HyperShield looks great. Putting up massive buy walls will help secure a nice stable price. You should do it for the opposite as well for selling. The community should pick a sell and buy price for everyone to use so we have a close and big buy and sell wall to stop the proce moving thus keeping the prices stable.

No, we don't.
Smile and say "thank you!"
Google Phineas Taylor Barnum. There is no such thing as bad publicity.
I agree and disagree simultaneously. These words are often said by showmen, and they are true for showmen. But if, for example, a doctor will become well known after some public person will call him a bad specialist, he will probably lose all his clients if he won't prove the opposite. "Thank you" is also a response But in some cases it can bee too weak, it can simply be flooded with torrents of libeling messages and lost within them. A brand consists not only of an awareness component, but also of a set of associations. It's especially important to remember when we are speaking about newbees whose mind is open to any manipulation. I concede your point. However, I object to "retaliatory" as it implies that something is wrong on the side retaliating. Demonstrating point by point why the black PR is wrong, showing associations, etc, that can be of use. But straight up retaliating, smearing them as it were, makes it seem as if they hold the high ground. Troll bashing is fun, but can take a lot of time better spent elsewhere.

Presstab how about what sharecoin do? They have a multipool which dumps their coins for sharecoin, thus pushing up the prices for HYP. Just a thought.

I don't really care about what the price is at, preferably lower but stability is much more important as many people have stated. ^

HyperStake v1.0.7 - Not Mandatory, but Lots Of New Featureshttps://github.com/presstab/HyperStake/releases/tag/v1.0.7For updated themes, please replace your themes folder. And make sure it is located in the same place as your hyperstake-qt.exeSince the last beta release the following has been added or changed:- 3 new themes - magma, celestial, and bluelights - exportdifficulty RPC call, allows you to export each blocks difficulty to a spreadsheet - checkbox added to sendcoinsdailog to allow you to return change to your sending address - add "split block" which allows easy resizing of blocks - raise threshold so that stakes only split on larger blocks - add weight to getstaketx RPC call - fix and update stake for charity New items that were included in the last beta releases- Poloniex day and night themes - Improved syncing to be about 3 times faster - Improved syncing to not get hung up on certain blocks as long - add stake time estimate per block in coin control - change stake estimate to be a time range - add stake calculator - add custom change address ability for stake for charity - change coin control dates to be derived from blockchain - add unlockformint - update code to be compatible with qt5 Thanks to Moneromooo, ZeeWolf, MyEagleFlies, Shrykez, billotronic, iantunc, and all the others that helped make this version of the wallet.

iantunc, keep us in touch with HyperDeck.
It is already modeled and now in the publishing phase, but I'm stuck trying to run not so stable Unity 5 early beta which supports WebGL (it's kinda revolution, so I think it worth the time).

Please be more precise with "only hyperblue is working". Do you get the other themes listed in the themes menu ? If so, does selecting them change anything (ie, only parts change) ? If not, have you made sure the directories for those are in the themes directory where the binary is (ie, you might be running another binary, IIRC the binary is now in a release subdirectory) Are there any errors on the terminal when you select one of the other themes ? If so, what are they (copy/paste exact messages) ?

I've got this error (compiling from source, Ubuntu 14.04) The wallet otherwise works well. I'll see if it can automatically transfer 25% to Poloniex or if I have these S4C issues again. Also: deleting addresses on the addressbook still doesn't work. I know you are aware of it, so just mentionning. A feature request: render "custom change address" inactive when "return change" is checked. I know that you might want to exceptionally use a custom change address and so it would override the "return change" but this might cause more confusion than the flexibility allows. I think there is a CSS3 :window-inactive, as well :disabled pseudo-class, might help. Also, it seems there is a major bug here http://imgur.com/a/67gK3#0The age issue was fixed with repairing the wallet, but not the rest. I reopened the wallet with 1.0.6 and everything went fine, I could reorder the block as expected. When I reopened the wallet in 1.0.7, the reordered block were still reordered but the warning about the errors in wallet.dat still resurfaced. It seems I will have to use 1.0.6 to use control until this get fixed. My next move will be to test S4C with 1.0.7. If it doesn't work, I will consider opening two sessions of HyperStake (with different ports) and slowly moving my coins to another wallet (it could take two weeks to happen).

Last month shows an increase of the inflation of HYP. It only means the staking is getting more and more efficient and produces a stake ever closer to 1000 which is the max stake for this coin. Since the stake percentage isn't decreasing with stake weight, it's fair to assume that inflation will eventually level out and then decrease much like a POW-coin with a 1000 block-reward. The thing that really surprises me though, is the absence of strong price-erosion due to this enormous inflation thus producing an impressive market cap. A most interesting experiment indeed.

Interesting I will look into these issues. I did change how the fee is calculated from coin control, and from my experience it was more accurate rather than less. I'll do some more testing with this and see what I can do. As for age.. that is very strange. Edit actually after looking at age, I would guess it is because the transaction never confirmed to the chain, and the age is based off of blockchain age.

Hi presstab, First of all - thanks for this new release, I downloaded and am running it and it works well. I was able to find the new features like block split, but I am wondering what the threshold is for the staking split, I could not find a field to set the threshold, even in the debug help, so I am guessing it is a fixed threshold at the moment?

Yep right now it is fixed, and targets blocks to be at least the size of 1k HYP. Later when difficulty is more stable we can add custom threshold.
