Why does the number of people on bench keep increasing daily while the floor is emptying daily. This is what happens when someone feels good with average or minimal achievement. Your daily to-do-list really matters in everything you may wish to achieve. Also even if you have the list, self discipline becomes paramount.
Waking up daily to hit the floor against the selfish wish of my body has thought me a lot about the power of determination. It may not really matter how much you push, but keeping the streak. I could still remember how excited I was the day I hit a 30days pushups streak, I was almost more joyous than @OgNasty and @Jayjuangee combined who were both at 339 and 336 respectively same day. This is what happens when you feel like you achieved a level of discipline in any particular event.
I made a 5 sets Push-up today in a different order amounting to 40, 30, 25, 20 and 15 in an interval of 10, 8, 8 and 6. This time I was more conscious of not bulking myself with a shorter interval to improve my strength. I decided to take some pictures when doing my todays picture, and today was the first day I did 50 pushups at a single time, I'm happy doing this challenge because this pushups has really help improve my health. By the way, I kept the two pics the same size as your original post, even though I debated reducing one of them since they seem to be duplicates.. but I refrained from such reduction. In other words, I don't see any reason why you wanted to share two pics (rather than one) that are nearly the same. In other words (am I running out of words, yet?) , how do the two pictures differ from each other in any material or substantial way? I think it is because BitBakerr1 didn't explain those pictures when he first posted them in this thread that is the reason it seems there's no difference in those two pictures. Even though BitBakerr1's two pictures look the same, I observed there's a little difference in his two pictures, which I think is difficult to notice, but if you think I am wrong with my observation, you can correct me; there's always room to learn. The first picture of BitBakerr1 shows that BitBakerr1 is pressing downward because of the strength and the stress that is acting on it, while the second picture shows that BitBakerr1 is pressing upward because he is applying little strength and relieving himself from the pain he is undergoing during his push-up.

In a rush to meet up today's activities, I forgot to give update for today's push up. Well, yesterday was 80, due to tiredness and weakness after the jogging. But today was the usual 120 after enough rest through yesterday. We aren't giving up on this. Are we??
Always carry out your daily activities with ease, and don't try to rush your daily activities so you could meet up with your daily push-ups, or you could meet up with reporting your daily push-ups. The rules in this push-up challenge are made in such a way that it is convenient for anyone that is taking part in this challenge. In this push-up challenge, everyone is allowed to report their push-ups anytime they feel it is convenient for them to do so. You can report your push-ups on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and it will still be picked up by Dirtykeyboard. Any day you are occupied with your daily activities and you think you can't meet up in reporting your push-ups for that day, no problem; you can report it the next day.

I think it is because BitBakerr1 didn't explain those pictures when he first posted them in this thread that is the reason it seems there's no difference in those two pictures. Even though BitBakerr1's two pictures look the same, I observed there's a little difference in his two pictures, which I think is difficult to notice, but if you think I am wrong with my observation, you can correct me; there's always room to learn. The first picture of BitBakerr1 shows that BitBakerr1 is pressing downward because of the strength and the stress that is acting on it, while the second picture shows that BitBakerr1 is pressing upward because he is applying little strength and relieving himself from the pain he is undergoing during his push-up. Even if what you speculatingly describe is true in regards to the pushing down and pushing up, it seems almost irrelevant to show in a picture.. even if some guys might have theories in regards to how they might treat their pushing up different from their pushing down. Of course, pushing up is harder than pushing down, and most-likely any of us who do our pushups to a point of failure, we will feel our push to fail on the pushing up portion of the pushup rather than on the pushing down portion of the pushup. Is be a while that i have this kind chance to write anything concerning on how i archived my push-ups daily because i hardly have chance to drop any write up, so I'm very glad that i have the chance to do my write up concerning my push-ups, It took me 30 minutes today to archived my push-ups in different kind of style, i really felt today push-ups because i was determined to reach my gold in today push-ups, i was really in a rush in my yesterday push-ups that it happened i did mistake during my report because i just rushing to meet up my daily push-ups.

Can you explain more about the next milestone how it will be like, because ever since i joined this thread, i noticed that in the ending part of everyone is to be consistent and to push the price of Bitcoin over 100k, then later run it was changed that our aim is not only pushing the Bitcoin price over 100k but to be a beneficiary to body fitness by doing your daily push-ups.

