My shoulder was hurting me today while doing my push-ups for some reason. I can’t think of a single incident that would’ve caused an injury. I’m sure it’ll be fine tomorrow.
It has been cold lately. Really cold. I even let my house heater shine for a few minutes this morning. That’s basically breaking the law if you’re a Bitcoin miner.

I see, I was mistaken here because I thought because the goal was 100 push ups a day that our target was only focused on the price of bitcoin but in the end there were other targets to achieve and I was not aware of that such as the number of push ups that did allow for $100K from a total that could be the same or even exceed the price of bitcoin itself like that. I interpreted it that way and correct me if I'm wrong but indeed it might also be a good thing because in the end there also needs to be a reference so that we can still do push ups according to the target in terms of price or the number of push ups we do. As for the condition where there are some things that can make you feel bored or some days where you don't want to do push ups because you feel lethargic or not excited, it is actually also a normal thing because we as humans have a saturation point because in the end something that is done every day such as eating also sometimes we become unappetizing, right? But things like that are only a small part of the majority when we are still very excited to do it because in the end the key is to be forced so that we will continue to get used to it. 3 days I didn't do a report and as usual this is my report. I was out for some days because I hadn't figured out how to merge the time I used in preparing for my new work and doing my pushups before I moved out. Good news, I do my pushups immediately after I reach the office and before I have my breakfast. Although today I did 200 pushups, perhaps from tomorrow I might be limited to just 100 so I don't sweat on my clothes.

I am doing a stairs thread in off topic. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5524189.0i pushed to 120 pushups today and the stairs. . I will added more. I think I will boost the stairs to 240 a day and jumped the pushups to 120 I boosted my steps today. 240 So I woke up took a leak. Opened the blinds. Adjusted the airfilters Turned the christmas tree on. It stays up till the end of the year. Did 126 steps up and down. Then 30 pushups. then black coffee eggs stringbeans tomato sauce pork peppers oinions and kale. Along with some biltong as it is nitrate free. After breakfast I did 126 steps again and 30 more pushups. I like doing some right before and right after breakfast. Coins touch back to 97k for a bit. She or he wants to run up.

I've only been watching this thread but have never entered. But after entering today and understanding the thread, I feel like I've missed something so far. So without delay, I'm starting push-ups with everyone from today, so that I can improve my health along with the Bitcoin price. On the first day, I'm usually starting my journey with 10 push-ups. Hopefully I can do it regularly.

Here comes my report once again  … Just as I’ve took up the 100 push-up challenge instead of the 90 daily pushups yesterday , I achieved 4 days of 100 daily pushups already , still on it throughout this week … My daily 100 push-ups was done in both 4 sets and 3 sets this time around, (30,40,30)=> 3 sets (25,25,25,25) => 4 sets I wasn’t comfortable with the three sets after Friday and Saturday so I tried the 4 sets today and yesterday and it went smooth&balanced  Total pushups = 4 x 100 => 400 Here’s my entry 1000k,promise444c5,233,18310,2025-01-14~

You highly welcome back to this push-ups challenge thread, i want to advise on how u can go about your push-ups daily since you do wake up early to go to work and you intend doing your push-ups immediately you reach your office. What of if you do your push-ups daily anytime you are about to take your bath so that you will avoid sweating your body while being in the office and once you discipline your yourself that before you will take your bath you most do push-ups, so once you are consistent with surely it will be come part of you. It is even wrong to do your push-up immediately after you went to work because you will definitely mess your self up while sweating you can do your push-up before to work and also after work as we are not doing this challenge under force. It doesn't matter reducing your numbers push-up you will definitely sweat out because that's the sign that you did exercise if you do exercise and you never sweat out that means you never did anything you were probably playing so I will advise you never do any exercise during office hours as you can actually do them before leaving for work. Push-ups. I did them. Not much else to add today. No weights or special push-up boards. Just pushing on the floor. Weather is still cold out. Makes me not want to do much outside. I think I’m about ready for triple digit temps and pool swims. 3 more months. At least Bitcoin promises to be exciting during this period.

The last few days have been very busy and I was very tired but I didn't want to miss 3 days in a row so I did my push-ups today. I did 6 sets of 20 reps and added 120 to my total. We all have busy periods in life but there are no excuses. Workout should be as much a part of our daily routine as eating and sleeping.

I will start doing push ups today, because I found this push up today. But I think it's definitely refreshing myself a lot as the bitcoin price goes up, I'll push up, accumulate bitcoins, and increase the push up as the bitcoin price goes up. Of course I set myself up today, Started. I'll make the next report after I push up, I'll let you know how many I can start with.

I see, I was mistaken here because I thought because the goal was 100 push ups a day that our target was only focused on the price of bitcoin but in the end there were other targets to achieve and I was not aware of that such as the number of push ups that did allow for $100K from a total that could be the same or even exceed the price of bitcoin itself like that. I interpreted it that way and correct me if I'm wrong but indeed it might also be a good thing because in the end there also needs to be a reference so that we can still do push ups according to the target in terms of price or the number of push ups we do. As for the condition where there are some things that can make you feel bored or some days where you don't want to do push ups because you feel lethargic or not excited, it is actually also a normal thing because we as humans have a saturation point because in the end something that is done every day such as eating also sometimes we become unappetizing, right? But things like that are only a small part of the majority when we are still very excited to do it because in the end the key is to be forced so that we will continue to get used to it. 3 days I didn't do a report and as usual this is my report. By the way, I was thinking that it has been pretty interesting, at least from my recent thinking, that in my first few months doing pushups, I was working my way up to doing 200 pushups in a day and then getting my average per day to 200, and then I spent nearly a couple of months purposefully reducing my quantity of pushups, so to bring my average per day back down, yet my reduction of pushups in order to bring down my average per day ended up making me feel worse.. so then I got back to increasing my quantity per day, and largely started to have most of my days with around 250 pushups per day - and at some point, I started to see that my total quantity of pushups was starting to get close to the spot price, and it seems that I had not even realized that the total quantity had gotten above the 200-WMA, yet still the BTC spot price has remained elusive in reaching, including that since about early December my daily pushups have largely been supra 300 per day.. yet the BTC spot price continues to stay at a bit of a distance.. while at the same time I have a feeling that as long as my quantity of pushups per day is exceeding the rate that the 200-WMA is going up per day (which is still $25-$40 per day), then sooner or later my total quantity of pushups since starting this challenge will reach BTC's spot price... then perhaps for me, I will still likely want to try to keep my quantity above the spot price... so let's see how that goes.
