While I can't personally speak about them as I haven't played with them for an year, but there are some people who have posted screenshots of games not cleared for 4-5 days. These were provided instantly on asking for one. Also I haven't seen Cloudbet comment on their thread, which they would do if all these accusations were fake.

he said that this case will still affected to directbet ratings negatively even the case resolved.
