Hey guys,

I am trying to use awesome miner with Tensority Bminer 9

If I launch Bminer directly using the bat file all works fine. When I try to launch it using Awesome miner with the same pool same all I get a connection error. May you show me how to correctly cofigure awesome miner to work with bminer 9?

thanks!
It looks like Awesome Miner currently replaces pool URL's starting with "tensority://" with "stratum://" when preparing Bminer. I will correct that in the next release, and Bminer should be initialized correctly with your tensority pool URL.

on mining-dutch.nl pool  we should set manually diff ? all algo say ( InEfficient, Diff might be too High )
Mining-Dutch provides multiple ports for each algorithm. Awesome Miner uses those with high diff by default, but you can go to Options dialog, Online Services to edit the Mining Dutch entries to use another port with lower difficulty. Please see their web site for details.

Until partrike can supply and update to fix, you can add this in your miners properties -> command line: -uri tensority://WALLET.WORKER@POOLURL:POOLPORT - Then it works with bminer.

I searched but could not find a way to configure PhoenixMiner in AwesomeMiner to change the proto setting from its default. (I need to be able to change setting of proto from 2 to 3.)
If I use the command line parameters field, the AwesomeMiner program is unable to monitor the statistics of PhoenixMiner and the state of the GPU. (i.e. It says "Interface Offline")
The idea is that you can go to the Properties dialog for your pools, and go to the Claymore section (yes, Phoenix Miner shares the same concept, but I will rename this one) and add a property "PROTO" with value 3. However, when testing this concept I do see that it only works for overriding the proto-flag set by Awesome Miner for Nicehash and MPH. In the next version of Awesome Miner I will make a change so you can override this on any pool.

Is it worth waiting for the correction:
1. in the display of the opening windows (settings, etc.)  not on the main monitor (the main one installed in windows),
but on the same as the launched awesome?

2. Saving proportions after turning off and starting manual settings awesome

Why Awesome Miner doesn't have a wide pool selection, provision of all mining software’s settings and overclocking?

This one is all your Patrike Wink

Vegas

I want to make sure everyone knows that I just released my software called "Yobit pump alert". THis is custom software that uses an algo to detect the start of a pump here on yobit, the second it starts. YOu can even filter the coins you see by price. Most pumps start less than 100 sats , so you can easily filter the cheap coins, so they are the only ones displayed Smiley https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1945937.msg20241953#msg20241953

i edit port and its work , but when pc reboot and awesome miner open all port back to default .
Good point, I see that now. Awesome Miner tries to restore the predefined settings here. I will have to look into that and see how to redesign that behavior.

Hi,
1) I've had a few requests on this so will try to make that change quite soon. It should actually be a very small implementation effort.

I noticed that the View Details dialog (when you right click on a miner) already have the correct properties for being displayed on the correct monitor. Is that specific dialog correctly displayed in you setup as well?

2) This will be supported at some point, but probably not as fast as for the item above.

Why Awesome Miner doesn't have a wide pool selection, provision of all mining software’s settings and overclocking?
Awesome Miner has a number of predefined pools (see Options dialog, Profit switching section), but there can of course be room for improvements. I think what is most important is that Awesome Miner support profit information from the most popular pools. For single coin pools it doesn't add as much value as having them predefined, as the coin statistics are taken from other sources.

I'm always open for suggestions about additional pools to have support for, and I do have a few requests for more pools since before as well.

It's correct that Awesome Miner doesn't include much out-of-the-box for GPU settings and overclocking. I suppose this is a matter of priorities as well, but I fully understand your point and these are of course also areas of improvements for future releases.

I keep getting this error mining Tensority/BTM using awesome miner with Bminer even after today's awesome update., but if i use Bminer without awesome miner it works I'm able to mine BTM with a 5 card NV rig.

Code:
 Failed to parse the response: %!s(*stratum.RawIncomingMessage=0xc0421aa020), error: json: cannot unmarshal object into Go struct field IncomingMessage.params of type []*interface {}

Here is the diagnostics if it helps any .

it's not loading the Password like it does without Awesome after it reads five cards .. if you need that screen shot i can post it .

