I guess I don't understand how Matlack might get tied into this court case.  I really want to take a vacation and maybe show up to court when Fraser and or Garza might be present.  I wonder when that would be? I'm guessing the public is welcome at these hearings?  If I was allowed to videotape or record that would be even better.

I don't think he's tied to this case, at this time.
I meant it more as Matlack isn't alone in the ION/Ionomy.

I still think you should travel and videotape the hearings if they allow it.
Possibly an agreement could be made not to release the tapes until a certain time.
Most likely until sentencing has passed. Whether it be monetary or other.

If you do end up there, try not to laugh when they read out the expense report for the damaged home.
I can imagine that type evidence coming up because they ran servers/mined out their homes.

I wonder what his pleading the 5th has to do with no trial for another freaking year!  This is just my opinion, but I think the court system is rigged.  If Homero didn't have the financial backing of Uncle Stu this would be over with in a jiffy.  Instead they are going to try to bleed dry every dime they can get from Uncle Stu.  They know he won't run out of money.  In the meantime people will forget and the punishment will be less if there is even a punishment.

LOL.. Way to go, I agree... There is nothing like watching justice slowly prevail. I still can't believe I have been here so long and didn't really lose much at all if anything as I saw the signs far in advance of homero's major crimes.

PS - to KERMY - have fun in prison.. or visiting him...
