1141  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the best way to invest in BITCOIN on: March 18, 2023, 10:17:05 PM
~

To answer your question, it really depends on your strategy. Some people buy and hold onto their coins for the long term, hoping that the value will increase over time. Others prefer to trade actively, buying and selling coins as the market fluctuates in order to make a profit.

As for starting out with $100, it is definitely possible to invest in bitcoin with that amount. It is important to remember that crypto market can be a volatile and there is always the risk. It might be worth considering starting with a small amount and gradually increasing your investment as you get more comfortable with the market.

I remember there used to be websites that gives you 1-2 free satoshi. Is it still working? I know it's not investment though

Yes, there are still websites that offer small amounts of free satoshis as a way to introduce people to Bitcoin and encourage them to use it. These sites typically offer very small amounts, often only a few satoshis at a time, and require users to complete simple tasks like solving captchas or clicking on ads in order to earn them. You can check out freebitco.in for example, but if I remember correctly there is a relatively high withdrawal threshold. There are other Bitcoin faucets out there, but you will have to do some research on your own to find them.
1142  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: my expirience on site Trustdice.com SCAM on: March 18, 2023, 09:53:00 PM
I see one more paid message from trustdice. Where we can see any complaint from my side to askgambers.com?

I can assure you that TrustDice did not pay me to make this post. However, if you choose not to believe me, that is within your rights.
1143  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: my expirience on site Trustdice.com SCAM on: March 17, 2023, 11:39:57 PM
I am very grateful to you that you want to see an objective analysis of this situation. I sent 5 photos and video with passport. Unlike the casinos, which were able to identify some kind of fake from the photo. They took my money and they don't want anything more.

I have no personal experience as a customer of the casino, and I am not here to defend them. However, I am curious, how do you account for the fact that two impartial arbitrators reached the same conclusions in this particular case? First AskGamblers and now CasinoGuru. Both of them concluded that the casino acted within its rights according to its terms and conditions. It seems unlikely that two independent arbitrators would come to the same conclusion without strong evidence to support their decision which suggests that there may be some merit to the claims against you.

@hilariousandco, I have another example of similar behavior to the previous case. He replies in the same threads one post after another, and also uses ChatGPT.

1145  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Knowledge Of Bitcoin Is Better Than Speculating on: March 16, 2023, 08:32:55 PM
Each type of investment has its similarities and differences, and it is important to recognize that bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are not the same as traditional investments like stocks and bonds. Even investing in bitcoin has big differences compared to other cryptocurrencies. While some may see parallels between these types of investments, we must understand that cryptocurrencies operate in a different way.

But, as you mentioned, investing time and energy into learning about the technology behind cryptocurrencies can be a wise long-term strategy. It is easy to get caught up in the hype of short-term gains, but focusing on education and knowledge is a more sustainable and profitable approach. Therefore, I encourage everyone to continue learning and stay informed about the latest developments in this world.
1146  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: A reminder that with your bitcoin in a cold storage, you can be your own bank on: March 16, 2023, 07:27:19 PM
Totally agree with you, mate! That is one of the coolest things about Bitcoin, the fact that you do not have to rely on any intermediaries or banks to manage your money. It is all up to you and your private keys, which is pretty rad if you ask me.

However, as much as we would love to ditch the traditional banking system altogether, the reality is that it is not exactly practical for most of us. Sure, using Bitcoin for some transactions and investments is awesome, but we still need banks for things like getting our regular paychecks, mortgages, loans, and other financial services. Plus, there is the fact that not everyone is comfortable managing their own money. Some people prefer to leave that to the experts, and that is totally fine too, imo.

But, for those of us who want to take control of our finances, Bitcoin and cold storage is definitely a great option. Just gotta make sure we do it right and keep our private keys safe and secure.
1147  Economy / Gambling / Re: AskAI: List of on chain gambling game. on: March 16, 2023, 06:36:25 PM
I am not familiar with all the gambling sites listed, as I have not reviewed them all. However, some sites, such as Bitvest, are not based on blockchain or smart contracts. So, I believe Bitvest is not an on-chain gambling site.
I thought you are not familiar with them? But how do you know that Bitvest is not among the on-chain betting sites?