PAtrike although I have been a few days without comment, just remember you please consider adding an option so that all rigs mine the same and make it easy.

The trick you told me almost always works, but if I want to change OC or Intensity, it's a tremendous mess.

regards
I've had a look at alternative options to using the profile group concept, and there is no fast solution to that I just can go ahead and implement right away. It will have to be considered and prioritized among many of the other requests I get.

For the profit profiles - isn't it just a single profile you have per GPU type, and only the single profile needs to be updated with new clocking settings in case you want to adjust the clocking settings?
I'm doing it as you suggested. A profile is divided into two, hash and core, and I use the CORE (with intensity and OC of the local miner) and the hash of the miner 3 (which I want to follow)

But it's messy. If I have to change the intensity value, I have to do it in two places, in the complete profile, and in the separate profile to maintain coherence.

I follow him without seeing the difficulty. A special group is created, a master is defined, all others follow the master, and it's over.

Thus each one could have their own profile without dividing and making strange rules.

I already tell you that I am using as you say, but it makes VERY TORPE interact and change values.

Consider creating a special group with that quality. It would not change anything else. You can automatically make all the other miners have the HASH of the MASTER, but managing would be much easier by independent.

I noticed that the View Details dialog (when you right click on a miner) already have the correct properties for being displayed on the correct monitor. Is that specific dialog correctly displayed in you setup as well
yes, the View "Details dialog" is displayed correctly, on the same monitor where the avesome is open. I hope until the last that the rest of the windows will someday behave as well
I'm always open for suggestions about additional pools to have support for, and I do have a few requests for more pools since before as well.
Here is an excellent pool, with three algorithms (sha256 / script / X11) with servers in different countries, with a lot of coins, a user-friendly interface, as well as with bonuses (Merged Mined),
and excellent support (not advertising  Grin)

I keep getting this error mining Tensority/BTM using awesome miner with Bminer even after today's awesome update., but if i use Bminer without awesome miner it works I'm able to mine BTM with a 5 card NV rig.

I'm toptek my other account was hacked and i can't get it back .
Hi,

For the moment, I think you need to define the pool url like "tensority://btm.91pool.com:9221". I will make that automatic in the next update, so it can take a standard pool URL and just make it work.

antminer z9 mini supported?
Awesome Miner supports all Antminers so far, as they are quite similar from a monitoring point of view. Antminer Z9 mini will be supported as well, but it cannot be confirmed until someone receive the first shipment and add it to Awesome Miner.

I added Z9 mini to Awesome Miner 5.1.3 and able to view detail successfully.  After I "Configure API Access", it succeed and able to change Pool priority for Z9 mini.  If the Z9 mini restart again, it will back to non API access and I have to "Configure API Access" again to make it work,  seems like Z9 not able to retain the API access configuration after reboot.  Is there any solution for this?

thanks,
ctan6611
Hi,

I will correct the dialog positioning in the next development release. Once available, please give it a try.

I do see that multipool.us provides an API (last time I checked, I couldn't find it). I will explore if it can provide the profit info for their multi-coin pools.

I'm having problems with the Aftherburner Remote server. On two computers that I have, it does not initialize, or if it does, but when I put the pointer on it it closes.

They are two newly formatted computers. I downloaded the suggested DLL from the Awesome help page, but it still does not work.

It does like loading, it goes out in the notification area, but when it goes to the icon, it goes and closes. As a result, I can not handle the remote.

It's all in Awesome well configured and I have it installed in the same directory on all machines

The chance gives that the two teams, yesterday one and today another, do not start, I have been trying this for several hours.

Neither pulling it directly or I clicking on the icon, it goes out in the notification area but it disappears and it does not work. The remote rigs are restarted because I can not lower the OC .....

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? , I can think that a computer is crazy, but it is happening to me in two machines ... Last versions of Aftherburner and Remote Server, and updated the DLL as it suggests in Awesome help.
It can not be that it is the only one that is experiencing this.
