This price is more realistic than 10.000 dollars , what we can do know is just to see what will happen in 20 years maybe we are wrong or right. I hope we are right so that people who have bitcoin will be a good gift for us .

I don't see a 10k happening anytime soon. At most maybe 3k. Which is just huge.
With that in mind, 333 bitcoin would give you around 1M from which you can live a wealthy pension

The price of Bitcoin has changed a lot in the past few years. This makes it very difficult to estimate how many Bitcoins people will need for retirement, especially as this topic is talking about the next 20 years. Currencies are highly unpredictable, especially with digital cryptocurrencies. You might think you have saved up enough, and then when you reach there, the price drops. That won't be good. Saving up more than you need would be much better. Although this can be kept in mind, we cannot predict how much you would need for retirement. The price just changes too much.

mining alt is currently profitable i assume it will be in 20 years cuz we have some new coin all the time
also think that all use merge mining and transfer to most profitable it will be like this in 20 years to

This is some awesome strategy, how much bitcoins are you buying weekly or monthly than? Because for me I can afford buying that much bitcoins. I am just trying to get every week  0.01 so that I have something in my wallet.

Yeah try to save around 0.05 btc every week and you will see in 2 decades you will be a very wealty man.
Remember patience is a bliss. So don't  get lured into (panic) selling.

It's probably good to have 3-5 BTC just in case. Also it's wise to diversify to promising alts. I think some alts will also survive well into the future.
