May i introduce to you...

here is where i am at..maybe a decent bottle of champagne

Careful if it makes you feel too happy.

https://news.sky.com/story/champagne-spiked-with-ecstasy-kills-one-man-and-leaves-seven-people-in-hospital-12542340

I'm calling bullshit on this - something's not right.
Any "significant" concentration of MDMA, enough to be able to "kill a man", will make the champagne bitter AF.

And sour too.
But i have seen peeps collapsing on much less.
Not pure MDMA, for sure Angry

BTC going down, yawn...

Whatever scam artist put that together, tell him to get at least basics right, neutral countries Switzerland, Austira, Sweden to vote in favour of war aggression. Maybe they have covid?

Austria is not neutral in political regards, only in terms of military support.
They support the sanctions, but they must not send arms or military equipment to countries of war or join the NATO.

Bears don't like to go over $44k?  Angry

with all this nuclear talk...good thing i'm a fan of novels like Metro 2033 and games like Stalker.  Of course its a moot point, since your worst enemy will be clean water and starvation.  I think if we killed all wild game in my area (big as a couple states, with more wildlife) it would feed the population for....8 days.

8 days.  No nuclear war pls.

If you got soil and plants, you got water.
It would be advisable to keep water purifiers (filters, chemicals) to speed up the process to gain drinking water.
Birch gives you carbohydrates, most mushrooms can be eaten (while the majority of them tastes fucking awful).
At the very least here's small birds and insects that feed you.

Ukraine regime will be demilitarized and denazified. There will be Nuremberg 2.0 in Kiev for every nazi with blood on their hands. Ukraine neutrality will be ensured and just after that Russian expeditionary corps will be withdrawn.

Problem 1:
You can't know what will be the future of this conflict/war.

Problem 2:
Putin is sending many young soldiers with basic training, mostly from Russia's ethnic minority groups, apparently as meat for ukrainian projectiles.
See, this is excatly what Nazis would do. I don't see your point, please elaborate.

Imho, this is Russia's payback for 2014, but it's a very expensive one. Not quite what Russia's economy needs at the time.
Seems like pride is a big part of the issue. This is just, uhm... my opinion, man. #nooffense

Oh shit!
That escalated quickly.

Yeh.
Make (green) candles, not war  Cool

I have the above braindead asshole muted.

I  respect ALL of your rights to interact with him as you will.  But if you are on the fence about it, I respectfully ask you not quote that idiot.  Thank you.  Roach might have made more sense.

By far the most bat shit crazy individual I have seen on online forums ever.

Even more than that nullius dude? He was one screwed up individual. I suspect he's in some form of asylum now.

Nully was quite confused and a little extreme, almost bipolar (imho) but he was extraordinary intelligent.
I mean on a level STRF could only dream of how it's like to be on.

EDIT: Conspirative, i forgot. Always tried to reverse-argument my position into something he could attack. That led to nowhere, so i just stopped arguing with him, but he got my respect for his other qualities.

Remember my decision to unignore everyone, because freedom of speech, which is very substantial to this forum?
It was a wise decision, no more sneaky-peaky "show/hide" clicks, but being trained to stop winding my head too much around silly posts from braindead authors, as well as resisting to comment on this cerebral diarrhea  Smiley
Don't let some s-hole color your day, go ahead and paint it the way you like!  Cool

When to BTD at this point….

Recovery could happen fast, but have we seen the bottom-ish prices or not ….

"Serious" analyst targets are projected around $32k since ATH.
I didn't believe it myself at that time, but so far it seems to play out.
#NFA

Whom are serious analysts ?  Tongue

I'm referring to those who take custody over real clients actual money. Not the twitter kind of "anal-ysts"  Cheesy
Those who were calling the market right when most of the rest was blindly following comunity narratives, stupidly laughing at counter-opinions.
IF i would mainly trade, i'd listen to them, but for me it's only information, as a hodler.

I'll send you a PM, don't want to look like advertising here on WO...

why bitcoin is the weakest link among stocks, etc., though?
idk

it surely goes down fast at any sign of trouble....then recovers fast, of course.

