why would it have to be all owned in one address?
Say for example i would actually own 10 000 shares,
but for safety i would have them split to 100 wallets
in different cold storage places - since each is quite valluable.
As long as i have one signed message from each wallet that
states the same thing, i am one person!
Can you prove the opposite?
Regarding information trust within the group is an unproven
assumption.
I can't see the rest of the board agreeing to such a solution. But good luck, though. |

if {the group}TM gets to the board -
and i only count 1400-1500/5000 shares
interested right now, by definition IT IS
part of the board with all duties and benefits.
Can i ask the most critical person in this place with
better facility of buisness language write a preliminary
draft of agreement that does not require any transfer
of shares?

Maybe is time for PT @ ColoredCoins, you never know, maybe one day you'll get 5k shares this way, maybe soon, advantage of being 1st , look at TAT what he did on old Havelock

I would welcome this, can you add more shares after the fact with ColoredCoins? I need to do some reading. I would totally be willing to manage one, but I would need to see that people trust me... but no one here really has a reason to trust me... so that would be tough. I wonder if any relatively known and trusted person would be willing to step up and manage a PT. Havelock needs competition. |

Ownership of the shares would probably have to be transferred to "the group", otherwise "the group" would not be the owner of the shares and thus not entitled to a board seat. Any other arrangement, I believe, would be at the discretion of the current board. |

My understanding is limited, but as far as I know:
Friedcat could issue the asset and distribute the shares to the initial holders. The only problem is that he couldn't just send the colored asset to the current public addresses as the client wallets people are using would simply un-color the coins. Yes you can issue more shares after the initial offering (as an asset creator).
There would have to be a process by which we submitted a new address to hold our colored asset.
I really don't see another stockholder being able to pull off enough trust to make this work.

... comes down to language .... if /the group/ speaks unisono it already is transfered into the group. retroactivly adding this one address nonsense without prior written statement from friedcat should put everyone on edge. For all I know /the group/ has always been one and has done the most elaborated "sockpuppet theatre" known to forum history  Noone should EVER give private keys or company secrets away. |

This is a consumer oriented product they are too expensive. worth less than half... anyway i am really dissapointed with friedcat. please compare his posting style at 2012 and now, he treat us like nothing, we helped him to be very very rich... and many of us lost fortunes due to his recent failures. nothing about old farm, new farm, chip power consumption, immersion cooling, p2p share market, green island just silence. he dont bother to answer to pms,@, about chips, producta, not only to me but marto, and many others please dont treat community like that, friedcat, i think you dont exist and we are all scammed... again so many sad stories at btc space, dont be next TF |

I did try summoning Friedcat no good but I like that you added a summon picture ^_^ Classic XD Reading up to date last few pages perhaps it was a board member update on the 27th instead of a general update to all members. Would need to ask the board when the next meeting is and appreciate Jutarul for posting even if things change now and then. I do recall somewhere back in this thread we had a long discussion about how FC releases information whether on the thread or through the board members in particular, who then release the updates to the public or I guess thread. The question list came from that, in the second case a new set of questions should be submitted to determine how FC communicates while balancing competitiveness with information. (Think this part sounds Right correct if wrong) Since Chip Sales are not in Bitcoin (assumed) there may be a bit of a lag period from converting Yuan to BTC, with miners they mine the Bitcoin making it easier to follow and predict, but chip sales have another factor involved which is Fiat this fiat then needs to be converted to become a dividend so sounds like a good question to submit next time. What is the conversion time from chip sales to dividends if transactions are not done with Bitcoins. Colored shares sounds interesting in theory but would need to read up more on that as well haven't seen the developments in that area in a while. Other than Ethereum Mastercoin etc. |

Friedcat has never been very good at posting often. If you've "lost fortunes", it's your own fault for buying high and selling at a loss. i think you dont exist
