Ok, so ive rented a few rigs at MRR, one rig - the biggest one, is underperforming. Now I remembered why I stopped using MRR, because sometimes its impossible to use big rentals. There are two ports on CKPool 3333 and 4334, and none of them would work on MRR sometimes. Because on port 3333 the difficulty is too low, and on 4334 its too high. Nothing left to rent anymore, for now. Why aren’t you guys doing this on Kano pool? Absolutely nothing against ck but at least on Kano solo pool you can get some reward back if it hits a block. Plus it’s sitting on 15 peta for help to find block. Yes your gonna give up some on the first one. It’s the second one where you can all possibly come out ahead. Just a thought. Here your guaranteed nothing if you don’t hit a block.

You can’t use any rentals on his pool, he blocks all rentals. Weird flex but ok. Looking at the numbers it doesn’t seem to have improved pool luck. Maybe is internal gear that is broken. Is it Canaan hw that isn’t finding blocks?. Nvm. I see it has greatly improved luck. I was reading that backwards. He’s added more rows since last I checked. Damn. Idk of rentals would be what I’d be trying to pop a block with. His pool maybe on a luck streak but damn it’s showing improvement. Hard to say. Only time will tell. That’s the sad part. But we all know latency is everything in getting blocks out. 1ms is all it takes. And when you add in hops your asking for risk. Let me ask you all this. Maybe a bit of complex math involved idk. Do difficulty adjustments account for the people that drop off the network ahead of the game. Say I turn on a s3 and pop a block in seconds. Turn off. Never contributing what I should to the network. 100% shares to difficulty. Leaving that up to the rest of the miners. If this happens enough over and over. Won’t all that remain mining suffer? Or does difficulty adjust fast enough to compensate others? I’m prolly overthinking. I tend to do that a LOT😜 BR Apologize for barging in. I’ll see my way out. Have a great day all |

Because pointing big rentals at kano pool does not reward you if you hit a block, it pays highest miners on the pool. plus you need to ramp up your 5n before you even get a payout and that could take a month. this lotterry try isnt for PPLNS. we want the whole block and nothing but the block. split 10 ways  |
