Damn it... I registered around three hours ago and deposited around 0.46 B... and tried to withdraw 0.57 B without any success... Now when I try again it says that I only have 0,0004 B available to withdraw... even if in my "member area" I still see 0.57 B...

Any chance to receive my earnings ?

EDIT : I managed to earn 0,05 B more and I successfully withdrew it, but still cannot withdraw my 0,57 B...

hmm it seems the issues spreading to more and more slacky is particularly affected did the PR say anything :O if multiple members are reporting the same issue this could be a major signal of something much worse...

90BTC of players already lost if we count these 2 reports alone. Not everyone posts here either. It is pretty bad already. Sad

I doubt if SD will refund those who lost due to the inability to resist the betting hormone. Wink

If it was a hotwallet issue alone i would agree, i have had this problem before and waited. However this time is different my balance was showing 31.17 bitcoins but my balance to withdraw was 0 as i had previously tried to withdraw 31.17 which bounced and caused this issue. Anything i managed to get above 31.17 i was still able to withdraw so e.g if i had 35.17 bitcoins in my balance it would only allow me to withdraw 4 btc. So as you can understand the very existance of the bug is what caused me to keep betting as i felt it was my only hope of actually getting any of my coins back at all. I depsoited 20 coins so i did not want to risk losing all of that amount to some glitch.
If that glitch hadnt happened those 31.17 btc would have been sent to me instead of losing everything. So yeah i think i should be compensated for this. If it was just saying the hotwallet wasnt full i would have waited, like i have done before.
If i dont get a response from this im going to be making sure they get the bad attention they deserve. This is terrible service i have emailed them and nothing.

If there are bets that you think you didnt do my guess is someone has used your account. I did notice a few pages back you posted a screenshot which had your secret address in it. Never give this out.
Im sorry to say but i dont think you have much chance of getting this back

Yes definately dont use that account and if you want to post a screenshot always make sure you do not include the web address from satoshi dice as this can be used to gain access to your account.
In all honesty though you should stop gambling but if you do, after all the dramas you should try a new site. I have lost quite a few coins now with satoshi dice as well due to all the withdrawal issues, i definately will not be using them again

The error is most likely another bug.

The gap between Round Initiated and Round Completed, shouldn't be more than 1-5 seconds.

But in this case it took 50 minutes for the roll to happen?  Shocked

(Adding that, the previous roll is numbered #27441590 coming just before the roll number of the 11 BTC bet, (ref: https://satoshidice.com/roll/27441591), further strengthens the observation.
Generally, the player does not have the time to change that bet amount and odds that fast.)

Didn't something like this happened with a PD user few days ago? This is a very intriguing case, there must be some rational explanation for all this. Dice sites like SatoshiDice and PrimeDice need to take some steps to help prevent their users from such hackings.

We're filling the hot wallet. Please allow some minutes for the transfer to confirm and be "spendable" by our software.

The withdrawal system has been updated so that if a withdrawal transaction does not go through because of any new (previously unhandled) error, balance will remain synchronized. Sorry about the delay this has caused.

And how are you compensating customers for their losses due to these issues? I have lost a lot! The withdrawal balance does not remain syncronized! How do you explain this? http://puu.sh/j4ByU/92d2cabd78.png

I will not be walking away from this unless i am reimbursed! I have lost a lot do to a glitch in YOUR system, why should i be losing out due to this? If that 31.17 cashout attempt had actually worked instead of bouncing and dropping my withdrawal balance i would be sitting here with my intial deposit of 20 bitcoins back in my account plus a nice amount of winning. Yet you exepect me to walk away from this and be happy you have acknowledged the bug without making it up to the customer?
