1081  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wagering requirements for withdraw on: April 30, 2023, 08:14:01 AM
Yes, we can trust reputable casinos but I still advice to be vigilant.  Don't leave all your fundings as a bankroll on any gambling platform.  Just deposit the amount you are able to lose, and withdraw winnings regularly.
That's what i'm doing. I only leave funds in my account to use for playing and when there's a winning amount, I immediately withdraw it to avoid losing it back. So far, I never had any problems in the casinos where I usually play. About the wagering requirements of the initial deposit, usually what I encounter is only 1x and it's easy to fulfill it for an average gambler like me who only use a small amount.

It is definitely not wise to gamble at such casinos if you already know about their rules and requirements since everyone understands that they are not really that lucky to be able to meet that requirement and still have something to withdraw at the end.
We always have a choice on where to gamble. If you already read their ToS and not agree with it then you can look for other casinos who don't have strict rules when it comes to wagering requirements and withdrawal. Aside from having fun, of course we also want to win too so if the casino's wagering requirement seems impossible to fulfill, it just shows they only want you to keep playing on their platform without a possibility to withdraw some earnings.
1082  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | July 25 on: April 30, 2023, 05:16:29 AM

But the question is, do we think that it will boils down or at least the fight going to full 12 rounds? Fulton survived against the volume punching of Brandon Figueroa. But this is a different fighter in Inoue so we don't know if the fight will last or Inoue's power will go with him in this new division.

Most likely he can't survive up to 12 rounds judging from the past few opponents of Inoue and now that he increase his weight, I'm sure he is stronger than before and his punches are more powerful, I just can't say if his speed is still impossible to dodge but if that is the case, the chance of Fulton to win reach the 12 rounds of exchanging with Inoue is almost zero let alone to win this fight. He just needs to train well and is expected to take more powerful punches if he is ready and knows what to do after that, his chance will increase and might gonna pull a devastating knockout against Inoue.

He needs to add more trainings in terms of counter punches and not just an ordinary counter but a solid one that can also
bring Inoue down. If he adjusts and brings something like this, the chance of winning is possible.

It's not hard for Fulton as he's also a champ and he just need to add on his aim in bringing down Inoue, upset the heavy favorite will increase
the hypes of his name from this sport.

Looking to see a good and clean fight between these two champ, more on toe-to-toe confrontations for a possible KO!
I'm not underestimating Fulton because he is a champ too. However, his chances to win against Inoue is slim IMO. Just like what we always say, Inoue is a monster, powerful and fast. It will he hard for Fulton to dominate Inoue if he can't improve himself to win.

But as you have said, this will be a huge victory for Fulton if ever he defeat the monster. A record breaking fight as the first of loss of Inoue. For sure if this happened, there's a rematch that will follow. Anyway, it's just a possibility and a motivation for Fulton to do his best and prove us wrong in our assumption.
1083  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you blame someone for your gambling losses? on: April 30, 2023, 04:03:35 AM
How can two persons be so addicted to gambling that they'll go to such an extent? Apparently the mother is definitely not a good role model to the son. The son definitely needs a strong father figure which is what he lacks. I don't like the punishment or fine give  to them. It is not going to be in anyway effective. Their punishment could have been rehabilitation and community service.
Here we see a picture of addicted gamblers. Both of them are addicted to gambling thee is no doubt about it. But I do not think that the attempt to rehabilitation or the means of punishing them is correct. What's wrong with a gambler gambling with his money? I will spend my money and i have the right. I will never accept blame for that. I am only responsible for managing the money in gambling so it will be the way I control it. Losses in gambling should never be blamed on others.

The problem here is both the mother and son filed a false petition to EFCC blaming other individual for allegedly transferring their money in a sports betting account without their authorization. But actually they're just giving this false information obviously to get their money back even they're the ones who spent it in gambling.

Well, I agree with you that there's nothing wrong if you gamble your money because that's your right. However, blaming others and making up stories because you can't accept the outcome of your actions are a different thing. The moral story is don't gamble the money that you can't afford to lose and don't blame other people for your losses. In the first place, no one coerce you to gamble it's your own will.
1084  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The psychology of betting..... on: April 30, 2023, 02:36:55 AM

What patterns do you see and how much do you believe in it?

In a luck-based game patterns never exist, what's good for you today, maybe not good for you tomorrow or in the coming days, one example is the use of martingale this is the pattern or method commonly used by newbies because there is a logic behind it but logic do not apply in gambling when it comes to luck based game, unexpected things happen, this what makes gambling very exciting because you never know when you are going to hit the jackpot.
Martingale is not a good strategy if your purpose is to recover your previous losses, instead it can only drain your funds fast especially if you have a limited bankroll.