Market opening times, maybe?
Or do we talk weekly?

My comment on the situation: fuck Putin!  Angry

Na, fuck all of them. This is a fuck up that extends all the way back to the end of the Soviet Union. Putin was just a result of that fuck up. Will we ever learn? It seems the answer is No.

Merited both of you, because both of you are right, somehow.
Fuck warmongers.

Getting older can make it more difficult to recover from anything, and I remember sometimes in my 20s that I would go for a run when I was extremely sick.. and I am not really sure if that was good for me, but the energy was there to be able to do it.

Oh also if you become bed-laden and you are in your 20s or 30s, frequently, you can build back muscle, but as you get older it becomes quite a bit more difficult to build back muscle.. some guys do take testosterone... but then that could interfere with your body's natural abilities to produce testosterone.. I have not tried anything like that so I am not speaking from personal experiences.. but I can see how it could become quite tempting to supplement in order to build and maintain muscle.. because sometimes you can ONLY exercise so much when you get older. believe it or not.. I am speaking from personal experience in that regard.

As a CFS sufferer, i can only exercise without pain and medium stamina, as well as less after effects, when i take the right supps.
Otherwise daily "routine" like sitting upright, for example, is causing muscle pain. Daily workout is a must for me, because it's more difficult to gain/keep muscle mass, compared to normies in my age.

But regardless of that, i found that doing exercises half speed, preferably even slower, has a better effect on building muscle. As a bonus, it's easier on the tendons and joints as well. I do not take Testosterone, but i am using Bromelaine, which (also) plays a role in Testosterone synthesis within the body.

Don't forget to make a wish at 22:22 tonight...obviously many regions had passed it already.
Apparently, making a wish at exactly this time means something.
Wish well  Wink

I wish for a $22,222,222.22 BTC price.

That's a given.  You shoud have wished for something unrealistic like world peace.

It's pretty given that even $222,222,222.22 will be reached way earlier than world peace...

I'm fed up a little with the bear moves lately, at least it's a very easy #HODL situation.
The van and solar power installation will have to wait, maybe even a few years, to be paid with the help of Satoshi.
I'm feeling like "whatever" about this, as well as about many other topics crossing my way at the time, totally concentrating on Covid rehab.
My body is right, my mind and feelings, both appear "flattened" somehow. I hope meditation will solve this quickly, at least bring up the underlying conflict, if there is one.

EDIT: Oh yeah, having read back only some pages before i realized that it's Sirazimuth's birthday, i wanted join the congratulators. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, old bard! no, it's not a typo. Please Excuse the "old"

#LNMETA

Closed all my channels. Shutting it down.

Given everything going on in my life, managing a LN node is more negative, parasitic energy that has complicated my life beyond any rational measure.

I need to step away, for my own mental health and sanity.

There is no bot that can balance the channels?
I am not touching this until I either retire or there is such bot/AI-lite, whatever.

With the growing interest in and adoption of Lightning, it could come earlier than we think.
Anyway, i'll keep watching this. Maybe i'm up for a node to support LN in the future too, but without having to spend a good part of the day for keeping things running in a satisfying way.

Stupid bollocks.
Enough of this lying shite now!
This so called vaccine helps children not one bit ever since Omicron still spreads like a maniac when you are "vaccinated".

Covid in Scotland: Vaccine offered to children aged five to 11

This is a message for the other thread.
Move your post to there, so i can move my reply too, will you?  Grin
Early results suggest that Moderna's adjusted mRNA vaccine shows the same intensity in building up sterilizing antibodies as the "old" vaccine.
Progress, eh?

Wasn't there a separate thread for all the COViD discussions.....

Seems to me a situation where governments are shutting down financial access to portions of their population and those people turning to Bitcoin to get around those sanctions is about as on topic for BTC speculation as one could get from a fundamental/macro point of view...  I certainly understand that these topics are (designed to be) divisive, but it's not off topic, I'd say.

The bounds are quite fluid, i'd say. These topics are hard to separate for the reason you specified, too.
As i'm more prone to off-topicness myself, i'd welcome the least strict approach.
