I did the same.
But what's the "Run the App"?
Which App?

I did like this:

./NoirSharesd &
./NoirSharesd setgenerate true -1

This is fun. There are 2 different chains. One of them is around block 1243 the other chain is at block 7213

Which one is right?

Wish we had an official block explorer to tell us.

I'm sure the soft update will arrive after difficulty increases, the chain is long enough, and the early miners have the equivalent of a premine for being on the right chain while others are mining a wrong chain.

Makes sense. Smiley  Gotta love crypto. Ha ha..

Sorry to tell you, I think you're on the wrong chain.

If you download the latest git, and sync Blocks.7z to the first 739 blocks, and the hard coded checkpoint at block 128, you'll see that the chain at block 7709 is invalid.

So either:

a) The git has a corrupted wallet  (unlikely)

OR

b) You started your wallet without doing the Blocks.7z thing correctly and you are on a longer, but unofficial chain.

i have found a 2222.20 block...

By the sounds of things, you found a 2222.20 block that is worthless on the wrong chain. Tongue

Too bad you didn't have an official block explorer on the official chain to see if your wallet address shows that value.

block.7z was important to the release 1.05 of the chain is now much more!

Congrats! I'm glad you single handedly own so many of those coins.

Maybe now you can help encourage Barwizi to release a proper Linux wallet that can sync from block 0, instead of having to play this Blocks.7z game which will confuse everyone.

As it stands, very few people are going to want to buy any of those 9000 nrs off you, if the wallet doesn't work right.

Unless of course, this is a "Windows Only Coin".  Maybe that's Barwizi's plan.   IT works on Microsoft Windows computers only. Smiley

Noirshares is frozen on Poloneix. Ask them to allow withdrawls at the minimum.

that's NRS 1.0! this wallet is NRS 2.0, this is not the same

I had my balance there. What happens to that?

well you still have NRS 1.0 which are worthless ( best to dump them for any thing )

you need to hope/pray that Poloneix honer the snapshot and pay out any NRS 2.0 owe to you . but poloneix has never paid out any snap shot yet , so if there is a little chance that NRS 2.0 does get listed there . there still little chance you will get any 2.0

short answer = there gone

Thats very bad. I messaged them, I want my money back Angry

you wont get shit back , you traded BTC not money .... but any way ,,,, you traded BTC and got NRS 1.0 ....
you still have NRS 1.0 so what are you bitchng about ?  ur NRS are now worthless , i would suggest buying NRS 2.0 next time or do more study before wasting any thing before trading
