Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

From the time they stopped to pay daily prices which attracted players I am not trusting this site anymore.
https://www.satoshidice.com/leader-boards/

If they cannot pay daily bonus to their players (0.4 BTC/day) then it's not a serious gambling site

I've removed the text that says there is a 0.4 BTC/day payout and also added an explanation that Leader boards are temporarily deactivated.

@Randian Hero -A sudden emergence after multiple failed attempts to contact you or support by many people.  To include me.
Understood, regarding the 0.4 btc leaderboard but I assume that those who were first on the leaderboard, including myself, prior to today's mention of the change are still grandfathered-in for the awards?

Hi Randian Hero,

Good to see you are back online. I'm just wondering if you could help to put some minds at rest

A few people have been worried about the amount of BTC advertised as being in the cold storage wallets and the amount advertised as deposited as bankroll (I've compiled a table below).

AddressBalance
18e5jpfn9zo9GQov1Ks9Pzh6Yam2SvFqqoBTC1,120.99992
1DmqFgYfKMT1F8B3tGhVMFf82vdgdSsjNVBTC900.72330894
TotalBTC2,111.72322894
BankrollBTC3,042.919
DifferenceBTC-931.187

It would be great if you could provide evidence of the 931BTC so that investors can be sure that their cash is safe (may be good to also post that on the site). I'm sure it would reduce the number of people rushing to take money out of the hot wallet.

IMHO not all site are going to reveal everything includes their balance to us(normal people). They only reveal it to big share holder so they can manage it how are this thing going to be. And there will be some contract too if their money will be hold for some period so they will not rush to withdraw every on their balance just because of they have some issues

I wanted to ask everyone who knows history of satoshidice with evoorhees . I was recently speaking with my boss who thinks the bitcoin gambling business can not be big enough that there could be “review” websites of casinos.  I have simply showed him bitcoinstrip only and he wasn’t getting it and calling they are scrubby tiny websites.

Well I wanted to tell him how much satoshidice was sold for but I couldn’t find the figure , do you guys remember how much satoshidice was sold for (not in btc but in dollars)?

I don't know how much it was sold for, but the gross revenue was very big at one point:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=80312.0

Also, when just-dice.com was allowing bets in bitcoin there were some multimillion US dollar bets and I think the house bank was worth tens of millions at one point:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=242962.1100

Enough proof there to show btc gambling in two sites alone has in the past been worth at least tens of millions of US $. Not sure if that counts as "big enough" though.

If it has been sold, maybe the new owners can 1) add some fucking support. 2) up the fucking withdrawal fee's been waiting hours and hours. 3) stop being cheap as shit!!! -_-
