I've been trying to setup a Curecoin pool using NOMP but haven't had any luck yet, is there something out of the ordinary with block submissions? I keep seeing messages like this when submitting a block:

We thought a block was found but it was rejected by the daemon, share data: {"job":"10a2","ip":"127.0.0.1","worker":"bsom.1","height":2903,"reward":13000000,"difficulty":106.83760684,"shareDiff":"78839945.97002709","blockDiff":3675593.04712938,"blockDiffActual":3675593.04712938,"blockHash":"000000000000003679e92759a80c36f6f40d2a370bf9f03ce0567b707358369b"}

Using the latest wallet with the following coin config:

{
    "name": "Curecoin",
    "symbol": "CURE",
    "algorithm": "sha256"
}

I have the same issues as well. I am very interested in the answer.

Same issue here, too

Anyone? I have everything in place for a CURE pool and miners wanting to mine but its useless if block submissions don't work.

I believe runlinux found a solution to this that he mentioned in IRC, something about setting the daemon settings to accept some sort of message. I'll ask him on IRC and post back.

are there any future goals, any ongoing projects Huh
Plenty! In July, we're going to be setting up a table at the BTC:Chicago conference, so we're preparing literature on that. Tomorrow we'll publish the devfund blog, which will have a post every time dev funds are sent, with the following information:
-TxID
-Who 'owns' the address
-What the funds will be used for/are being used for
-Amount

This will allow the dev funds to be a lot more transparent. The blog hasn't been a priority until now, simply because of the low current market value of CURE, the dev funds don't have much purchasing power, and we've been using personal funds and IPO funds instead to pay for things.

Additionally, F@H has some very exciting developments in the works, such as ocore, and as such we are working on modifying our backend to support their changes.

In the next week or two, I'll be working on assembling a marketing team. Our first target will be the top 728x90 ad space on http://www.coinmarketcap.com/. If people want to start designing banners, be my guest. I'll be starting a new thread dedicated to the development of that, probably over at the curecoin forums. I'm planning on having people submit banner ideas, and I'll pick the winner with community input, with a small CURE prize.

NO, it's for real, Im folding since + 2 weeks, it works fine when your hardware is stable, it needs hands on in the start.

Use factory settings on ALL hardware and we aware that a work takes several hours even days, you will get your point when a work is finnished and sent back, and then after that you get coins, please check your folding during this time and post your questions in this forum when you have one.
We will help you, it's not like the old type of mining, this is curing cancer and other bad stuff!

Thanks for helping out!

Happy folding Smiley

Thank you for your quick reply. Yes I'm permanently checking if my hardware is working. I didn't change any settings and FAHControl seems to run properly not showing any errors.

Sorry to hear about it. Almost 1/3 of humanity share your pain too. Humanity fights with this for thousand years and can't still declare for win. And I don't think it will soon, but we can always hope.
Off-topic but I can recommend a very nice reading about cancer

Thanks a lot for the hint. I just found out that there is a German translation of this book. I consider to give it to my sister as a gift.

Really excited for the conference too - let me know how it goes, I want to see my curecoin go back up to their previous values!

On a side note, coinmarketcap wants $5/1,000 impressions for that top banner slot which gets 2.7 million impressions a month. See here: https://buysellads.com/buy/detail/229736 As someone who has bought/sold advertising on websites before I can say that is quite steep. While coinmarketcap does carry a lot of weight, I would say unless you can get a better deal don't pay the $12,000 a month they are currently asking for.

I searched cryptocurrency on buysellads and here are some other decent websites that are priced noticeably cheaper.
https://buysellads.com/buy/detail/239498
https://buysellads.com/buy/detail/224938 (this website is still kinda steep)
https://buysellads.com/buy/detail/236248
https://buysellads.com/buy/detail/239498
https://buysellads.com/buy/detail/238491

All of those are more Bitcoin related websites.

Also, if I were you guys what I would do to market is write up an guide for step by step (and make it as simple as possible) for getting USD -> Curecoin and then go market that guide on various investor hangouts as a good investment and try to get investors interested in Curecoin & what it stands for.

Hey! Looks like you have submitted 7 total WUs, with 1300 total points, and 325 points in the last 24 hr. You are getting payouts, but they're extremely small, as that is a very small amount of folding. What kind of PPD does your 10 core CPU and your 7950 report as estimated?
