watching all the coins shoot up and then slowly die. glad i am with karma. new coins promise all this new innovation and better decentralization. but the truth is there is nothing better then POW. you want the coin? mine it or buy it. not enough buyers > less miners > price shoots up > miners back on it. = coins do not end up in few buyers but get distributed well. not enough miners > price shoots up > tons of miners join = Coins do not end up in the hands of few miners but they get distributed to more miner. new person. somewhere in the corner of the world that can not buy btcs? don't trust sending private info or sending fiat to exchanges ? no problem. buy a mining rig. set it up. mine our coin! = Unlimited new addition of users Old miner . got their BTCs invested in other coins? no problem. use their mining rig to jump on our coin! =new additional miners LTC/doge scrypt miners - Your mining rig too small to compete with top dogs? no problem. still profitable to mine us! = new additional miners Thanks to POW, anyone has multi safe methods to join our coin without having to buy their way in! Miners make the best buyers. How much longer until this coin explodes again ? Would you agree that the team is working very hard to build infrastructures that will bring extreme demand for this coin? Would you agree the the price is very low ?  |

https://www.facebook.com/groups/MultiCoinTipping/Some one need to do an informational video for karma so we can start posting on Facebook with the crazy tipping that is about to initiate. facebook users most likely will not know what the coin is how and its purpose. We need a short video on how they received it, how to install their wallet and some good information what our coin is and what it does. Remember the more professional it is the better they eye catch.

To everybody in here: Please help to tell coinmarketcap.com to fix the volume from Mintpal for Karma. Every day we go down in the low volume category. This is a BUG is a very bad signal to buyers. Have you checked coinwarz karmala? I cant seem to EVEN find Karma. As if we are not existing. Well it maybe my browser acting up but it's the case on my end, I dont find Karma in their profitability computations.

I'm getting 101.75 billion and I'm not at all confident with that calculation. I think I'm misunderstanding some part of it...

the block reward schedule was changed from random rewards to fixed rewards because we were being raided by someone predicting the bonus blocks way back in feb or march i think. according to the block explorer there are approx 55.7 billion coins in circulation and we are at block 177,406 according to the quick calculations I did.. at block 400,000 we should hit 61.5 billion coins in approximately 154.58 days. at that point the coin supply will continue on indefinitely at a rate of 5.256 Billion additional coins per year. so we should hit 92 billion coins in about 7 years time... and it will just keep on going... unless my calculations were wrong ofcourse. so in summary, my guess is the 92 billion number was either a completely a wild stab in the dark or the result of a simulation run during the early development of the coin. |