Please read my response once more. To clarify, I said that I am not familiar with ALL the sites listed. However, I am well familiar with Bitvest as I have previously used their services and even promoted them by wearing their signature for a period of time. And no, they are not an on-chain gambling site as far as I know.

Am selling my btc account containing 0.3 btc for ethereum if it is a reputable member I go first

I am not entirely sure what you are trying to sell based on your statement. Could you please provide more information about what you mean by "your BTC account"? Is it really an account at some kind of exchange, as stompix mentioned? Unless you can withdraw funds to another wallet address (non custodial), it is probably a scam.

Please provide more details so that I can better understand your offer.

@Timelord2067 @yooshi I requested for this post when I submit bounty weekly report I forget to edit Twitter profile link I  apologize from last 3 days and admit my mistake. I join Bounty for earning it's only source of my income please remove my negative trust because I want to join some new project bounty

Stop quoting entire posts just to add two lines of your bullshit. There is other evidence that links your account to the alt account farm, besides the fact that you "accidentally" copied someone else's report.

All this gives us enough evidence that this is just another alt account from the same farm that have been previously reported and tagged for cheating in bounties. Therefore, a negative tag is warranted.
1151  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM SITE Sportbet.io stealing money ( IMPORTANT ) on: March 14, 2023, 12:27:42 AM
I can't say in 100% cause it wasn't my account just guessing with high probability, anyway I'm not even sure if we was sharing the same IP adress, that we share the same wifi it doesn't mean we shared the same IP adress being honest I don't think so. I've just give an exampel cause it could be also used roeming for that.

If you were using the same WiFi network, then you two really had the same IP address. When you connect to a WiFi network, your device is assigned a local IP address by the router. This local IP address is only used within the network and is different from the IP address assigned by the ISP. So, while two people using the same WiFi network may have different local IP addresses, they will have the same IP addresses assigned by the ISP.

Even though vpn is turned on ? Cause normally I'm not surfing without having VPN turn off cause, for my security reason to all the website no matter which one.

It is odd that you are bringing up VPN just now. May I remind you what you wrote in your first reply in this topic: "~ we sharing the same wifi so it's obviuos we could have shown exact location." How come you failed to mention your use of VPN then?

Besides, are you aware that there are other ways to find out your real IP address even if you are using a VPN? For example, one of them is using JavaScript and WebRTC. Do you turn off JavaScript for all the websites you visit while surfing the web? I guess not.

How come after recomendation someone could force somebody to stop taking some rewards from betting ? it's sick. They have to send me some proof cause I don't really know and they just closed the case not even showing any proofs.

Well, you may not like it, but those are the rules. And, you have to respect them if you want to use a specific platform.
1154  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Project featurings in news sites should be taken as grain of salt on: March 12, 2023, 07:57:25 PM
Well, the difference between real news articles and paid press releases is that news articles are meant to give you the facts and keep you informed, while press releases are meant to promote something specific. News articles are written by journalists who have to stick to a code of ethics and report the truth, but press releases are written by companies or groups that have their own agenda.

The problem is that some websites publish press releases without checking if they're true, just because they get paid for it or have some kind of relationship with the company. But this can be dangerous for readers like us because we might end up believing something and think we are getting real news when we are actually just seeing a company's sales pitch. So, it is important to be careful and make sure you are reading trustworthy news from reliable sources.

If negative trust 1 or 1000 same for me because bounty manager see negative trust number not matter

The evidence submitted by @YOSHIE shows that your account is linked to multiple accounts that have been previously reported and tagged for cheating in bounties. It is clear that your account is part of the same farm of accounts engaged in cheating, and therefore, a negative tag is warranted.

Mother fucker you got a merit use this merit in your ass

"about what newbies supposed to learn"
Supposed to learn? I dont want to learn it is just a question lol

If you are not interested in learning, why ask the question?

