with IBF, WBC & WBO 175-lb champion Artur Beterbiev battling his WBC mandatory Callum Smith.

Hearn says the card can “absolutely” happen, and he’s eager to put it together to set up two other big fights involving Bivol facing Beterbiev for the light heavyweight undisputed championship and Bivol fighting Canelo Alvarez in a rematch later this year in September.

The downside of Hearn’s plans is that the Bivol-Beterbiev fight would be delayed until possibly December or early next year.

That was Eddie Hearn's first plans but after weighing somethings, he suddenly changed his mind because as of now, he have another play in mind.

But for Canelo, he is not yet on the equation as he still have a tune-up fight incoming with a boxer named Ryder and it's not yet scheduled nor his camp made any attempts to make a discussion to make the fight possible. So possibly, Canelo is still feeling his wrist and is likely taking some time to fully heal it.

Anyway, what we have here about the proposed fight mentioned above is not yet final. Maybe in the next couple of weeks, we might see a done deal between the said camps.
