We lost a lot yesterday (investor I mean)

One of the returning highrollers had a lucky streak.

Really?? because It seems someone was creating many accounts and placing exactly 2 bets (exactly the same bet). Tricking your system...

By the way I cannot access to my funds...
keep me updated whether they will solve your problem or not, as its one of the best gambling sites in my opinion

This player appears to be placing semi automated betting in order to use more than one account and change betting amount quickly. But timing of bets make absolutely no difference in our system because different game rounds have no common seed, and we don't use nonces. Each bet has a new server random, salt and hash. Bets can't be multithreaded either. This player has been playing before and created random changes to the bankroll, which is expected when a highroller bets fast. Satoshi Dice does not have the same vulnerability that Hufflepuff used to cheat PD.

By the way I cannot access to my funds...
Please PM your account hash if you still can't access your funds. I will look into it at once.

SD has an API in order for it to be easy for people to place bets.  By running the house with an edge, you would assume that they just want as many bets as possible,  no matter if they are placed by bot accounts or if they follow a weird betting pattern.  As far as I could see from the video some guy posted of Hufflepuff's betting, it appeared to be normal bets,  but then from the post that Sunna made to explain the cheat, I don't see how they could NOT notice that Hufflepuff was executing duplicate bets in several threads (or I didn't understand the cheat).

btw nice API.  It would even be possible to use it for third party games or wallet/tumbling systems, and have temporarily deposited funds automatically grow with the bankroll of SD.

Relax. Look at the graphs in the investor area and you see that the site took a 56 BTC hit today but a week ago it made 93 BTC in one day a week ago. It fluctuates. It would be great to also see a graph of the betting volume, tho.

I'm calling bs on the PD exploit report unless Sunna specifies more clearly what went wrong. But that might be too embarrasing. Good to know that SD (claims to) not have the same system flaws.

Am I the only one that has to wait a long time for withdrawals to confirm, even though satoshiDICE seem to be using an old fee structure of 0.0001?

We'll have to wait for the OP to post more details about this "bug". Although I'm still not convinced there is any bug at all, well you could have even "Inspect element"ed it, it is a bit hard to believe two newbies posting about a bug without any trusted member confirming it.

I can confirm that there's an issue. Withdrawals were not processed correctly. We are aware of what went wrong and will correct it ASAP.

Withdrawals are working again. We're correcting internal balances for the accounts that made failed withdrawals earlier.

dear,

first of all, Dear, serious too big a word for you. Have a newbie forum, does not make it any less a person than anyone else. this is a forum; new people can come but does not make it new at all. to satoshidice a year ago I win 850 btc. And I had no account here, only to ask when I would raise the stakes again. and now I'm here to say that there is a failure because the support via mail never response  .. I went up photo to show that if there is an error. And I think a lot of gravity. Since it is a gambling site. give me a favor, better stop writing, I give you sound advice. if you're going to make a comment about it this comment need to be a help for us. is a community forum, with your attitude. the people who really make it new is shooing. best regards
