We wanted to submit a few followup questions, I'm proposing the following, does anyone have amendments or critique?

- When can we expect the financial report that's supposed to coincide with the next round of dividends?
- With the switch to selling chips, can we expect dividends to be paid out on are "more monthly" basis?
- What capacity of gen 3 hardware is supposed to be used for franchised mining?
- What are the current approximate terms of franchised mining, i.e. how is AM and the shareholders profiting from it?
- Are there any current plans of improving the PR; maybe bi-weekly short summaries or a PR person (board member?)? Are question sets like this an option, maybe once a month?

- Is AM considering a gen 3.1 which fixes the problems of the current node size before going to a lower nm process size (similar to Intel's tick-tock)?

These are valid questions but the responses may be limited. Keep in mind that by disclosing info to shareholders, it gives the competition a minor edge as they do not have to.

- Is it feasible to create a "gen 3.5" with the consumption drawbacks fixed? With the consumption issue at hand, what is the timeframe for gen 4; are there any adjustments?
- After recent crackdowns on BTC exchanges in China, is AM still unaffected and are there strategies to continue operations in case of problems?

It think I've even incorporated all requests, please read all questions again if you can't find your suggestion

I am waiting for final gen3 chip specs, not dividends.

You can wait a long time, or even wait some more.. I reckon Spondoolies have got the cat in the bag, their chips are already outperforming the rest of the market, and they are prepared to sell chips alone - it's very possible Sp-Tech Gen2 is going to beat everything else, hands down. Their Gen1 is on a par with AM gen3 and Spondoolies-Tech are already working on a killer Gen3.

I have my SP10 here, already hashing and mined 1BTC to date, where you have there chips which merely match the efficiency of what I already have hashing?
Spondoolies 'hammer' will flood the market before AM3, not to mention their RockerBox gen2 in July, so no matter how urged I am to invest here, it's difficult to give myself good reason to do so when so much better is on the horizon.

Keep in mind that AM chip is 12gh/s compared to spondoolies 7.5gh/s.

Basically means AM can sell the chips at half the cost compared to spondoolies/avalon.

It is even likely that AM 40nm is cheaper than sp 28nm at the wafer level.

Not to mention AM gen4 will probably be twice as fast as spondoolies (if die shrink benefits are equal.)

If AM fixes whatever went wrong with 40nm efficiency then it will surely blow away even spondoolies 3rd gen chip.

Says the guy comparing a nonexistent 28nm chip to q working in hand 40nm chip. Comparing the two existing 40nm chips there is one clear winner and it ain't the 7.5gh one.

Its a bit strange how fanatically you praise spondoolies and trash every other company. Ulterior motive much?
