Few signature branded folks are spreading FUD.
I know perfectly their team is there.
Then it would be great if they dropped a line here. That's all that would be needed to stop the FUD spreading. |

Indeed, the strange thing is that they were responding daily to support messages and all of a sudden stopped, and since then Randian Hero hasn't even logged into the forum. He was last on here on 9th November. Bitcoin Cat hasn't logged in since October. I hope all is okay! |

Maybe their are busy since they surely have and outside life and not all the time we can continur log in to this furom, so better lets wait for the update and surely they are okey and just been busy for outside doings, we must play if we want or just wait tor them to comeback if we have doubts for this site credibility, but as i've see but not sure about this they are been doing a good job and inactivity of their main mans are just newly occured. |

I think that the only reason the hot wallet seems to be always empty is because people is withdrawing (actively) because few signature branded folks are spreading FUD since a while (actively) hence cold wallet being massively drained.
Just my opinion on the subject, I know perfectly their team is there.
Well in that case they should at least comment on this thread once in a while with everything that is going on with them. Or at least put more BTC in the hot wallet so its not empty all the time. I think the reason why this happened is because they failed to hire any support staff to deal with these issues. |

That's terrible, this is the second instance of disappearing of money from an account. i don't know what's happening, maybe satoshidice users are being target of virus/malware? i hope you get reply to your tickets, anyways how much money did disappeared from your account? |

They aren't being targetted by virus or malware. Its been long known that when they changed owners the new owner simply doesn't have the time to run the site anymore. SUpport is virtually non-existant. |

I will admit their support with the users is poor atm however I think they will justify it.

Login is currently broken for me too, sometimes they fix it in a few hours. I've been a bit worried about the disparity between the bankroll and cold storage for a while. Would be nice if one of the admins gave some evidence of full accounts covering the bankroll. |

It has already happened before, API still works, site doesn't. The vast majority of bets come from the API. |

No, API doesn't work for a long time today. I always get "Failed to place bet" error. This did happen to me some time ago, and later when i logged in my balance was 0 and they deducted those failing bets at some later point. I would expect it should not as it failed. I contacted their support, but of course no response  |
