To summarize what's happening: 1) The parties revealed that we were absolutely right in the unmoderated thread at http://bit.ly/12Cj0da and this operation was indeed a scam 2) There are a few accounts who previously (most likely naively) pushed this scam very-very hard like @Decentradical, but now decent enough and admit that yes, they were wrong and this was indeed a scam 3) There are a few shill accounts like @unusualfacts30 and @nojealousy who still trying very-very hard to continue the operation which was based on a giant scam in the first place, but of course the shills aren't worried that it was a scam in the first place ... they are worried about their 1-2-4 BTC "investment", i.e. keep tricking naive people into this shameful scam. Zimbeck's minions and shills @unusualfacts30 and @nojealousy are trying to pretend nothing happened when in fact the largest scam of the year was revealed by the very participants of the scam. This is like playing a game of Mafia. My bets are: 1. David Zimbeck is a very smart and now a bit less naive young guy working on some breakthrough technology and he got dragged into a moderately successful scam lead by equally smart manipulators who are trying to piggy ride his credibility. 2. These manipulators are lead by a guy named Robert Duskes who definitely tried to hide his identity. His only real weapon is distraction. Fucking efficient distraction. 3. David must have tried to withdraw from the scam part, no moon happened, Duskes got angry and decided he wasn't going down alone. 4. David does have the blueprints for the technology in his head. Now the BTER case has to be settled. |

Can't blame them for trying to salvage this. I also think it's still salvagable. The wallet exists and from what I understood the exchange isn't the most difficult task either. |

You know FAIR, it was a really scam too, it will take time te rebuild the trust, and as you can see it with faircoin, it can be rebuild! It only needs time, ideas and a dev who know what is doing, i hope David is the one, and why not, with a lot of bitbay he should, there is a lot of profit for him. I have invested 20 btc and if at the end of the day there is nothing left that's ok, I know the business. I've made a lot of money on other things. My last big thing was Gawminers, I have what they get alone with my primes currently on a roi of 300%, but apart from me, and I believe that my paycoins, XPY, will make me determined not poorer. And my btc are still cold in my wallets... I know the buisness.... do not judge about people you do not know |

I trusted Bter before this and now I just cannot believe Lin would involve himself with such criminals maybe with good intentions but non the less theives. How could they not have known who these people were and what they do? I'm no crypto genius by any means but I've known who bob was before looking into bay and he brags about making cash "hand over fist bro" all over the web. He openly admits to turning ours and my money into his money. He has no real skills except the ability to extort and drain the value from coins he backs. Anyone wonder why the value of all cryptos are slowing shrinking? There's no money flowing in only into pockets of the greedy. It's sickening honestly. This whole shit storm is the reason crypto needs a decentralized exchange.
