Hey are these 2 the same guys...Bob Surplus in this thread promoting CIRC and the scammer mentioned in this thread:>>

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=896480.0

 Huh

Yeah and because someone calls me a scammer it makes it true. How about you take the time to read the whole story and all the comments on the thread before making judgement?
I've been here for a while, surely if I was a scammer someone on the default trust list would have left me negative rep.
Dont cha think?

Please sir, untwist your knickers. It was a question, not an accusation. The fury with which you responded makes me wonder.

Tbh I don't think it's scamming. It's just a strategic way to influence a community/coin.

It's just a triangular game that if played right is very profitable. People that get upset with
these kind of games are mostly shortsighted and naive.

People that didn't benefit should do a depth analyze of the choices they have made.

There you have it, don't feel bad all you that lose money to these people, its just a strategy and you are short-sited and naïve!  Problems solved.

Coins and projects should stand on their own merit.  Shouldn't need to scam someone into a coin.  Every time that gets done, drives many people away from here.  Cannot tell you how many people I have talked to about coins and they believe it is strictly a scam and want nothing to do with it.

People will always play games, that is life.  However, I will agree that many of the scammers are short-sited at least.  Instead of driving money away for short term profit, help industry grow above board and draw money into it.  I know that required patience and work, much harder than posting on forums all day, but that is where the real money is if this last in the long run.

That said, I see no difference between the poster of the long story about Bob and what Bob is doing here about Fyrs.  Either way, someone is pissed, or acting pissed, to try to gain something.

So, my point is, I will continue to follow and support Markus who has worked to at least create something of value.  Also will follow other coins that are trying to do the same thing.  The good ones don't need the crap, they will succeed regardless.

Going one step further, posting legit bugs with this program would accomplish the same thing anyway and either make this better or get people to look at others.  No need for personal stuff, unless you really don't follow or use this and cannot give details.

I agree, but most people also like myself almost walked away because got scammed with things like hidden code.... so suddenly the coin goes from 10M to 50M total coins and getting dumpt hard! that's scamming!

For the QTL I will stay supporting it! Every software comes with bugs and testing periods. although I really would like to see or know what great updates we get  Cool

I think we have only seen the beginning of this, D.  I just picked up some more, it i really cheap for some reason.  I think now is the best time to get in, because when the next major update hits it will get a lot more expensive.

Hi, I have a question.  I was trying the bot on the ltc market.  I was buying/selling 1 ltc at a time.    I put the limit to not buy more than 1 ltc.  The way I understand this works, is that it can have at max 2 ltc?  Because if it is in an order, then the bot will buy another one right?  But I got a total of 3 ltc, so does that mean that any buy/sell order is not counted towards this max, right?

Thanks, for the patience with my noobishness.  I am just trying to figure out some of the finer points.

Yes, it's because the bot doesn't check or count the open orders you have. You can buy 1ltc and on the sell side you put in 0.5ltc and put the limit to stop buying at 0.1 ltc. So if canceling the orders works right you always have more then 0.1ltc in your ltc balance as long as you have ltc left it should stop buying more.

OK, got a nonce error today on an order.  I now suspect, but cannot know for sure, that the balance check conflicted with the order on Poly.  Those are the only two calls that could/should have been running at the time for me at this order placement.

Not much any software can do for that except catch the error and resend the command, if that is what is happening.

No big deal for me, just wanted to share.

BTW, also would like to see other features added, but been holding off on asking since I know Markus is short on time these days.

Don't know if this has been asked for, but can you highlight existing orders in order book when you are looking at it?  Would be nice to see where your bids and asks are.

Another "feature" suggestion if markus is still hanging around. Can we get an option to flush the trade logs for the arbitrage? It eventually gets full of enough data that manipulating it to pull out the successful trades for tracking freezes the program, it does come back, but it goes unresponsive for a minute or 2.

DUST_TRADE_DISALLOWED_MIN_VALUE_50K_SATOSHI. Nice! What is the point then if you can't use ping pong trade in small coins...

Minimum trade value must be 50,000 Satoshi in total value. This is a hard limit set by the exchange.
If you ping pong with peanut amount you will only win monkey  Grin

The exchanges are aware of that, that is part of the reason they place that limit.  Has nothing to do with trading software of any kind.

Something that has been bothering me for quite some time and am hoping we can get a fix.
When adding the coins to the arb list, it is taking longer than it should for the 2 tabs that have cryptsy as an option. Is it calling the api and waiting for a response for every coin to add? Despite the fact that it already pulled down the most recent list of arbitrageable coins? Is there a way we can fix this? I know its not my internet connection or system because the bitt/polo window loads just fine. It would also be awesome if we could get the option to save the coins and settings for arb so that if/when we need to restart the system or the bot we can have all fields prepopulated and ready to roll.

Bob, go on back and beg to be a tester.  Especially since you are expertly teaching people to use this one that you say stinks so much!
