Seems they passed on domain renewal? I guess your phone or network provider has some good cache or only the homepage was changed by the provider (to what you see). Try opening a bookmarked (long) url (with parameters), i think all the other files needed for operation are still there. |

Thanks for the stats. Additonally, russian troops are starting to experience shortages of ammo. While UA lost sovereignty over airspace quite early, RU still failed to establish it. Putin might have been a good FSB agent, but it doesn't look like he's a great stragegist/warlord. What's that old saying? You get what you give? EDIT: IMO they should just divide the country into Eastern and Western Ukraine and continue working on West-UA to be able to join the EU. NATO expansion (eastwards) wouldn't be the very best idea, though. What a shame that even in Europe we still can't live in peace together. |

This is how it works in the EU: All the institutions of the European Union are involved in decision-making in one way or another.
This is how decisions are made in the EU:
Heads of state and government make decisions on general policies in the European Council.
The Commission makes proposals for new laws.
The Parliament reviews the proposals and passes decisions together with the Council of Ministers.
The Council of Ministers and Parliament approve the laws together.
The Commission controls that decisions are followed in all member states.
The European Court of Justice settles disagreements that may come up.
In the end, it all depends on the parliaments of each member state that may or may not have to pass such a law. The AML5, that was adopted a couple of years ago has not yet been adopted in my country - which means that I can go to a physical crypto exchange and buy or sell cryptocurrency up to EUR 2000 per transaction without KYC, which means I can draw dozens thousand EUR per day using various individual branches of this type. I fail to understand how BTC will ever shift from PoW to PoS, surely it's not even possible. What does that mean?
There will be no change, it's a crazy idea of people who don't even know how to define Bitcoin, let alone what POS would mean for Bitcoin. The proposed laws would not actually apply to all those cryptocurrencies that already exist and are traded or mined in the EU, but would in some way try to force them to start using green/renewable energy sources. It also says that energy-intensive crypto assets that are already in use in the EU before the legislation comes into effect, will have to "set up and maintain a phased rollout plan to ensure compliance with such requirements" as specified in another part of the framework. EU bureaucrats are not even able to read studies that clearly show how harmless Bitcoin mining is in the overall picture, let alone when it comes to the EU. Question to Ukrainians and Russians - Why am I receiving in social media pictures and video of crippled Russian soldiers bodies and corpses? Often with a message like "that your meat back, we dont need it". Or footages of destroyed military equipment. And all these video are with maximum aggression and bad language. I suppose I got all that because I use Cyrillic or post on Russian in social media. I am not Russian, I only speak that language. Or what the hell this is it at all?