I’ve come across this thread before but I didn’t check it out cos I thought bitcoin already hit $100k at the time, so no need. I jus went through it and saw that people are still recording their progress. I used to hit the gym a lot before, but now I jus do some sit ups and push-ups every now and then as I’m chanced to. In the mornings that I do push-ups, I normally go 80 rest, 60 rest, 50 rest…. Till 10. I can also go 100 once but if I do it normally affects my count down, so I jus stick with 80 as my benchmark. If the Challenge is still on, I’ll like to be updating now

Sure. I’d love to. The current goal of this thread is to do 100 push-ups per day until Bitcoin reaches £100,000. We are not there yet so we all continue doing push-ups. For me, I just completed 365 days of doing at least 100 push-ups per day. Feels good. Very cool that we see Bitcoin’s first monthly close above $100K the same day I reach 365 days of doing this challenge. So glad that everyone is remaining so dedicated and positive about this challenge. It’s easy to let ego get the best of you and start being toxic to other pushers you may be envious of and I’m glad we aren’t seeing any of that jealousy here. We are but a few hours from the first monthly close above $100,000. So for those of you who were only doing this challenge until Bitcoin hits $100K, your final day was today as far as I’m concerned. Now we can focus solely on our next milestone.
Can explain more about the next milestone how it will be like, because ever since i joined this thread, i noticed that in the ending part of everyone is to be consistent and to push the price of Bitcoin over 100k, then later run it was changed that our aim is not only pushing the Bitcoin price over 100k but to be a beneficiary to body fitness by doing your daily push-ups. Sure. I’d love to. The current goal of this thread is to do 100 push-ups per day until Bitcoin reaches £100,000. We are not there yet so we all continue doing push-ups. The mere fact that you attempted to rug pull this thread after more than 200 pages does not mean that the goals of guys participating in this thread has converted from dollars into a shitcoin merely because you made such proclamation. For me, I just completed 365 days of doing at least 100 push-ups per day. Feels good. Very cool that we see Bitcoin’s first monthly close above $100K the same day I reach 365 days of doing this challenge. So glad that everyone is remaining so dedicated and positive about this challenge. It’s easy to let ego get the best of you and start being toxic to other pushers you may be envious of and I’m glad we aren’t seeing any of that jealousy here. You guys are awesome!

I'm kind of amazed when I see some guys reporting 65 pushups or more at a point, at the same time I would love to inquire if you'll do it low and fast or move down until your chest is almost touching the floor and then move up until your arms are straight up cos I'm thinking it's more difficult and tasky when done slowly.
Perhaps your consistencies are paying off and your bodies are already more accepting of the exercise. I can hardly go above 25 at a go for now so I achieve 50 in two or three sets for a session, but I believe I'll get better in due time though.
I didn’t start out doing 65+ in a set. After nearly a year of push-ups daily I’d like to think my form is perfect. I couldn’t go any lower without laying down and I couldn’t go any higher without a joint in my mouth. After all, this is about being strong, not appearing to random strangers on the internet as strong. I’m sure I could do a set of 100 extremely easily if I didn’t care about form or range of motion. Maybe that will be my cheat code for my last day to achieve my goal.  Actually, you get more fit as you engage consistently no doubt. Few years ago I could do a hundred in just two pushes before I got so busy and took a long break from fitness. I guess I'm back and would get back to full form and more pretty soon. I noticed the pushups really helps build strength for me even in other exercises that I incorporated to strike a balance. Each guy needs to determine for himself the extent to which he values quantity over quality and/or what standard of pushup that he is going to do and/or report. For sure there is value in consistency in order to attempt to measure our own improvements (if any), yet for sure, there is no guarantee that guys ** are doing pushups that other guys would deem as "acceptable." **Sure, I use the term "guy" with a certain level of purposeful seeming presumptiveness while acknowledging that sure there might possibly be a gal or two in the mix of pushers..."hi Timelord2067" In the very beginning, I certainly emphasized quantity over quality, and I likely still error on the quantity end of my own weighing of preferences, yet over the last year, I have also increased my own measurements that have allowed me to gravitate somewhat more in the direction of improving my own quality, yet I still am no stickler in regards to what guys have to do, since we truly are going to have different ideas, and there is almost no fucking way that I would expect guys to need to prove their pushups beyond largely what we have been doing and guys choosing the extent to which they describe their pushup particulars, which is also optional. By the way, since the beginning I slowly gravitated up to 5 pushup sets per day, and since about mid-October, I have purposefully included one slow set per day.. my other pushup sets are tending to be fast and right around 1 second per pushup. My slow sets tend to range mostly between 3-5 seconds per pushup with most times falling right around 3.5-ish seconds per, and so that daily slow set will tend to include 20-25 pushup per set with around 75 to 95 seconds for the total time of that daily slow set. My normal set is slated for 2 seconds per pushup and beyond just going down and up. I ensure that my body is fixed and only allow my arms and elbow to do the movements, preventing any part of my body to sag in the process. I lay my emphasis on quality and not just quantity and I have the belief that the more consistent I get with quality, it would be a part of me and pushing myself to get more numbers would slowly give the quantity. while still maintaining quality.