I'm a Baccarat live game regular player and though we believe that these patterns are just in mind of a gambler as working, my strategy when playing is, i'm following these patterns because of the thought that it can actually work. For example, if the winning bets are on side of banker for 3 consecutively, then followed by 1 on side of player, I tend to follow it and see if the next winning bets would be the same. Sometimes it's working but often not, though it's not accurate, somehow it can help you to choose what bets are likely to win.
1085  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will you do with bitcoin? on: April 28, 2023, 07:25:55 AM
Hello guys!
Today I was thinking about Bitcoin and where it will finally go up. And I came to the conclusion that I don't really understand what is the right thing to do with Bitcoin after it will "go to the moon".

So I wanted to ask you all, what are you planing to do with bitcoin when it will go to 70k, 80k etc. Are you planing to sell it or you will keep holding it?
If you will sell it, at what price are you planning to do it?
My set target price is $100k to sell my Bitcoin, that is 5 times of my initial investment. But i'm not depriving myself to take profit at times. I do sell when there's a decent price increase and when I want to enjoy some of my earnings and it's also a reward for myself.

But I might change my mind to sell at my target price when the bullish season comes because as we know many predictions are positive that Bitcoin might go beyond $100k in the near future. It's a good investment and I don't want to miss the chance because we can't turn back time.
1086  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What went wrong with bitcoin! Reply on: April 28, 2023, 05:07:48 AM
1. When introducing crypto to anyone let them know you're not responsible for anything contrary.
If they fully understand Bitcoin and aware of the possible consequences of investing their money, they will not held you as responsible for any losses since Bitcoin is an speculative asset and can't he controlled. This is the problem of investor who just blindly invest without even researching on their own to educate themselves.

5. Don't collect money from the person to trade or invest for them. Them should do it themselves.
True. Don't let yourself use their money to invest/trade on their behalf. It's quite risky and we're not certain if we will going to have a good result. So if they're interested then teach them and don't let them rely on you.

Investing in Bitcoin takes a lot of guts and patience. If you can't wait then maybe this is not for you because you might sell at loss for not being able to wait for the perfect time to take profit. If you want to be a huge gainer, you need to be patient and don't ask questions on why the price is not increasing or when it will become bullish because we can't accurately predict what lies ahead.
1087  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Will you sell because of situations? on: April 28, 2023, 01:25:52 AM
the man's only option is to sell his bitcoin and even if he does is not up to the amount. Do you advise he sells and bail his kid sister?  Everybody is confuse.
Assuming the story is true, but why everybody is confuse? The answer for this question (if you're not heartless) is too obvious. Now if he chose not to sell his Bitcoin to save his sister because of his own reasoning, just shows what kind of a family member he is.

What then will make you to sell even if the price is against you?
In urgent situation that I don't have anyone to count on financially, even it's hard and even it's against my will. But if selling my Bitcoin is the only solution to save me in such situation, I'll be glad instead. There's always a chance to buy back anyway.
1088  Local / Pamilihan / Re: [NEWS] GCrypto is now available to selected users on: April 27, 2023, 07:55:55 AM

1089  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there any point to start trading with 20$? on: April 27, 2023, 04:15:47 AM
Twenty dollars is an adequate amount to learn how to trade. Yes, the profit will be ridiculous, but the losses will be very insignificant. The main thing is to develop in yourself assiduity and patience, which will be very useful in the future. Another plus - you can work out the different trading schemes, and find your best strategy.

This is some sort of testing the waters on trading because most of people say that you cant feel the adrenaline rush in trading if you are just using demo but when you use your own money that is really different that is why others tend to deposit small amount just to test the feeling in trading which for sure you can learn a lot from it, the profits are low but you are not after with that the experience and what is the feeling per trade before you will deposit huge amount
I also started using a small amount in trading. It didn't went well but I learned something useful that I can apply the next time I trade again. Hence I can say when you are just newbie in trading, it doesn't matter even you have a small capital to begin with, because what important is, you are already using real money to come up of an effective strategy to have a successful trade.

In addition, don't be afraid to fail because sometimes it is inevitable. What matter is you tried and you can improve yourself from the mistakes you committed the last time. So for newbies who are hesitant because of their small capital, don't mind it because once you already understand how trading works, it's the time you can increase your capital. That is if you are already knowledgeable and aware of what to do in order to gain from your trades.
1090  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing Addiction. on: April 27, 2023, 01:13:15 AM
Now talking about investing, I think it is possible to become addicted to investing so much that it begins to affect your wellbeing, like the person stops spending on other important things like good food, good clothes etc. just so they can have more money to invest? Do you consider that kind of addiction dangerous and not good?
It depends. Investing is always beneficial because it means you want to gain something to secure your future. However there should be a limit since anything beyond your control is obviously not good. Example, you're already spending the money that you can't afford to lose or you are investing in just anything even you don't have knowledge about it and you just want to take risk, certainly that's not right.