"Start to learn and read more about this forum for you to be able to send merit to people to."
I did not know this forum is just about Merits and that this is the only forum in the world. Thanks for letting me know  Roll Eyes

No, this forum is not the only one in the world, but it is very similar to other online forums, so many things that apply in other forum communities apply here as well, such as:
* Follow the forum rules and guidelines
* Be respectful to other members
* Use appropriate language and tone
* Avoid spamming
* Use the search function before asking a question, to avoid repetition
* Be open to different perspectives and opinions

So, in the future, I suggest you ditch the whole "attitude" thing when interacting with fellow members, especially when seeking their help or input for your questions.
1157  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can you tell me which one you will choose and why? on: March 11, 2023, 06:31:45 PM
Let us not compare apples to oranges to bananas here, okay? These three things - banks, hardware wallets, and Binance are all different animals that all serve totally different purposes, so it is not really fair to pit them against each other.

When it comes to banks, let's be real: we kinda have to trust them, because what else are we gonna do, right? They are regulated by the government and insured by insurance companies, so we rely on them to keep our regular money safe. But when it comes to cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, we do not need banks at all. That is where hardware wallets like Trezor and Ledger come in. They are specifically designed to keep our digital coins secure.

Now, Binance is a different beast altogether. It is a super popular crypto exchange, but it is not meant for long-term storage of either fiat money or crypto, so don't get it twisted. Use it to trade your crypto for other coins or cash out to regular money. So, like, keep your fiat money in the bank, your crypto in a hardware wallet, and use Binance to do your crypto trading. Easy peasy!
1158  Economy / Economics / Re: Poor and Rich on: March 11, 2023, 05:37:23 PM
We all know the quote "the rich get richer and the poor get poorer" I heard this quote when I was in high school now I'm grown up. I always wondering why?

It means that people who already have a lot of money and resources are more likely to keep gaining more, while people who are struggling financially are more likely to keep struggling and falling behind. It is like this cycle that's hard to break.

A pretty messed up situation, if you ask me. Like, why can't everyone just have a fair shot at success? But I guess that is just the way the system is set up. It is like the rich are playing a game with cheat codes, while the poor are trying to beat the game on the hardest difficulty level.
1159  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: March 11, 2023, 05:27:35 PM
Hey it was a nice surprise yesterday. I received a notification from Dlive inviting me to follow the live stream of Snoop Doggy Dogg playing at Roobet casino. The stream was fun but unfortunately there were not many viewers because it seems that nobody was aware of that stream. Next time it would be nice to announce it in the signature or the avatar of your bounty campaign participants, or in the title of this thread at least. I really appreciated to watch him betting normal and realistic amounts and not those ridiculous obvious fake millions usd Drake usually bets at Stake.

Ah, bummer! I totally missed out on @SnoopDogg's first stream on Roobet, despite spotting the announcement on Twitter. My schedule was jam-packed at the time, leaving me with no chance to go online. I reckon Roobet spread the word about this event on their other social media platforms too, so it would be awesome if someone could share the same here. Sadly, Roobet does not have a representative who is active on this forum anymore, so it is up to us to share this kind of information with the community.
1160  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Ponzi Schemes - People are confused. on: March 10, 2023, 11:26:17 PM
Yes, it is crazy how people can twist the truth just to put the blame on something they do not fully understand. I mean, sure, there are some sketchy companies or individuals out there that use Bitcoin to scam people, but that is not Bitcoin's fault! It is just like how some people use cash to do illegal things - that does not mean cash itself is bad. I am guessing whoever was spreading that message did not really know what Bitcoin is all about and just assumed it was some kind of Ponzi scheme or something. Smh.

I think part of the problem is that there is still a lot of confusion and misinformation out there about what Bitcoin is and how it works. Plus, it is a pretty new and complex technology, so it is not surprising that some folks are hesitant or skeptical. But the more people learn and educate themselves, the better off we will all be.
