Hey @suchmoon or @maildir or someone:

We should send a letter to Judge signed by as many of Garbanzo's victims as possible.  Let him know victims have been waiting a long time for justice, and that many suffered nasty fates.  Tell him specific stories of foreclosure, bankruptcy & divorce, just to name a few.

Let him grasp Garza's human damage behind the huge numbers.

Are there stories? I haven't heard any.

Also the envelope needs to be bigger than Stus donation envelope
There are no stories. This entire thread is bullshit.

Did you lose your s somewhere? Plenty of good investigators here maybe they can help you find it? Maybe those removed posts too

I cannot believe this thread s alive and having 2k+ pages. Damn, justice is slow. That Homero guy deserves to spend 20 years behind bars for scamming so many people. I d list Paycoin as number one crypto scam, even before Mt.Gox.

I wouldn't do that if I were you!

Garbanzo will say HE provided the $20 flour & therefore is innocent.

Yeah. Paycoin was one of the biggest scams of all giving a false promise of $20 per XPY. If it would've stayed at that price, Homero would've become a millionaire by then. Now, you see XPY charts and it is practically dead in my opinion. There is very low trading volume, the price is way under $20, and it is no longer supported (no new wallets, development, etc)

The only thing that I liked was the Hashstaker, but now there are cloud staking services which mimics this type of system.  Roll Eyes

Um....wrong!

Josh made $20 million whether XPY was worth anything or not.

He got $20 M by selling those HashStakers you liked so much.

HashStakers were JPEGs.

They didn't even really exist.

If XPY went to $20, Josh would have been a Gazillionaire, but real Math doesn't work that way.

Thanks for the clarification. I just thought that the XPY price really determined how much money Garza made. And $20 million sounds like a hell of a lot of money! I wonder where he is right now, and hope that he could be brought to justice. I had many losses with the GAW Miners scheme, but I hope that someday I could get my money back...if it will ever happen.  Roll Eyes

Sadly not even close.

It's just a Pre-Trial Hearing.
