I think I may have crossed into level 2 and now am completely locked out of my funds as my xapo account won't log in but instead just errors out. A real pain when I pretty much use it as a hot wallet for funds

I can't be sure because I never touched that limit, so I don't know what notification will appear when they asked for second verification, but from what I imagine from koshabt and ogv, aren't the notification (for second verification) supposed to sounds like asking for another verification instead of showing such warning like your screenshot? Furthermore, have you tried to ask them what causing the error by sending them an email consisting the error code as they suggested? Maybe (hopefully) they'll reply with a simple solution.

They now seem to have fixed it for me. But before the error was appearing the url was redirecting to some kind of compliance page

I never had such problems with Xapo and I'm using this wallet for a long time. Once I had issues with my wallet acces but that was before I verified it and send all the documents. But the truth is their support is not very responsive. Usualy it takes much time until they contact you back and solve the problem or answer the question. If you have some urgent situation that might be the problem. Otherwise I have no other remarks on them.

I agree. I usually used to get a response after 24-48 hours and when I had to verify my account, I fortunately got the xapo representative JessieXapo on BCT but now she's not active and I would need to depend on the official customer support only for a response. I got my account verified in an hour that day but now if anyone needs to get their account verified, it would take minimum 24 hours.

I made my first live purchase with the xapo card. I noticed that bitcoin exchange rate was about 3% off. So there is a hidden/[industry standard] fee involved. Otherwise everything worked smoothly. I got the card within a week and no problems depositing with bitcoins.

The worst thing that is no way to contact with them. The Xapo support is not respond. It looks like they just stole our btc.
Xapo's support is notorious for being late. They either will respond to you fast but won't resolve your issue for a long time or won't respond at all. You need to bombard them with mails and questions. But Xapo is not a scam service - it is people who are to blame here for not reading their ToS and not complying with it. Xapo wallet is not really scamming people. I just transffered .07btc from xapo to mycellium and i did not encountered any issues at all. What i was complaining is their respond. Takes a lot of time to receive their respond. Poor costumer service. Hope they can do something about this. For their customers .

The website sometimes takes me 3 times to log in and sometimes logs me out to log back in just switching wallets less than 1 min . I do feel they are safe but over all i give them a 6 for software interface friendly.

if anyone has experienced the same thing with me, I xapo wallet when copied then the results come out #######? and I could not make a withdrawal in the wallet

Im xapo latest victim, opened the account, sent my ID and proof of residence, asked for the debit card.
I got a transfer 2 days ago.
Now my account is under review, cant log in, cant send emails. Sent a form and support did not reply
Been a week.
How did you guys manage to get to talk to support or something?
I need to use my btc.

why do you use an unlicensed exchanger? From what I read, I think his problem is not on the pending or rejected transfers (especially because if it is, then the amount will bounced back to his sending address) but more to the long verification process. I suggest to keep contacting them both by email and on this forum

I contacted xapo support with request for activating the required scopes for jy app Bitplay but there has been no reply from them. Mailed developers@xapo.com two times in the past two weeks. Even used their contact form on their website but there has been no response so far.. Very very poor support.

In this year I hope the Xapo can provide special services namely direct withdrawal to a bank account. It is also great as one security confirmation. So in addition to sms confirmation of course enter account number can be used as one of the security factors.

Things are changing with Xapo wallet and things are getting difficult as they will be taking a charge even for incoming coins if it is a micro transaction.I just want to correct certain things with the feature written by Joseph Young, to use their wallet they wont be asking any KYC as they never had a problem with me and i am able to use everything without providing any verification details.
