Although the Xapo service is the best in Web Wallets but there is one thing to be carefull. Your card account could have been blocked due to many failed attempts or incorrect PIN. You can solve this by  emailing support. Also there is a 2X  withdrawal per Wallet. Unfortunately this includes failed attempts so if you try twice without success you will have exceeded the attempts.I know this bad but they are rules imposed by Xapo.

Why you restrict some countries , although Bitcoin is created for all people , you can regard blockchain.into , they didn't restrict any country , for that they have more users . They give a chance for every one to have Bitcoin wherever he is , and that gives them more popularity .

Hi, cmiiw, but I think Xapo is usable on every country? It is their debit card that have some delivery restriction. So, if my statement is correct, then it is actually available for everyone as long as they didn't ask for card.

Is there anyone here have a contact on Xapo support, or anyone have already contacted them?
I have just a tiny problem on my account, It's been 2 months now and I still have this:

This problem can be with bitcoin transaction, not with Xapo, can you give a tx id ?
Sorry, I forgot to say, that transaction was not on the blockchain anymore. That value was returned back to the sender after a few days of no confirmation. Then he send it again and that time, it was confirmed. But Xapo did not remove the unsuccessful transaction, I thnk it will be there forever.

So the transaction is actually successfull on the second transfer but the problem lies on the first one which failed and its report is still clinging on your account history?
Yes, exactly and that value is also sticking in my wallet, so even if I wipe-out my wallet and have 0 actual bitcoins, it will still show that value.
I tried to contact Xapo using their contact form on their website because I can't see any direct contact for their support. But it's been a month now since I sent them a message. I never sent a message again since it is just a minimal problem.


Xapo is a great service but there support service is not that good

I guess Xapo service is the good overall.
Its very good service but support is not good they not replying to any one for some time but some still enjoying and have good view about this service

Well
Last week I was in Budapest,
I lost my id card everything. But I had money into my xapo.
I couldn't login because I forgot my roaming.
I don't...maybe too much useless security ...
Anyways I'm still using xapo

Bitwa.la  is offering 2000 Debit cards to the first 2000 to apply

They are providing same mychoicecorporation visa card which have monthly maintainance fee which is quite annoying and also there is 3% transaction fee and other fees during withdraw as i already have one mychoicecorporation card from cryptopay. I am thinking to get one xapo physical card but in some of the above review there were claims of rejection by paypal and ebay which make me think twice before choosing xapo card.

I don't know so much about xapo, I only used it as a wallet to send and receive btc, but I think xapo have a live chat support system also, you should try to contact them live if the support system not working and your account still in under review.. I hope the live customer supporter will assist you better,

I got a good response from a support service they closed my account with a specific reason and return all funds remaining in the account
so if you do not get a response from a support service please send mail back less than 24 hours they will reply your email
but it must be remembered writing emails and polite

Made me wonder too, I never experienced any problem with my Xapo account. Though from my activity on this thread I can see and conclude that your chance to get answer on this thread is next to nothing.

Dear David

I'm a newbie to Bitcoin and Xapo.  I started my first mining contract with Hashocean.com recently, by moving bitcoin from my Xapo account, and was supposedly sent my 1st payment 0.005+ BTC

It was sent 3 June and its now 2 days and  I have not got the payment to Xapo.  I have sent a question to Xapo today by emailing support@xapo.com about this matter.

I have had payment  (from hashocean) sent to the original bitcoin address given by Xapo when I first
opened my Xapo account.  The BTC address I have given hashocean is correct.

Can you advise about this non payment  or is that because it is Sunday

I hope I'll get a reply
