problem was on my side
used wrong libdb

not hashing, folding and curing (check FLDC merged-folding! reuse good GPUs)

I've been folding with my GPU for some hours and there's one thing I don't understand aticonfig --odgc shows 1-15% gpu load only, and cpu has much shorter estimated time then gpu... What to do to have 90-100% gpu load?

Unfortunately I'm not sure what --odgc is.  I run ATI cards, but I use MSI Afterburner to determine GPU load.  Some WU's will be a steady 100% and others will move around a bit but stay close to 100%.  I've seen some WU's that get stuck with a very low GPU utilization but that was for Core 16 WU's.  I haven't been getting many Core 16 WU's lately though.

What GPU are you using and what is the Core for the WU being processed?

aticonfig --odgc is an opencl configuring tool showing actual clocks and gpu load
gpu is radeon 6850, cpu is 2-core athlon
I've added all possible parameters to slot, like client-type advantage and gpu-usage 95 etc, changed the priority of fah client, but no way, the gpu utilisation is a few percents, max 15%, and the gpu often goes idle. Because of that the fah manager shows ETA 1-2 days (CPU), but 9 days (GPU).
I mean the utilisation of gpu, not the percentage of the work unit.

I suggest going over to https://foldingforum.org/ and starting a thread and post your logs.  Perhaps this is something that others have seen before.

It is possible that your CPU folding is choking your GPU folding, try pausing  your CPU WUs and see if your GPU utilization increases. Other than that, folding forums are probably the best place to ask around. Smiley

This is the only PoS coin I've seen that doesn't display how many mature coins you have and what the expected stake time is. Am I missing something? Is PoS active yet? I did the console command, just don't see info anywhere to indicate that I'm staking.

Yep, PoS is currently active! Coins take 30 days minimum to stake. As long as your wallet is unlocked and your client is running, you will automatically mine PoS blocks.

This isn't related to Curecoin but I guess it is just a reminder (as if we need another one) to anyone that is new to crypto as to just how risky crypto is.

http://www.dailydot.com/politics/moolah-dogecoin-alex-green-ryan-kennedy-ryan-gentle-millions-missing-mintpal/

This is yet another case of large sums of money ($1.4 million) disappearing after a lengthy effort to build trust in a community.  Moolah was well known and active in the Dogecoin community and it appears yet again that it was all an effort to grab cash by the owner...  He also appears to have taken MintPal's funds as well after their takeover.

I didn't lose coins in this scam but I did lose a few coins to something similar with an exchange called coinmarket.io.  That was my first experience with just how "fly by night" the crypto world can be.  So even though I had a balance on MintPal, when the conversion went badly to say the least I immediately moved my coins as soon as I was able to.

The moral of the story is try to keep your coins in your own wallet.  Leaving them on exchanges just opens you up to another way of having your coins taken from you.  I know for people that active trade that is easier said than done.

Tried pausing, but it changes really nothing... On folding forums I can get an info to set my gpu usage to 100% or 1 or things like that. Tried all of them. But what about people here, on this forum, who fold with their GPUs?

I've been folding without issues on r9 290 at 1050/1250, load at 100% mostly, sometimes it goes down.
If I start any other process, even trying to leave a cpu core for every gpu free, the gpu usage goes down.
I.e. I can fold at maximum speed only if I leave it alone :-)

Is there a reason you don't have your mac wallet listed in the op?   Huh

Also, is there not a working block explorer currently?

Could the mining pool list be updated as well?

[EDIT] Also, there is just this very short statement which is unclear and overlooked next to all the other info and graphics...
"PoS mintage model also included."

Proof of stake can be a very popular feature.  I think you should make it more clear that your a proof of stake coin and provide more details on that.

Just bought some curecoin.  Happy to now be a part of this community.  I hope I can find a place to help push this project forward.  Smiley

Welcome aboard!  I suspect you will see more information about Curecoin when the devs get done with cc2.0.  They are making a lot of improvements so much of what is in cc1.0 won't apply anymore.

Here is a link to what is known so far.

I've got a rig folding from 12 hours with 2 radeons 5870 (cpu folding disabled, it's a dual core pentium), but they make just 34700 PPD together. Seems too low (?).
ATI driver is the latest (downloaded yesterday). Log below. Any advice welcome.

P.S. anyone has experience downvolting Radeons to fold? These babies used to mine for years finely at 0.985 v.
and could Xfire them be a good idea for folding?

I did some looking around on this and to be honest the information is so old now I don't have any idea how many PPD you should be getting.  Most of the discussions around the Radeons 5870 was back in 2009 and 2010.

You can post the same information you have here to https://foldingforum.org/ and see if someone has more information specific to the cards.

Regarding the downvolting cards, I would say it probably isn't a good idea for folding but I have never done it with my 290X TRI-X cards.  Keep in mind folding uses a lot less energy and generates less heat than mining anyway.

Regarding crossfire, it should not make any difference one way or the other according to the F@H forums.  The F@H client ignores crossfire.

 #2700

I've got a rig folding from 12 hours with 2 radeons 5870 (cpu folding disabled, it's a dual core pentium), but they make just 34700 PPD together. Seems too low (?).
ATI driver is the latest (downloaded yesterday). Log below. Any advice welcome.

P.S. anyone has experience downvolting Radeons to fold? These babies used to mine for years finely at 0.985 v.
and could Xfire them be a good idea for folding?

I'm not sure about how much PPD you should generate.
But 34700 PPD is way too low.