On the other side, if you're seeing a good result in your investment and you're not just blindly investing since you have knowledge of what you are getting into and aware of the risk then IMO it's fine. But learn to balance everything because there's always a disadvantage if you're investing too much.
1091  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can i make 100 $ daily from online casinos on: April 26, 2023, 07:43:51 AM
Well, skills or calculations don't really matter when it comes to gambling and there is no beginner or expert in gambling and anyone can win or anyone can lose as long as they are lucky or unlucky. Though you can say that someone who isn't good at managing their finances well, might have to face more losses than wins.
I disagree, do you think which one will win if there are two people play poker? a gambler which have played poker for 2 years and already learn poker from multiple courses or a gambler which never played poker in his whole life?

Skill based game is different than luck based game where you're only place your bet and spin until your bankroll empty or you don't have a time to gamble.
Indeed. It depends on what games are you going to play. Because in luck based games, you don't need experience or skills as long as you have an idea on how to play the game then you're good to go. The result is relying on luck and you have no control on the gameplay. While on skill based games, having an experience and knowledge are an advantage to maximize your chance to win. Though of course you also need luck.

Nevertheless, gambling with profit in mind is not wise when playing. Don't assume you can gain daily through gambling because it's not realistic if you're not a lucky gambler.

Few hours left on this tournament. Don’t miss the opportunity to win big by just predicting price with no string attached.
Already posted both of my predictions, but BTC screwed me by going below the $28K range recently. Bad freaking luck!
And it is back now to $28k. This is the reason why I prefer to drop my prediction on the last day of the deadline so I can somehow predict the price closely. Let's see now how it will go.

reaching 28000$ is something easier than falling a lot, since the price is at 27400$ so I will not be surprised if any time it goes above 28000$, the question is if the price will manage to stay above 28000$ or when touching 28000$ it will drop a lot, that's why I find it very difficult to predict the price in the contest this month
It's not really easy to predict the price because it's quite unstable. But who knows you might guess it right? You'll never know your chance if you didn't join. Anyway, I missed the last prediction contest but i'm in this time. So good luck to everyone.
1093  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the price gets to $60k this year? on: April 26, 2023, 01:25:28 AM
But the question is; is it possible for bitcoin to reach $60k by this year? No serious bulls happening currently and if it continues in this little increase probably it will not get anywhere close to $60k. Share your views.
The price of Bitcoin had a good increase after ranging to below $20k earlier of this year. Many investors became bullish that the bear season is over since the price is moving upward reaching beyond $30k before the correction happened.

But to answer your question, I don't think this is the year to reach $60k value once again, instead it's possible to happen next year after halving. Many investors are also doing short term, taking profit on their set price, the reason why the increase of Bitcoin is not consistent. So be patient because even we're not in bullish season yet, we will certainly get there.

I believe that all of the claimants here received the same words from the security team in which computer generated and act of scammers.
because after that messages , you will never hear anything from them even small proofs that it is true about their issues throwing against you.
with all of those? then surely best never to deposit and play again and accept your defeat of being scammed.
sad that you need to learn the hard way when you can easily google this site and find out tons of scam accusation against them.
They never intend to resolved any issues against their casino so what can you expect? These gamblers who got scammed by this casino must move on because there's no way they can get their money back. As you've said they learned their lesson the hard way, and that's the result of not doing their diligent research on what casino is legit to play in.

They gamble on 1xbit for not being careful in choosing a casino despite of the numerous scam accusations here and on Google if you just type the word scam next to 1xbit.
1095  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: April 25, 2023, 05:07:48 AM

Reading for a few minutes even though we are lazy to do so is better than having to solve the problem because we did not read the terms and conditions. We will definitely be faced with debate if we contact the casino platform support. It's more complicated, of course, because we will be asked to provide proof, such as screenshots and others, it will take more time than reading the terms and conditions at the beginning. Nothing is instant in this world and we cannot force what we want to make it easy for us to visit the casino. As the saying goes, where the earth is stepped on there the sky is upheld.
Better to prevent than have to deal with violations of casino rules.
Like reading every casino rule that has been determined, sometimes people will be lazy to do this when they are too ambitious to gamble right away, but that mistake can result in gamblers accidentally breaking casino rules and ending in a debate between the casino and the gambler.
Actually it's not too difficult for gamblers to just read every prohibition that has been set by the casino and we only have to read a few minutes and after that we obey every rule.
Therefore, rather than in the end we always have to be dizzy and fuss over problems when withdrawals or deposits are constrained, it's better to set aside a little time.
It will not drastically reduce profits when it comes to reading existing ToS.

