so how does one go about getting a 0 tx fee send back or confirmed. somehow managed to send some rental funds without a tx fee. was prepping some funds for a high cdf push and now they are stuck at 0 confirms.

Well to work it out you first need to know the pool hash rate to determine what 0.00010000 BTC is as a fraction of the pool. Assuming it's 30PH: As a fraction of a block it's of course 0.00010000 / 25 = 0.000004 It's a little higher depending on the txn fees and lower due to the 0.9% fee - but they, in general about balance out. 0.000004 * 30,000 TH = 0.12 = 120GHs 35PH would be 140GHs 40PH would be 160GHs etc ... and of course that would be the average over the full 5Nd before a block, not just at the time a block was found.

thanks kano I will keep that in mind.
I just setup another account and wanted to be sure I was safe.
Since it is 1.5th I should not worry.
At legacy2005 you wait and it can be a long time. or not depends.
show the tx id I can make a good guess for you.
BTW I am about to fire up for a high cdf shot myself.

Thanks to our Wednesday windfall, I just fired up my Friday rental BTCs at NH - cdf is at 247% now, so it looks like high cdf race is on!

Kano -
I have seen before, where you have acted on suggestions on small changes to the website, and so I would like to suggest a small edit.
Could you link the blocks page, where it shows confirms +XX into the "Mining Rewards" page, so that the rewards that have not yet been fully confirmed are maybe a different row colouring, I think most people will probably do like myself and click into the rewards page, and then back and forth into the blocks page, while trying to figure which rewards are not yet fully confirmed
I understand that the rewards and blocks page don't always match the payments actually sent, as I know you do that manually, but I think if the top few rows of the "mining rewards" page reflected not confirmed / confirmed, then it would be a helpful change.
Hope this hasn't been suggested and spoken about before...
Steve
PS. thanks for the comp btc, I reinvested it, and luck was with me as I had 100TH rented for most of the last 5 days which I then rolled over and over and so gained a few extra bits from it.

That would be helpful...it could be as simple as a duplication of the Status column from the Blocks page. I know space is tight so you could just use the number (+4, +35, etc) and the "M" when the block matures.

I only check it once a day at 8pm eastern as thats end of day for the pool. no need to check it before or any more frequently.

I think it would be easy to add a column and the end that shows something like, M=Matured, S=Sent, C=Confirmed
so at the end of the row it looks like
M M/S M/S/C
at it progresses, then kano would not have to post it on the IRC which some of you do not look at.
That is my 2cents

CKDB doesn't know when a payout has occurred (yet) That falls under the heading of 'accounting' which is on the todo list. Basically, the Payouts page will be wiped and instead show actual transactions (with block references if they were the usual block payout) For quite a while now, if you live in irc, I always say when I've sent the payout (the payout process sends an irc message) and I usually say when I see the first confirm
