Jimmothy confronted gethashing in the nicest of ways:

Quote
You guys should really learn to take advantage of the ignore feature on btctalk.

There's a ton of "just-the-facts deconstruction of the scam" going on at btctalk but unfortunately it's often drowned out by the trolling, personal attacks, memes, etc, by only a few users.

If you were following the thread you would know that practically every step of this whole debacle (starting with hashlets) was predicted by those "asperger people".

It's time to man up and admit you were an idiot and the "fudsters" were right.

Paycoin, the coin, is fully open source.

Paybase is a company built around the coin, like many companies built around bitcoin, which isn't open source. Coinbase isn't open source either.

The whitepaper is not what is implemented in paycoin, many features were changed. What problems do you have with that? There is no paycoin that has those features in use.

Are you attempting to be serious? You do know all the facts, correct?

Scott-

Yes. There are many things to criticize paycoin for, but not making the source available is not one of them. On that front, they haven't done anything worse than legitimate businesses.

Look at the original context of the argument. This is what I was saying was wrong: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=857670.msg10338037#msg10338037

Lie much Ikeboy? Like maybe all day every fucking day of the week? Yesterday you were spouting off about how you were banned 5? 6? times here over on GH. What you are is an annoying liar of a twerp, but that is not why you were banned. AFAIK that was because you repeatedly spammed that bullshit gambling site.

All of my posts are simply statements of my own personal opinions based on available information and pondering what might be possible considering human nature, with the goal of finding truth and preventing fraud. Please look at all of the facts and theories and put your thinking cap on to draw your own conclusions. If you feel that I have made a false statement or have been unnecessarily derogatory, I encourage you to please point it out, and if proven correct and/or reasonable I will remedy it. ~ Paul Revere

I haven't written anything false here or on gethashing. What exactly have I said that you don't think is true?

I've been banned 4 times on hashtalk, twice shadowbanned on my ikeboy account and then unbanned when I complained, then the account was deleted, then my ikeboy2 account was shadowbanned.

I've been banned here once.

Do you think either of those are false, and would you like to prove it?

Also, the gambling posts were months ago, and my ban was recently. There's no relation.

I don't think it was that either, because I deleted them all right away. It was all the cat pictures, I think.

GrrrrRRRrrrrrr - that makes me sick... literally.

Before anyone goes there, he is not a Lincoln either... Lincoln also knew how to test a man's character.

Then again, I don't believe Garza is a man in any sense of the word.

Looks like tonight's 2 AM (European time) dump is minutes away.

U.S. holders returning from work to see all the resistance above 4 knocked away during the last few hours.

Short range MACD's turning negative.

Mr Felt's post:

Quote
Sweet!  I love it when people jeopardize the attorney-client privilege.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=857670.msg10331147#msg10331147

Forced them to change the wording removing seeing emails etc. effect was immediately after that was posted.  Homero without a doubt sits here F5'ing to "see what they are saying about him". Paranoid punk.

Only the attorney has an obligation of confidentiality under attorney/client privilege. The client or his associates can divulge whatever they wish. Whether such disclosures are advisable is another matter.

Nope (tbf, this may very by jurisdiction).  If an attorney provides confidential legal advice (in the form of an opinion letter for instance) and if the client then reveals that confidential advice with a third party (shares the opinion letter), the privilege can be waived as to that subject matter (document). Here's a simple run down: http://www.northwestern.edu/general-counsel/faqs/privilege.html

Exactly.  The client can choose to waive attorney client privilege at his discretion. In this case by showing a screenshot of an email to Cyberlizard, that email is obviously no longer protected. That disclosure, as I said, may or may not be advisable but it certainly doesn't waive the attorney client privilege with respect to other communications between the attorney and client.
