Guys, try to stick with questions that he cannot answer without actually showing proof.

Questions like "Why did you premine when you said you wouldn't?". He will just answer his usual way "Our initial mined coins were not a premine, but an investor owned allotment" or some BS.

You need to ask questions like this:

"You said you tried to hold the $20 floor on various exchanges to the tally of "$500k per minute". Can you show proof?"

"Can you give a definitive answer, including license numbers etc, on whether you have an MSB license to operate in any states, and if not, then how do you go about explaining Credit Card purchasing, Fiat Conversions, you have explicitly stated you have done, without a license."

"You said you would be using your purchasing power to keep up the market price of XPY, can you disclose all the times you have done this, including all trasanction ID's. We expect you to have done this more times than just the launch period of Paybase"

"You said for Credit Card purchasing, customers purchasing through Paybase would be purchasing "From the Market". Originally people thought you were buying XPY from the exchanges to support the price, and supplying Paybase with a pool of that XPY. As it turns out, the Credit Card purchases of XPY came from the Premine. You explained that in order to speed up transactions, XPY bought from Paybase first came from the Premine, and the Premine pool would later (in a few days) be restocked from the Market. Please provide evidence that you were restocking the Credit Card purchases from the Market (exchanges), with Transaction ID's."

Questions like this he can ONLY produce Blockchain proof, or flatout evade the question (which is just as bad)

The block chain is the main innovation of Bitcoin. It is the first distributed timestamping system.

My first question for Josh is:

1. What exactly is your involvement in the daily trading of Paycoins?  How have you personally benefited from trading paycoin on the Paybase market as well as other markets?  Is there any trading being done to benefit the value of paycoin?  Why are wallets that you control staking at an unusually high rate and are you just simply dumping coins on the market as you stake them or are you actually trading to strengthen the coin?  I would also like proof.  What do you think about the current rate of inflation with the the number of coins growing rapidly?  How will this sustain a stable value for the coin?

2. What is the reason for the mass exodus of developers and employees from your company?  Why do some former employees give vague statements about impropriety and state that they cannot say anymore due to a NDA(non disclosure agreement)  If you are not aware of any impropriety within GAW, then are there policies that would allow an employee to speak freely about any illegal or unethical practices of their former employer?  I understand you don't want to be badmouthed or have trade secrets released, but I'm sure you would not like anything potentially illegal to be hidden and not addressed?  What exactly does it say in your non disclosure agreement?

+1

Don't bother posing questions that will simply allow him to waffle on about how the big bad 'legal' department ruined his dreams, or that there was a concerted conspiracy to destroy his 'legitimate cryptocurrency business which would have cured the world of [insert ailment here]'

Try for things like, "Why have you repeatedly made absolutely false claims towards your altcoin clone having cutting-edge innovative tech, when it is just a regular Proof-of-Stake coin and that an analysis of the Github has shown repeated pushes of code which had minor cosmetic changes removed and then replaced, as though to imply that there was regular development work being done on it?"

WARNING!!! Check your forum URLs carefully and avoid links to phishing sites like 'thebitcointalk' 'bitcointalk.to' and 'BitcointaLLk'

He would probably just answer that saying "We tried to have those features at Launch but came upon a development snag, those features will be in there soon (TM)"

Nice, but it would probably be better stated as "Can you prove, showing development progress, that there was, and is, actual work ongoing as to the "innovative" features of the coins. Such as Hybrid Flex, Voting system, etc etc. This should be no problem to prove, as it is going to be Open Source anyhow in the end. If they don't have anything at all, or very little developed... well, he lied.

Least this way he must show proof to answer the question. Or evade it by saying it is NDA or some BS.

Hol shit. Newsflash. Homero had to cease hashlet mining because they were illegal securities. He can't release an announcement on it because then everyone would know the SEC will arrest him soon and he needs to squeeze all the money he can. Unlesd I missed an ann.?

I'm curious, as Paycoin has been deliberately centralised, have GAW taken the appropriate precautions and do they have the appropriate skills to maintain the security of Paycoin?

Clearly, choosing to centralise so much of the infrastructure, brings with it unique risks.

With the known loss of key personnel, is GAW still capable of managing this project?

Doubling down, I guess.  Probably will end up less worse off (certainly not better) then their last endeavor.

He speaks truth. Over 1/3 of the USA is on some sort of Welfare. The entitlement is creating a generation of parasites eating away at the working class. And YES thank you Obama - the most powerful Communist in the world.

He is always using the word 'legal' to getaway. He started a thread "My word" (which means shit)  in hashtalk for the buy back program. He may have taught by the time XPY might increase. Funny thing it went down further. I am just waiting for the day to see him taken by the real legal department.

Over 1/3 of the USA is on some sort of Welfare.

The largest group of recipients of said welfare being the seriously disabled, the elderly and retired. But, sure, you carry on painting it like there's a hundred million perfectly-able scroungers bleeding the system dry, it makes for greater opportunity for derision and spite for those less fortunate than yourself.

Some major stuff happening on  the exchanges right now. Josh has gobbled up about $20,000 worth of bids, bbroke that ~8,000 XPY wall @ .0050 and it is looking pretty grim.

P.S: The biggest recipients of Welfare in the USA are Corporations. The peanuts they throw to everyone else is just to keep people pacified as they rob this country blind.

And meanwhile in Paradise: https://hashtalk.org/topic/31399/anyone-else-unable-to-withdraw-xpy-from-paybase/15

Seems Josh has locked up the larger accounts. Can't have people competing with him as he sucks up all of those juicy $1+ bids on the exchanges. Sorry folks, you have been royally Paycoined!

he is buying and selling to himself...its all bot work when you look at it closely. buy wall eaten, sell wall immediately smaller as well and everytime the same orders show up and vanish in the orderbooks.

but seems indeed some people getting scared and start selling as well?
