Seems like a cool project, pitty I invested not much money. I think you have oppurtinity to take doge's place some day. With new devs and projects you might grow really fast...how many karmas do i have to mine and keep in wallet to join karmashare?
This discussion is long-overdue and will be addressed shortly. However, it is 5MM coins in one wallet address. (We are also thinking of making a 0 minimum but this may be economically impractical. Also, the logistics of so many members would also be an issue and one reason for the delay in providing more guidance on this.)

So if I put now 5,000,000 karmas to my wallet and keep them for at least 30 days, Ill still may join karma, but with smaller precentage, like it was during the quantum stage, right?

Otherwise there is no need to go into shares anyway. Might be a nooby question but i dont see any benefits from exchanging the coins for shares now. Both result in 1,75 shares plus you can keep the Coins if you just keep it in the Wallet right? Is there a Max Coin Ammount that count as Shares by keeping it in the Wallet ? This whole thing needs some more Explanation anyway. Otherwise you are doing great! Congratz

THE hash is not spreaded correct... how can small pools find blocks if the spread is not proportional?
People complain that they dont find blocks.. how can you find if your self have all the power in one pool? maybe we should shut them down and leave only one.

So upset I had to sell my 57 mill karma a few months back to pay some bills. I got $157 when I sold and at current prices I'd be valued at $2,000! Damn bills why do you have to get in the way! Although I have been slowly building back up my portfolio since then by buying when I can, just now it's getting harder

The big difference is that we build an economy around the coin. Coin holders get revenue from for-profit projects. Please have a look at http://www.karmashares.com/ for details.

Although I have been slowly building back up my portfolio since then by buying when I can, just now it's getting harder it happens to everyone mate.. take it as a learning experience... I started in crypto with only $500... traded my way up to 180 bitcoins and then sold them all for what I thought was a tidy profit right before the bitcoin price exploded. suffice to say.. I don't have 180 bitcoins anymore. I am slowly clawing my way back up to the coins I once had... it really takes a complete paradigm shift in thinking to know how to invest well in deflationary crypto currencies, but when you do you will grow and benefit from it. After all it is the knowledge and wisdom you gain from the journey that is far more valuable then the coins you once held.

Yea, that 57 mill I had mined from the launch of the coin back in Feb. And I had every intention of holding until Kosmosts promised 500 satoshi , but sometimes life just gets in the way of things.

Although I have been slowly building back up my portfolio since then by buying when I can, just now it's getting harder If it is any consolation I could very easily be sitting on at least 500 million more Karma right now if I didn't make a few rash trades. Decisions will either appear to be wrong in the short term or appear to be wrong in the long term no matter what you do (buy, sell, hold or even not invest more) because the market will keep moving, even if you buy and the price goes up you could have always bought more. When your trade is clearly wrong (in hindsight) realistically you are more right than the people that have never held any Karma because you had a go. Chargin.

I can not synchronize my wallet. I pulled the new version, but does not work. Any ideas.
in your wallet go to help | debug window | console and type in: addnode altcoin.dk:9432 add addnode altcoin.dk:9436 add close the popup window, wait for your wallet to start syncing.

I've been looking at the sell wall at 300 since Karma was trading at around 100. If those large sell walls at 300 and 1000 were removed (through sale or the trades being withdrawn) the price of Karma could really explode.

for the first time in its history Karma is now larger than Maxcoin and 7.3 times larger than the much over hyped Nautilus coin...
a place in the top 20 greatest cryptocoins of all time is now well within reach...
just so that people can't accuse me of shamelessly pumping I am going to caution everyone that this rally cannot last. all rallies come to an end eventually.. so don't forget to lock in some gains while you can.
