I hate you.  Tomorrow will be the coldest day of the last 10 months here in SoCal - get down to a chilly 49F at night.  I swear God mad this the hottest winter in history on this side of the US.

How are you regulating the humidity if you're bringing in outside air?
Oh man. 49F is like a heat wave up here!

For humidity control, we shut the window a few inches when it starts to snow.  Grin Grin Grin

Same here, I live in Northern NY and we have had so many -40 nights and days on end of -10 to -15 in a row this winter it brings back memories of growing up in the 1970's.
This is the first year in the last 10+ that the snow did not melt all away at least twice by now during the winter.

My "Completed" Rig. 20 MH/s. You see random cards I bought them over a course of a year so I have different brands and different models of AMD cards. Power Consumption is around 7500 Watts fans and all

Ditto on the power consumption, and are you blowing the air INTO your AC Unit? Clever.

C

There is no AC Unit in that room all natural air float and ambient temperatures. I have setup the rigs to work with the room of the house. I have mined since last summers so I know to expect this summer.

I know the AC unit up stairs is not enough but the way I have engineered the rig setup the cards do not get above 80 C.

When the temperatures outside is 80 F plus I know the cards will be in the 80s to 90s the way I have setup that room. I just open the door to let the cool air from a my main room to that room. I deal with the heat like I did last year.

Also Power consumption is around 7500 Watts from the wall.

Nice meet you here. Cheesy

A new updated video of the rig will be uploaded soon, there has not been on for two months because of the rigs you see there.

I have a hard time comprehending fans blowing hot air from one rig right into another rig. Wouldn't it be better to orient them differently, so they're not blowing into each other?

Other than that, I like it!

I have make do with what I have in space of that room. If that setup worked last summer then this summer should work as well unless you have better solution to this issue.

i could see some overly complex ducting made from cardboard or such to direct all the ho air one way and allow the fans to only pull in colder air from another, but hey, if this works, it works. leave it.

i don't post much, but this space for rent.

We're adding more and more GPUs on a weekly basis, and we've got 4 AntMiners coming in tomorrow.

Total within the next few weeks should be ~40MH/s scrypt, and ~2TH/s SHA256.

Why don't you stack another box fan on the other one to cool the top half of your rack?

Why don't you stack another box fan on the other one to cool the top half of your rack?
1) The box fan in the window behind the rigs blows cold (COLD) air into the top two shelves, so heat isn't an issue for the top 4 rigs. That back box fan doesn't blow into the bottom shelf very well, so that side box fan takes care of those bottom two rigs.

2) We only have 2 box fans to work with, and we're too lazy to pick up more.  Cool Cool Grin Grin

3) We already purchased an AC, and we're planning the heat dissipation for the summer. Our future setup will be an AC in the window behind the rigs, 6 box fans covering the front of the shelves (so you won't see any GPUs), and plywood channel/ducting to the other window with an industrial exhaust fan. RightWindow->AC->Rigs->BoxFans->Duct->LeftWindow.

Just wondering as I haven't seen examples posted here with special ducts for improved air circulation if someone could post an example?

Easyminer, it is cool setup, but your hot air is in the one place, not smart enough. I would recomend to redesign that rig layout. 80 degrees to 90 is way too much.
