I have made a transaction to fill up the hot wallet now. Funds for withdrawal will be available as soon as it confirms. We had several players cash out with big profits.

Would you care to look why i cant withdraw, as i dont get the message when the hot wallet is emty i instead get a promt telling me i have insuficcient funds. ive managed to withdraw 2 times with smaller amounts. but even when i try that it still gives me a insufficent funds message. even though your site clearly says that i have x amount.

Thank you for refilling the hot wallet. However why is the site having huge downtimes all of a sudden. Pretty much happening for almost a month or so.

The hot wallet being empty is one thing but many where scared when the site went offline without notice.

Maybe it would be wise to hire a few support staff to handle some support issues.

Hi,

Hero05041 here.
I have 4.4+ BTC on Satoshidice.

When I try to cashout I get the message:

"There are unconfirmed deposits made to your account, or no deposits at all. Please wait until they are confirmed."

I've waited days and even deposited .01 BTC into my account and that seemed to deposit just fine.
Can you help me get my BTC out of limbo so I can cashout?

Thanks,

Hero05041

Yes, seems like one transaction never confirmed: de04b965680700bf6dfea97127b6155bb377f9af2cce68cc99472fa634602b9e

I fixed this issue with your account so you should be able to withdraw now.

There was a DDoS but the issue has been solved now. Sorry about the downtime and slow response.

Just e-mailed the same to support, but I just logged in after ~3 weeks and my account is missing ~77.4 bitcoins that were invested in the site bankroll. My password also did not work. I reset password, which did work immediately, and upon logging back in the account created date was accurate but the user name was changed and the "last active" shows "0000-00-00 00:00:00"

Please tell me I didn't get hacked/robbed for this sum of money...

Ouch, 77 bitcoins missing and one might wonder how they got ahold of your password?

Why don't you have a chat and 2 factor authentication? Chat maybe leads to even more phishing but fun to brag about wins and troll.

Just put 2FA before any chat and it's up to players to secure their account in a way that even clicking a bad link will not do any harm

No 2FA? Really?

Edit: Question marks are because I can't check site (US based), not meant sarcastically etc.

As a 2nd factor, SMS would be sufficient in my opinion. There are plenty of cheap services for that.
or they could implement a standard hardware token like U2F

We asked the admin before a few times about 2fa, and their reply was as usual "we are working on it" and this was sometime in the Summer.

Lately with the issues the site is having, 2fa doesn't seem top priority at the moment.