The problem is actually laziness because they really feel that everything is the same but when they have a problem, everyone is confused and even thinks it's a scam. Not many people have ever complained on this forum for the same reasons, even though in this case most of the root of the problem comes from their own negligence.
You have a point. Probably some gamblers are thinking the rules of these casinos are just the same so they don't take time reading the ToS before proceeding to gamble. Then if they already face an issue that's the time they will read the rules to know if they violate one of it in connection to their problem.

If only we always read the rules of the casino (everytime we're switching) then we can prevent putting ourselves in a situation caused by our laziness. This can save us from future problems when playing. Because every casinos have their own rules that we need to abide in order for us to gamble without worries. It's not hard but many of us still failed to do so.
1096  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Negative Perception sa PH Crypto Start-up project on: April 25, 2023, 03:07:45 AM

A win, still a win, whatever is the ground behind that win. As long as it was legit and clean, it will be on the side of Inoue if they will push the fight after the postponement and the injury is still not being cured.

I see both your point and, for sure, fighters are just aiming to meet each other inside the ring, whatever the reason
if the fight schedule being push, they will be there to face each other and will try to win from one another.

I think the same, if this injury did not happened now and instead happened during the fight of Inoue vs Fulton and Fulton obviously won due to the inability of Inoue to punch as he is used to, I will not take that win away from Fulton, as we must remember that during our lives we must face all kind of circumstances that are outside of our control and still do our best, but obviously in that case I would like to see a second fight in which both are at 100% to see who is the best under those circumstances.

Yup! if that happened then so be it Fulton will take the win and expect for a good rematch if Inoue's camp will activate the rematch claw, though not sure as it will be depends on how the assessment that they will going to take.

The fight was re-schedule and we will see them preparing. Inoue's injury might affect him
but once the fight schedule come up, they will meet and they will showcase all the talents that they've got.
Here things can turn out very well, on the one hand it is a total shame that it has been Postponed, but due to injuries, it is not good to fight when there are Injuries, Especially in boxing, because you need to be 100% and with less Probability of vulnerabilities in a fight, if on the Contrary when used with injuries it is done at risk and it will not be the same, if there are clauses or not, it can be Counterproductive due to the Severity of the injury, it is useless to activate a clause when the boxer still does not recover well from the injury, what happened for something would be,if it was postponed they are looking for the best date for the fight to take place.

Yes, if there's an ongoing injury, then it's better not to proceed with the rematch, as we all know that the possible performance will not be the same as what the fans will expect from the fighter.

Negotiating for a possible rematch on the later schedule can be done, as long as both camps are willing to
proceed and talk regarding to the possible date, it will be a better way to please the fans who love seeing
a full healthy fighter trying to win the fight..
We all want the boxers to be on the ring in good condition without injuries or anything that can hinder them to win. So it's understandable why the fight is rescheduled to give time for Inoue's injury to be healed.

In addition, despite of what Inoue have been through during his training, i'm positive that he will still win against Fulton because of his unique and strong style when facing his opponent. Anyway, this is the big fight that we've been waiting for this year. Though the schedule is adjusted it will not take long and it's a good thing for fans.

Have you heard of Superpicks on DSTV? where you can make predictions and win money without staking your money?

if you have not, check it out. Superpicks.com

My question is can it still be called gambling if it is not played with money?
It is not gambling for me since you didn't risk anything valuable. You can predict for free similar to a bonus. You have nothing to lose here so it's not gambling.

But it's also not easy to win this prediction since you have to guess correctly the score of 6 soccer matches. If you're already a gambler, you might be tempted to play with real money to see your chances. I think this is just a strategy to lure the gamblers to play on the casino.

I will give you #5000 on Monday, how sure are you that the money will come in on Monday? Promises and assumption has caused alot of people there job, imagine leaving your recent job because a friend promise to get you a better job. This may even cause someone his/her life if one base most of his/her lifestyle on promises and assumption.
If you easily believe such promises and you act ahead to celebrate then that's your problem. When something is not concrete and you're only holding on to their words, don't be hopeful and rely too much because it's not certain yet.

This is the problem of some people who plan and spend ahead even what they count on is still uncertain. It can lead to disappointment and problems if you already act and expect that it will certainly happen. Remember the saying "don't count your chickens before they hatch", it means don't celebrate if you don't see the result yet. Nowadays promises can easily break of people who are not true to their words and though it's a human nature to trust easily, we should still be wise everytime.
