well to be honest, it could be my fault that its not working. I might have managed to block it. Basically what happened is, i called the phone to activate the card. It said to put my DOB in 2 digit format and i stupidly enough did it for month and date, but for year i was using the whole 4 digit number. So it got declined on 2 calls. On the 3rd call i realised what i was doing wrong and i got my pin. However, if that was the reason the card is blocked and not working, why did it even give me the pin?? Anyway, the pin is correct, accepted in atms and also its the same as the pin in xapo site (you can see it with a one time code they sent to your mail). So it seemed to me like the card is activated and the pin correct. However i still havent managed to make one succesfull transaction with sufficient funds in my wallet, confirmed btc trasfers, and with enough left for whatever fees. In atms and online, everything gets declined. So it must be that the card got blocked somehow. I even messaged mychoicesupport, only got an automatic response with a ticket id for future reference. Xapo hasnt replied in 2 days

well, i think the thing to verify is to click the verify email address on your e-mail
and then wait for the browser redirect you into the link and finish the verifying

relax sir, maybe the miner is busy or not enough to process your payments

I have sent them a lot of emails, they weren't responding at all, until I made it public to other people

Still, very low response rate, and I don't have my card nor the bitcoins I used to pay for it

Unfortunately that is the main downfall of xapo, their help desk is not too responsive. If you look around the previous pages, you'll found that you're not the only one who hadn't got his answer. But other than that, xapo is good for a wallet.

What do you mean by not having the btc you used to pay? Doesn't issuing xapo card free?

Not sure if this was asked before but I wanted to confirm if it's possible to fund Paypal with Xapo debit card. If this is possible then I will definitely get one since that will be a great way to avoid Paypal scammers even if there are fees involved.

Thanks but it's not clear to me. I want to fund my Paypal, not buy Bitcoins with it. So if I link the debit card on Paypal, I can add funds (fiat) to my account. I guess it's possible since you can get cash in an ATM with Xapo debit card but for this it's still confusing in my opinion, can anyone confirm this?

First you need to have a xapo account, then simply you just have to ask them to issue you one, go to their website here: https://xapo.com/card/

The shipping of the card is mostly done in few days. It's easy to activate it you only pay $20 for the card.
